Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor permukiman terhadap kondisi kesehatan, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data literatur 2020–2024 yang diperoleh melalui Publish or Perish (POP) menggunakan kata kunci “Permukiman” dan “Kesehatan dan Masyarakat”. Dari 100 publikasi yang memenuhi kriteria, hasil menunjukkan perlunya penataan zonasi, peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan, dan perbaikan sanitasi. Kolaborasi lintas sektor dinilai penting guna membangun lingkungan aman, sehat, serta berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan terpadu dalam tata kota dapat meningkatkan akses kesehatan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. As stated in Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, every citizen has the right to education. (2) Every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to pay for it. However, due to the lack of information about education, many people pay less attention to their children's education. This is also the reason why teenagers in Lebo Village, Pematang Karau District, East Barito Regency, on average, only finish high school. So that the purpose of the presence of the research team is to provide a qualitative analysis of the preparation for entering college in the Lebo Village community so that it can become an important reference for changing people's mindsets about the importance of education. Because as it is known that people who receive education at the tertiary level are one of the important things in order to be able to provide ideas and ideas for the progress of the village. The results of the study show that in Lebo Village there are only elementary schools, for middle and high schools there are still no. The village is located in a location that is difficult to signal, so it is difficult for the community to access information. On average, after graduating from high school, parents are more likely to direct their children to work than to continue their education to college. The method of this research is to use a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. From the results of the study stated that: (1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee satisfaction. (2) Partially, work motivation and work environment affect employee satisfaction significantly. This research approach is a quantitative research with interview data collection techniques, questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, F statistic test (simultaneous), individual parameter significant test (T test), and R2 determination coefficient test using SPSS 16.0 application. Based on the results of the study using hypothesis testing. In hypothesis testing, SPSS output results with T test results and F test results. The T test output results state that the two variables (X1 and X2) have a significant influence on the variable (Y). The following are the results of X1 against Y getting a significant value of 0.040 <0.05 with the result of T count 2.156 > 2.05183 T table. The results of the X2 T test against Y got a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a T count result of 4.877 > 2.05183. Meanwhile, for the SPSS output for testing the F test hypothesis, the significance result is 0.000 < 0.05 with an F count of 72,477 > 3.34. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables on Job Satisfaction (Y

No full textAim: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of managing the Ransel Buku community library The research was conducted at Ransel Buku in the lower Petuk Katimpun Village, located along the Rungan River. Method: The researchers employed a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman technique, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was ensured through source and technique triangulation. Result and Discussions: The findings indicate that the situational leadership demonstrated by the management is highly adaptive to various conditions. The learning programs include activities such as basic literacy and numeracy (calistung), dancing, English language instruction, as well as counseling and training. The partnership programs reveal collaborations with various institutions. In terms of infrastructure, the facilities and equipment are adequate. Regarding educators, the teaching staff primarily consist of volunteers, while educational roles can still be managed by the management or permanent volunteers. The output indicates the elimination of early marriages among children and their active involvement in activities outside Ransel Buku. The achievement of objectives shows that the primary goal of Ransel Buku to prevent early marriage-has been successfully attained. Additional indicators include community involvement as learners and external support for activities at Ransel Buku, as well as the benefits and satisfaction of service users. Conclusion: In conclusion, the management of Ransel Buku can be considered effective, despite certain shortcomings, such as the absence of professional educators and a formal curriculum

Korelasi Penggunaan Smartphone dan Pola Tidur di Kalangan Remaja Kelas VIII di SMPN 9 Kota Palangka Raya
No full textPemanfaatan smartphone merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap masalah kesehatan di kalangan remaja Indonesia, dengan kualitas tidur yang tidak memadai sama signifikan. Remaja dengan kebiasaan tidur yang buruk, termasuk penggunaan smartphone larut malam dan terjaga dalam waktu lama, mungkin mengalami kecemasan, depresi, fokus berkurang, dan efek buruk pada kesehatan fisik dan psikologis, sehingga meningkatkan risiko kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone dan pola tidur pada remaja kelas delapan di SMPN 9 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional yang memanfaatkan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang tervalidasi dan dapat diandalkan, menyasar populasi 98 remaja kelas VIII di SMPN 9 Palangka Raya, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Temuan survei ini menunjukkan bahwa 63 responden (63,3%) remaja yang dikategorikan menunjukkan penggunaan smartphone yang bermasalah mengaitkan perilaku ini dengan keterlibatan yang berlebihan dengan media sosial dan game online. Lima puluh delapan jawaban (59,2%) remaja menunjukkan pola tidur yang buruk. Penggunaan ponsel yang berkepanjangan pada siang dan malam mengakibatkan keterlambatan tidur, sehingga mengurangi kualitas tidur pada remaja. Hasil penelitian dari tes statistik peringkat Spearman menghasilkan nilai p 0,000 (p<0,05) dan nilai r 0,530, menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat substansial antara penggunaan smartphone dan pola tidur pada remaja. Diantisipasi bahwa remaja yang disiplin akan memberlakukan pembatasan pada penggunaan smartphone sehari-hari mereka. Diantisipasi bahwa orang tua dan keluarga akan mengatur dan memfasilitasi pemahaman tentang penggunaan smartphone yang tepat, memastikannya tidak membahayakan kualitas tidur anak-anak

Karena kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin berperan sebagai pengatur dalam proses kerjasama antara pemimpin dengan individu maupun pemimpin dengan kelompoknya. Kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin (kepala sekolah) akan mampu membedakan antara suatu organisasi dengan organisasi lainnya. Kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin (kepala sekolah) dalam memimpin suatu organisasi akan mempengaruhi kinerja daripada guru itu. Rumusan Masalah: Apakah ada Hubungan yang signifikan antar kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket Analisis data melalui: Rumus yang dipergunakan adalah menggunakan Fisher Exact Probability Test. Hasil penelitian: Hasil perhitungan menunjukan dengan menggunakan Hasil 1) uji Friedman, nilai chi-square sebesar 0.077. Nilai signifikansi p-value 0.782. Karena nilai p-value 0.782 lebih besar dari 0.05 maka kesimpulannya adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan respon antara kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan respon Kinerja Guru. 2) Dan juga menggunakan Kendall's W Test Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah hanya mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Guru sebesar 0.05 %. Dilihat dari angka asymp-sig yang lebih besar dari alpha 0.05 maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sama atau Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Tidak Mempengaruhi Kinerja Gur

The results of this study are culinary traders at Sangomang Park in terms of products using 3 competitive strategies that are applied, including developing existing products, making new products that do not exist in other traders, and maintaining or maintaining the quality of existing flavors. For the price applied, the trader follows or equals the price of the surrounding trader. Then in terms of service, culinary traders in Sangomang Park as a whole apply good service with smiles, greetings and greetings. Regarding promotion, there are those who promote their wares through social media and some only through their families, employees, and people they know.
