PT Unibless Indo Multi is engaged in IT Services, IT Trading, and IT Outsourcing. In this paper focuses on IT Trading, which includes the sale and rental of IT hardware, the provision of office equipment, the provision of shelves and archival support equipment and others. The author finds problems that occur specifically in the inventory of goods in processing inventory data still using simple applications, which causes the company's performance to be less than optimal. The author aims to solve existing problems by designing and building an inventory data management system using visual basic with the waterfall method, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Balsamiq Mockup and using a Microsoft Access database. Based on the test results using blackbox testing, the system runs as expected. After testing, 92.5 out of 7 respondents agreed that the system is easy to understand and use

Designing chairs in the 20 th century was marked by the efforts to reduce dependency on nature while accelerating issues of the environment and also motivating people to explore their creativity wider. As an implementation of the above aims, several chairs were designed with attempts to explore new values, one of which was material exploration. These attempts include the emergence of new values on many kind of experiments such as the finishing, processing, structure, ergonomics, and which are eventually directed to the final chair form. This research uses the qualitative method of approach with emphasis on the aesthetic meaning and logic of the experimental chair. The aims include identifying the principles of designing experimental chairs through several analyses such as the analysis of experiments that had been done and the analysis of form and function. The research was also undertaken using the methods of description and comparison to analyze the aesthetic values of experimental chairs. Results revealed that the forms produced on experimental chairs were more to be impacted by the process of production elements like materials, color, structure, manufacturing, and finishing that eventually establishes new forms that are more unique and unusual than conventional chairs. The new forms seen on experimental chairs reflect more of contemporary and postmodern values. Contemporary values are represented by the visual uniqueness that relates to contemporary aesthetics while postmodern values were showed by the concept of universality inside it. It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper would determine the direction and orientation of experimental chair design so that it becomes a stimulus chair of deeper chair design development in the futur

KAIDAH SEMIOTIKA PADA FURNITURE POSTMODERNISME
Abstract Designing postmodernism product more produces form that purpused to local elements, sfecific, individual, associative , and aesthetic and avoid mass -produce orientation, rational and stiff. It was also in designing furniture. After design processing based on culture reality, cretaing postmodernism furniture are also followed by semiotic meaning. Without ignoring function, the aim of designing process is dominated by form exploring. Development of postmodernism furniture is caused by development of society perspective that purpused to plurality in many fields. material invention are followed by inventing in manufacturing technology, structure, applying texture and color are also become supporting element of birth of postmodernism furniture. That mindset causes some furniture more reach from than function.Postmodernism furniture negless costumer and commercial aspects. So, those design are subjective, irrational, emotional, and expressive.
Urban Waste as an Alternative Material for Making Aesthetic Elements for Interior Design that Represent Indonesian Ornamental Pattern
In the field of design, activities to develop form, application materials, production processes and product functions lead to eco-design, which is an opportunity to use urban waste for supporting daily human activities and aesthetic values, reducing dependence on nature and also conserving resources. The various wastes experimented with were office paper, plastic packaging, paper packaging, dry leaves, plastic bags and a mix of them. Numerous experimental steps were taken to produce aesthetic elements by utilising these wastes as prime material. A systematic procedure was applied and using aesthetic elements, an aesthetic board was made. It was seen that there is a possibility to create Indonesian ornamental patterns with these wastes. The results show that urban wastes have great potential as material for aesthetic elements of interior design. This study was conducted on the basis of the culture, natural resources and social behaviour of Indonesia as an agrarian country. Keywords: Urban waste, alternative material, aesthetic element, interior design, Indonesian ornament.</jats:p

A survey design for integrated monitoring of salmonids
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife conducts three large-scale projects to monitor coastal salmonids. The Coastal Salmonid Inventory Project conducts spawning surveys for returning adults, the Early Life History Project monitors juvenile salmonids, and the Aquatic Inventory Project monitors stream habitat. In 1998, an integrated monitoring design was initiated to facilitate the integration of data among these projects. A rotating panel design utilizing the Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Program (EMAP) site selection process was deemed to be the best approach to meet the needs of the studies. EMAP utilizes a Geographic Information System (GIS) to draw a spatially balanced sample of a population. The program provides forced overlap between projects where their sampling domains overlap, and facilitates sampling intensification. The rotating panel design balances the utility of trend detection through repeated sampling at the same sites over time, with the advantages of extensive sampling of the target populations. Arc Info was used to create coverages of the population of streams to be sampled for each project. EMAP selects a spatially balanced sample from a coverage, forces overlap of sites for each project where their sampling extents coincide, associates each point with a stream reach, and measures the distance upstream from the reach origin. This plan was successfully implemented during the 1998 field season.Julie C. Firman and Steven E.
