Diploma III Nursing Program, University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a disease that forms a unity with the medical diagnosis of bronchitis, emphysema of the lungs and bronchial asthma which is characterized by a persistent slowing of airflow. The problems felt are shortness of breath, coughing up phlegm, an increase in respiratory frequency. So it is necessary to take nursing actions, namely chest physiotherapy. The purpose of this study Application of Chest Physiotherapy Actions on Changes in Respiratory Frequency in T.D with Ineffective Airway Clearing Disorders in COPD Patients in the Work Area of the Warungkondang Health Center. The data of this research were taken by using interview, observation, documentation, and secondary data methods. The sample taken is one respondent, namely Mr. D feels shortness of breath with COPD with increased respiratory rate. The results of this study found that the application of chest physiotherapy was effective in increasing the respiratory rate in COPD patients. Recommendations from these results chest physiotherapy can be used for someone who has COPD

    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;English&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Rice seed is a promising business. Partnership between rice seed producers and seed growers is profitable to both parties and enhances production scale. This study was conducted in November 2013 in Mojokerto and Banyuwangi Regencies, East Java Province. Results of the study showed that rice seed producers in East Java were able to supply more than the rice farmers’ dema nd in the province. Some of the rice seed production was sold to other provinces. Partnership between producers and growers are intended to reduce risks. Furthermore, growers received soft loans fr om producer, attained higher yield, and better selling price. It is necessary to improve role of Food Crops and Horticulture Seed Control Agency (UPT PSBT PH) to oversee rice seed production and its distribution. Crops Seed Controller (PBT) enhancement will improve role of UPT PSBTPH. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Indonesia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Produksi benih padi merupakan bisnis yang relatif menjanjikan. Kemitraan antara produsen dan penangkar benih padi menguntungkan kedua belah pihak dan dapat meningkatkan skala produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2013 di Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produsen benih di Jawa Timur mampu menghasilkan benih padi untuk mencukupi kebutuhan petani di provinsi tersebut, bahkan sebagian dijual ke luar provinsi. Umumnya produsen benih bermitra dengan penangkar benih untuk mengurangi risiko kerugian. Penangkar benih diuntungkan karena mendapat bantuan pinjaman dari produsen sehingga dapat menghasilkan calon benih padi dengan produktivitas tinggi dan harga jual yang lebih baik dari gabah konsumsi. Peranan Balai Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih (BPSB) atau Unit Pengelola Teknis Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (UPT PSBTPH) perlu ditingkatkan dalam mengawasi produksi benih sejak di lapang, setelah panen hingga pengolahan benih dan peredaran di pasar.     Solok Regency irrigation network planning which has an area of irrigation land of 3738 ha. The main canals are spread in several areas, namely 43 Irrigation Channels, 17 Dams, 7 Reservoirs and 2 lakes which are still functioning in Solok Regency. The poverty rate in Solok Regency is still quite high, reaching 27,487%. The data includes secondary data on 10-year rainfall data from KayuAro, Bayur Maritime Bay Methodology, Padang Panjang Geophysics and 10-year climatology from KayuAro Climatology Station. The calculation method used is the intensity of theissen rainfall method, Evapotranspiration of the modified Penman method, the reliable discharge of the DR.FJ Mock method, the cropping pattern, and the need for irrigation water.&nbsp; The most efficient and optimal planting pattern obtained is PADI-PADI-CORN with large irrigation water requirements in tertiary plots (NFR tertiary plots) ranging from 0 - 1,546 ltr / sec / ha with a maximum of 1,546 ltr / sec / ha in September II, whereas Irrigation water demand in the intake (DR intake) ranges from 0 to 2,378 ltr sec / ha with a maximum of 2,378 ltr / sec / ha in September II.The mainstay discharge available in the Pauh Tinggi Irrigation Network Planning is very abundant with the mainstay discharge (Q80) for irrigation, the maximum mainstay discharge (Q80) occurs in April I with 10.482 ltr / sec / ha and minimum in December II with 3,930 ltr / sec / ha.     Perusahaan X merupakan perusahaan berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan pelanggan dan kebutuhan karyawan, yang berarti sistem terkomputerisasi diperlukan untuk mengurangi kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji.saat ini perusahaan masih kurang efektif dalam penghitungan gaji karyawan karena masih melakukan penghitungan, pembayaran gaji dan pembuatan laporan secara manualdengan metode dalam pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara kepada pemilik perusahaan,melakukan Observasi kelapangan dan juga kuesioner yang digunakan untuk penilaian terhadap rancangan sistem, Metode Perancangan menggunakan prototype yang memiliki tahapan yaitu mendengarkan pelangan atau pengumpulan kebutuhan, Perancangan dan Ujicoba dalam penilaian Uji coba menggunakan penilaian System Usability Scale (SUS) dari data penilaian responden, kemudian melakukan penghitungan menggunakan rumus dari System Usability Scale terdapat nilai terkecil yaitu 78 dan nilai terbesar adalah 90 dari depalan responden dengan menjawab 10 pertanyaan yang memiliki skor rata-rata yaitu 86 dari kualifikasi pada tabel diatas “Sangat Layak”antarmuka pengguna harus dirancang sehingga mudah digunakan dan mudah dipahami agar kesalahan input data penggajian dapat dihindari. Penggunaan fitur autofill dan validasi data secara real-time dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan input. Dan untuk membuat antarmuka pengguna yang efektif, perlu memahami kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna dengan baik.     The Turkish guideline for the diagnosis and management of atopic dermatitis-2018

    Background and Design: Atopic dermatitis (AD) has a complicated etiopathogenesis and difficulties in diagnosis and treatment from time to time. Because of the disease which different approaches can be seen rationalize the need for an algorithm for the diagnosis, classification, etiopathogenesis, diagnostic tests and therapeutic approach. Therefore, authors from Dermatoallergy Working Group of the Turkish Society of Dermatology aimed to create an AD guideline for the diagnosis, treatment and followup. Materials and Methods: Each section of the guideline has been written by a different author. The prepared sections were evaluated in part by e-mail correspondence and have taken its final form after revision in the last meeting held by the participation of all authors. Results: The guideline includes the diagnosis, classification, etiopathogenesis, diagnostic tests and therapeutic approach of AD. Lesions show age-related morphology and distribution. There are no in vivo/in vitro tests that have high sensitivity and specificity that can be used to identify AD and trigger factors. The first step of treatment consists of moisturizers, topical corticosteroids and calcineurin inhibitors, respectively. Moisturizers are used therapeutically in all forms of AD. Topical corticosteroids are the first agents to be used when moisturizers are inadequate. Topical calcineurin inhibitors should be used in lesions resistant to corticosteroids, for proactive treatment, special areas. Antimicrobials agents and antiseptics should only be added to treatment when clinical signs of infection are present. And in topical treatment-resistant cases, second-line treatment is phototherapy or oral cyclosporine. The biologic agent, dupilumab, is promising in the treatment of severe AD. Conclusion: AD is a disease that can be challenging for the physician in terms of treatment and follow-up. Depending on evidence-based data (and individual experiences), this guideline will have a leading role in the diagnosis and treatment of AD and help the physician to overcome the challenges in the management

Fakultas Hukum,Universitas Brawijaya [email protected] ABSTRAK Pengaturan Wajib lapor Kendaraan Bermotor yang berasal dari luar daerah diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Nomor 9 Tahun 2010 tentang Pajak Daerah. Namun Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendapatan Malang Kota terkait Pasal 4 Ayat (2) bahwa “Kendaraan Bermotor Luar Daerah yang digunakan lebih dari 3 bulan di daerah wajib lapor kepada Kepala Dinas†sudah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2010-2011 belum maksimal, dikarenakan banyak yang tidak setuju. Melalui Metode Penelitian Yuridis Empiris dengan pendektan sosiologis, penulis akan berusaha menjawa permasalahan terkait dengan Upaya, Hambatan dan Solusi dalam Pasal 4 Ayat (2) Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Nomor 9 Tahun 2010 tentang Pajak Daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa yang terjadi di lapangan tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah yang terkait. Adapun Hambatannya yaitu masyarakat banyak yang protes terkait wajib lapor kendaraan bermotor dari luar daerah. Lebih lanjut penulis menyarankan memuat ketentuan sanksi dalam Peraturan Daerah tersebut dan perlu adanya pengoperasian zebra kepada kendaraan bermotor dari luar daerah. Kata Kunci : Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendapatan Malang Kota, Kendaraan Bermotor Dari Luar Daerah, Peraturan Daerah.   ABSTRACT The requirement for incoming students to report their vehicles coming from other regions is governed in Regional Regulation of the Province of East Java Number 9 of 2010 concerning Regional Tax. However, the measures as taken by Technical Implementing Unit of Revenue Department of Malang related to Article 4 Paragraph (2) stating “vehicles from outside regions and used for more than three months have to be reported to the Unit Head†had not been optimally implemented from 2010-2011 since some disagree with the regulation. With empirical juridical method and sociological approach, the author aims to answer the problem regarding the measures, hindrance, and solution in Article 4 Paragraph (2) of Regional Regulation of the Province of East java Number 9 of 2010 concerning Regional Revenue. The research result concludes that the reality is not what the regional regulation tries to manage. Some members of public protest over compulsory report that they have to make about their vehicles from different regions. Moreover, It is essential that provisions of sanction in the Regional Regulation be made, and inspections for vehicles from different regions are required.     The Health Services Use Among Older Canadians in Rural and Urban Areas

    Even though universal health care is one of the fundamental pillars of Canadian society, the rising cost of all services has resulted in the relocation and redistribution of funding and services between rural and urban areas. While most econometric analyses of health service use in Canada include broad controls by province and rural/urban status, there has been relatively little econometric work that has focused specifically on geographical variation in health service use. Using the 2002-03 wave of the Canadian Community Health Survey, we examine the determinants of a range of health services use by older Canadians across different types of urban and rural areas of residence. The regression analysis suggests two general conclusions: 1) other things equal, health service use is lower among older residents of rural areas in terms of visits to a GP, to a specialist and to a dentist compared to residents of urban core CMA/CAs, but there are no significant differences in hospital nights; and 2) these results are surprisingly robust across a range of specifications that control variously for demographic characteristics, socio-economic status, private health insurance, and physical health. However, the magnitude of the estimated differences is quantitatively not very large.     SERVER-SIDE PROCESSING TECHNIQUES FOR OPTIMIZING THE SPEED OF PRESENTING BIG DATA

    Big data is the latest industry keyword to describe large volumes of structured and unstructured data that are difficult to process and analyze. Most organizations are looking for the best approach to managing and analyzing large volumes of data, especially in decision making. Large data causes the process of presenting information to be slow because all the large amounts of data must be displayed so that specific techniques are needed so that the presentation of information remains fast even though the data is already large. The website generally processes requests to the server, and then if the required data is available, the server will send all the data. This causes all processes to be based on the client-side. So that the client load becomes heavy in displaying all the data. In this study, server-side processing techniques will be applied so that all processes will be handled by the server and the data sent is not all direct but based on periodic requests from the client. The results of this study indicate the use of server-side processing techniques is more optimal. Based on the results of testing the data presentation speed comparison with server-side processing techniques 98.6% is better than client-side processing
