Berupa narasi informasi palsu yang akan dibaca dan dilihat oleh pengguna sosial media lainnya berisikan narasi atau video yang bertolak belakang dari fakta. Maka dari itu setiap masyarakat harus dapat memilah informasi yang benar atau tidaknya untuk tidak langsung menelan mentah-mentah informasi yang diterima. Penyebaran ujaran kebencian tersebut tidak lepas dari dukungan diluarnya seperti media elektronik ataupun media massa.Sebagaimana beberapa kasus yang terjadi di media sosial berbentuk instagram&twiter.perbuatan ini sudah diatur dalam hukum negara, dan sangat di larang oleh agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis Normatif, khusus penelitiannya fokus mempelajari penerapan aturan atau norma hukum pidana. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini adalah pelaku tindak pidana ujaran kebencian dimedia sosial ini harus dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana, jika memenuhi syarat-syarat pertanggunggungjawaban pidana,dan ketentuan peraturan tindak pidana ujaran kebencian di media sosial ini telah diatur dalam kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan ketentuan pidana lainnya di luar KUHP. This paper will describe the method of assessment of Al-Quran using
Double Movement Interpretation. A new approach that emphasizes on awareness
of the text, context, and contextualization. The historical characteristic of Al-
Qur'an led to the emergence of the idea and theory of hermeneutic (method of
interpretation). This theory became work-effort which is so urgent to be
developed in understanding the meaning of Al-Qur'an as a whole. It is hoped that
the theological and legal ethics parts can be placed in a whole (total) coherent.
Fazlur Rahman criticized that the classical interpretation methods tend to
use the approach in interpreting Al-Qur'an separately, resulting the emergences of
new problems. The interpreters have implemented the appropriate interpretation
of the verse-by-verse chronology in the codex, although sometimes they also refer
to other verses.
Fazlurrahman assumed that the relationship pattern or model of the
revelation built between Al-Qur'an (The Text), God (Allah) is the author, and
Muhammad ( The Reader and The Author). The assumptions that Muhammad is

The existence of increasingly damaged forests requires serious handling to maintain the ecosystem and maintain environmental sustainability. In recent decades, forest and land fires have become more frequent in Indonesia. Most of the forest fires that occur in Indonesia occur in peat land and forest ares that occur on the surface. Forest or land fires are natural disasters that often occur on the island of sumatera, especially in the province of Riau. These fires are very vulnerable to occur during the dry season. The formulation of the problem in this study is: first, what are the causal factors of the forest and land fires in the jurisdiction of the Rohil Police? Second, How are the police’s Effort in overcoming forest and land fires in the jurisdiction of the Rohil Police? Second, How are the Police’s Efforts in Overcoming Forest and Land Fires in The Jurisdiction of the rohil Police? In this study, the author uses a type of sociological or empirical legal research ( Observational Resarch ), namely by going into the field to obtain a number of data. The data and data sources that the author uses are primary data, while the data collection techniques that the author uses are using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the method of drawing conclusions that the author uses in this study is the deductive method, namely taking conclusions from general to specific things. From the results of the research and discussion that the author found, namely: First, the cause of forest and land fires in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir Police is caused by land clearing by burning, negligence of anglers or residents who carry out activities in the forrest who throw cigarette butts carelessy and hot weather in the dry season. This is what triggers forest and land fires are criminal law enforcement against perpetrators of forest and land burning, appeals and education to the community about the dangers of clearing land by burning, and related institutions also carry out routine patrols in every in every village in the jurisdiction of the Rohil Police

The promle discussed in this study is how the suitability of the application of accounting in the village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Mekar Jaya, Bukit Sembilan Village with the basic concepts of generally accepted accounting. The data used by researchers at the Mekar Jaya Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Mekar Jaya in the village of Bukit Sembilan has fulfilled the basic concepts of accounting in carrying out its activities. This research is a qualitative reserch, and the techniques used in data collection are interviews and documentation, to analyze the data obtained by the author using descriptive methods, namely making comparisons between the data that has been collected with related theories and presented in the form of research results. The results of this study indicate that the application of village accounting to the village-owned enterprises of Mekar Jaya is not fully in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, howere, the results of this study also illustrate that the application of accounting at BUMDes still meeds improvenment to improve the welfare of the community at the agency village owned business

