Bagi tenaga kerja yang berhenti bekerja sebelum usia 55 tahun dan tidak bekerja kembali dengan masa kepesertaan serendah-rendahnya 5 tahun setelah melewati masa masa tunggu selama 6 bulan, juga sudah dapat memenuhi persyaratan untuk mengambil Jaminan Hari Tuanya

    As educational service providers, universities play a major role in the success of government programs, namely the intellectual life of the nation. Higher education must be able to manage human resources well because it will have an impact on the effectiveness of the organization's work. The purpose of this study was to find answers on how to optimize employee engagement to improve the performance of human resources (HR) in tertiary institution in the VUCA era and what factors should be prioritized for improving human resources in a university in the VUCA era. This study applies a case study approach from qualitative research design. In this study a semi-structured interview is used to get the perspectives of employee engagement. The research proved that to optimize employee engagement in higher education, an institution must be able to understand the difficulties faced by its employees. An institution must also be able to provide motivation and support to all employees so that they will feel comfortable and safe at work and this can prevent performance deterioration

    This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using Arikunto\u27s theory (2010:112), which suggests that if the population is small or fewer than 100 people, it is advisable to take the entire population; if the population is large or more than 100 people, a sample of 10-15% or 20-25% or more than 30% can be taken. The sample size for this study is 39 employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling (Census) technique. Data testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo (MSA Cargo) simultaneously

    This research aims to determine the effect of the variables Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Hoka Hoka Bento Kelapa Gading Branch. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 140 respondents and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.The results of the analysis show that the average value of the Service Quality and Price variables is 4.32 and 4.28 respectively, which indicates the "Strongly Agree" or "Very good". Analysis was carried out using Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, as well as Simultaneous Analysis and T Test to measure the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that Service Quality has a strong relationship with Customer Satisfaction (r = 0.835), while Price also shows a strong relationship with Customer Satisfaction (r = 0.777). Multiple linear regression analysis produces the equation Y = 2.534 + 0.535X1 + 0.383X2, indicating that Service Quality and Price positively influence Customer Satisfaction. The test results show that the t-value for Service Quality is 10.037 (p < 0.05) and for Price is 6.473 (p < 0.05), which shows that these two variables have a significant individual effect on Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous analysis show an F-count value of 238.612 (p < 0.05), which indicates that Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that Service Quality and Price together explain 76.1% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction.     This study aims to discuss the feasibility of learning media using Arduino Uno for the last 10 years in learning Physics. The author of the article uses the library method by collecting data using the Publish or Perish application from a national journal for physics learning media over the last 10 years. Data analysis technique using content analysis. The results showed that the use of learning media using Arduino Uno as a teaching material was very widely used in physics learning. Some teaching materials that use Arduino Uno a lot include the use of temperature measuring devices using the lm35 sensor, Water Discharge Meters using Flow Sensors, Photodiode sensors, solar cells, ultrasonic sensors, light dependent resistors and so on. With the media eligibility average being in the valid and very valid categories, the average is in the vulnerable category of more than 75%. With this literature study, researchers can compare the use of Arduino Uno, which is one of the best learning media to use

    The number of small and micro business taxpayers at the Cibitung Pratama Tax Office from year to year after the increase, but the high increase in the number of taxpayers is not directly proportional to the increase in taxpayer compliance in paying and notifying the tax. The purpose of this research is to recognize the influence of understanding, the description and knowledge of taxpayers on the compliance of small and medium-sized micro business taxpayers at KPP Pratama Cibitung. The population in this research is a small intermediate micro business taxpayer registered at KPP Pratama Cibitung. The procedure for taking illustrations in this research uses accidental sampling, on the contrary, the collection of information through the questionnaire method. The illustrations used in this research are 100 respondents. In this research, hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research display that understanding, descriptions, and knowledge of taxpayers regarding partial taxation influence the compliance of small and medium-sized micro business taxpayers in the Cibitung Pratama Tax Office

    ANALYSING THE EFL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS’ PLAGIARISM IN WRITING ACADEMIC PAPERS

    This research is aimed to identify the forms of plagiarism and to reveal the factors contribute toward the emergence of plagiarism in students’ undergraduate research papers. The method used is qualitative approach using content analysis. The data collection was done through analysing documents (respondents’ papers) and  interviewing the respondents and the lecturers of a private college in Bogor. The research found that there are three kinds of plagiarism forms produced by the undergraduate students; 1) Totally Copy-Paste (TCP) which means copying the texts as the same as the original without crediting the authors; 2) Totally Copy-Paste from the Mentioned Author (TCP-MA) means the respondents once credited the name of the author, but then they copied the original texts and pasted  them as many pages as they needed without paraphrasing at all; and 3) Copy-Paste and Deleting and/or Changing Few of Original Words (CP- DCFOW) which is almost the same as TCP but few words were deleted or changed from the original sources without crediting the authors. In addition, the factors contributed toward the emergence of plagiarism were the respondents’ idleness to understand the academic paper procedure, the respondents’ pragmatic views during conducting their academic paper, the respondents’ low confidence to write their own ideas on their academic paper, and the respondents’ skill to adress their ideas into the context of English academic paper