Get PDFSince the 1990s, IUU Fishing has been a threat to Indonesian maritim security.Natuna Sea, Arafura Sea, and Sulu Sulawesi Seais vulnerable location which IUU Fishing happen. Not only defense function, but also IUU Fishing has become threat to public welfare. IUU Fishing threatening fishery industry that become source of employment and food stock in fishery sector. Therefore, Indonesia applies maritim strategy in the form of ship sinking policy and improve function of surveillance as a control in the maritim region. This research will explain how the impact ofthe application of ship sinking policy to enhancing maritim security related to the threat of IUU Fishing in the NKRI territory in 2014-2017.The application of maritim strategy has an impact on improving Indonesian maritim security. Improvement in maritim security is measured based on maritim security indicators. The maritim security indicators are measured based on 4 dimensions of the concept of maritim security,namely sea power, marine safety, blue economy, and human resilience. THE EVALUATION BLACK SPOT LOCATION AND ACCIDENT RISK OF COT PAYA INTERSECTION ACEH BESAR DISTRICT
Get PDFAs the population continues to increase each year, it leads to an increasing demand for transportation, indirectly raising the risk of traffic issues. Simpang Cot Paya, situated on the Laksamana Malayahati road section in the Baitussalam District of Aceh Besar Regency, serves as a secondary arterial road that connects the regency to the city of Banda Aceh and is consistently congested with traffic. According to the Traffic Division of the Banda Aceh City Police from 2018 to 2022, there were 233 reported traffic accidents in this area. This research aims to identify the factors causing these accidents and propose measures to reduce the accident rate at this accident-prone location. Primary data was gathered through field observations and measurements, while secondary data consisted of accident records provided by the Banda Aceh City Police, which were analyzed using the Accident Equivalent Number (AEK) method, Upper Control Limit (BKA), and the Safety Index (SI) method. Additionally, a road safety audit was conducted at the accident-prone location to identify issues that may contribute to traffic accidents and to suggest measures to reduce the risk of accidents. An overall analysis indicates that the highest accident vulnerability occurred in 2018 with the highest AEK value of 126, the highest BKA reaching 2.36, and an SI of 2.36. However, the highest material losses were recorded in 2020, amounting to Rp. 26,600,000. This increase in losses was due to a rise in the number of accidents in 2020, totaling 27, and a higher number of minor injuries, amounting to 29 individuals. In other words, if a location has a Safety Index (SI) greater than 1, it is considered a black spot for accidents. The audit revealed several issues, including fading road markings and a lack of road signs and other road infrastructure. Proposed solutions to address these issues include repainting faded road markings and adding road signs and necessary road infrastructure to improve road functionality

Get PDFThis study focused on analyzing one of the intrinsic elements in comics, namely the mandate (moral message) offered by the author of the 7 Years Relationship comic published in digital comic media, Webtoon Canvas. The stories developed have a mandate, namely the importance of helping others, repaying the kindness of others who have helped us, and so on. Also in this comic, the author tucked away about the dangers of a child being restrained by his parents to choose his "success" without any compromise or discussing in advance what the child wants in the future. Analyzing this comic uses an analysis of the moral approach to analyze the intrinsic elements of the comic. In addition, the researchers applied this research with note-taking techniques and language translation techniques. This descriptive qualitative research has main purpose of this research is to analyze the morals of the comic storyline 7 years relationship. The benefit of this research is that it makes it easy for readers of the 7 Years Relationship comic to find the meaning and moral message behind the comic story and as a form of implementation and contribution of researchers' scientific studies that can be useful for public literacy material
Pengembangan E-Booklet Sistem Hormon sebagai Bahan Ajar untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangankan e-booklet. Penelitian dilakukan dari Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2022 dengan menggunakan paradigma penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Cluster random sampling digunakan untuk memilih 24 sampel dari siswa kelas XI MIPA yang terdiri dari satu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan nilai validasi produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan validasi media sebesar 97,32 % (sangat layak/valid), dan validasi ahli materi diperoleh nilai 84,37% (sangat layak/valid). Hasil Uji efektifitas diperoleh nilai N-gain sebesar 0,35 (35%) dengan kriteria sedang. Respon siswa dan guru terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar e-booklet sistem hormon manusia memperoleh nilai rerata skor sebesar 4,27, rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,58% dari siswa dengan kriteria sangat praktis, dan nilai rerata skor dan persentase dari guru sebesar 3,8 dan 76% dengan kriteria praktis. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji efektifitas yang telah dilakukan maka bahan ajar e- booklet yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar
