Effect of Losing Nitrogen Fertilizers on Living Organism and Ecosystem, and Prevention Approaches of their Harmful Effect
The world’s population is drastically increasing; therefore, an enormous amount of nitrogen and other fertilizers are used to produce enough food for their feeding. Furthermore, since the applied nitrogen amount is not completely absorbed by plants, its big proportion is released to the environment in different ways. The released nitrogen amount damages both humans’ health and the environment. Some technical and agronomical techniques help to minimize the loss of this nitrogen. The fertilizer\u27s loss not only affects farmers\u27 economic condition, but their effects are integrated. Nitrogen fertilizers pollute water, soil, air, as well as our foods. Leaching nitrate can cause eutrophication in sea, lakes, and water bodies. This condition poses a big threat to the lives of fish and other aquatic organisms. It also causes various diseases in humans such as blue baby syndrome, carcinoma, and others. For instance, Nitrate-N (NO3-N) leads to the blue baby syndrome, carcinoma, and other diseases in humans. NO3-N leaching stimulates the growth of blue-green algae and creates hypoxic zones in the water. Moreover, cyanobacteria produce toxins that affect the liver`, kidney, brain, skin, and other parts of the human body, as well as cause complicated diseases. Ammonia and nitrogen oxides contribute to acid rains and have adverse effects on ecosystems. Nitrous oxides (N₂O) deplete the ozone layer, a layer that prevents harmful rays from reaching the earth. N₂O contributes extremely to global warming due to its potentiality. Although Nitrogen fertilizers have contributed to produce high yields in the world, their excessive application has created different problems in our environment. To reduce nitrogen leaching, some agronomical, technical, and other practices are required to be used in the large and small farming system

Effects of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers Applications Levels on Greenhouse Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Yield and Soil Quality in Khost Province
The study was carried out to determine the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on tomato yield and soil quality. The study was performed in a randomized complete block design consisting of 7 treatments with 3 replications in the research farm, Shaikh Zayed University, Khost, Afghanistan. The fertilizers treatments were T1, organic fertilizer (5 t/ha); T2, organic fertilizer (10 t/ha); T3, urea (150 Kg/ha); T4, urea (200 Kg/ha); T5, mixed fertilizers (organic fertilizer 3 t/ha + urea (100 Kg/ha); T6, mixed fertilizers (organic fertilizer 6 t/ha + urea (70 Kg/ha) and T7 a control. Results indicate that applications of inorganic fertilizers with a combination of organic fertilizers increased tomato yield and improves the nutrient status of the soil. T5 showed the highest yield of tomato and followed by T4 treatment, which were 33.1 and 31.7 t/ha respectively. The lower yield were obtained in T7 and T1 treatments. The highest plant heights (205.0 and 199.0 cm) were obtained in T5 and T4 respectively, while the lowest plant heights were obtained in T1 treatment and followed by T7 treatment. Similarly, we found that a combination of both inorganic and organic fertilizers application also is the best strategy to improve soil nutrients, maintain soil fertility. Soil P2O5 and K2O, where the highest amounts were obtained in T5 and followed by T6, which were 26.5, 22.5 and 44.5 and 41.5 mg/L respectively. The control treatment had the lowest amount of P2O5 and K2O. Therefore, this study suggests that an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer not only increased tomato yield but also improve soil fertility

Keyword: Speaking, Speaking problem
Speaking is the process of expressing ideas, opinions, and thoughts in spoken
language. More specifically, speaking can be used as a medium to communicate
by expressing ideas through words and speaking is one of the most important
aspects of language learning. Next is when speaking activities in class, there will
definitely be some problems. Speaking problems can hinder students when
speaking English. The author hopes that readers can understand the definition of
speaking and the factors in speaking problems and the solutions to overcome
them.
The aims of this study are: (1) To know what factors that contribute to the
students’ difficulties in speaking at the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah
Tulungagung. (2) To know how the students minimize the difficulties in speaking
at the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.
The method in this research is qualitative research. The data obtained from
observation and interview. Observation were used to obtain data to answer the
problem formulation about internal and external factors that can affect students'
difficulties in speaking English, while interview were used to obtain more indepth data than answering questions.
The results showed that there are two factors that influence students'
difficulties when speaking English, namely internal factors and external factors.
Internal factors come from within oneself and external factors come from outside.
Internal factors consist of performance condition, anxiety, motivation and
listening ability, while external factors consist of learning environment. The
learning environment is divided into four points, namely mother tongue, learning
groups (support from friends), support from family and relatives and campus
facilities. The solution to overcome these factors is to understand the purpose of
learning English, force yourself to practice in a creative and consistent way,
master and prepare the material well and use campus facilities wisely
Effects of Cultivating Rice and Wheat with and without Organic Fertilizer Application on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Soil Quality in Khost, Afghanistan
The agricultural sector is the most important economic component in Afghanistan, as 80% of the population is involved. The improvement of cereal production is an urgent task to meet the nation’s demand for the staple within the limited arable land. To promote a sustainable crop production system, this study examined the soil quality to learn the basic knowledge of soil fertility and the environmental impact of different rice–wheat cropping systems in Khost, Afghanistan by using the life cycle assessment (LCA) method. The economic analysis of each farming system was conducted by the data gathered by the farmers’ interviews along with LCA data collection. The analysis considered the on-farm activities, which were required to produce 1 kg of wheat and rice. It included energy use, production, and farming inputs such as fertilizer and agrochemicals. Conventional farming with organic fertilizer application (CF+OF) was compared with conventional farming (CF). The LCA results showed the total greenhouse gas (GHG) emission was higher in rice production compared to wheat production. However, CO2 absorption by the crops was far greater than the total GHG emission in both systems and showed great potential for soil carbon sequestration for mitigation of global warming. The soil examination revealed the CF+OF system increased soil total carbon (TC), active C (AC), total N (TN), soil organic carbon storage (SCS), P, and K+ after four years of organic fertilizer application. The yield of each crop was slightly higher in the CF system; however, the CF+OF system increased net income by reducing the cost for fertilizer. The study concluded the CF+OF system can improve soil fertility in the long term while saving the farming operation cost. Further research is required to determine the best combination of practices to improve cattle manure characteristics and farm management for soil carbon sequestration to promote a sustainable farming system in the country
Assessment of Soil Organic Carbon Storage in Vegetable Farms Using Different Farming Practices in the Kanto Region of Japan
Agricultural fields can store substantial amounts of atmospheric carbon in the soil. In 2011, the Environmentally Friendly Farming Direct Payment Program (EFFDPP) began as a way to promote sustainable agriculture, but the approved methods for receiving the subsidy are limited to the use of manure and cover crops. For evaluating other options for the EFFDPP, we calculated soil carbon inputs and CO2 emissions in four nature farming (NF) systems for comparisons with conventional farming (CF) and environmentally friendly farming (EF) systems. In 2015, we collected data on farm management from interviews and conducted a field experiment for NF. According to the calculations using a modified Roth C model, the ability for soil carbon sequestration predicted over the next 20 years is the highest in a no-till NF system with grass mulching. CO2 emission per ha for CF was 4.8 tCO2/ha, which was eight times higher than that for NF. However, the highest CO2 emission per kg of crop was noted in NF with no grass mulching due to very low yield. The total CO2 emission for CF was similar to that for EF. The NF systems were beneficial in reducing CO2 emission, but a combination of other approaches is required for satisfying EFFDPP criteria
Pemenuhan hak politik penyandang disabilitas menurut Undang-Undang Nomer 7 Tahun 2017
ABSTRACT
Affirmative action is a tool that is used by some people to provide a clear portion of persons with disabilities, that persons with disabilities are able to become members of the legislature just like people without disabilities. It is a mandate of the law that political rights to be elected to public office are the rights of personswith disabilities. Providing a special portion for persons with disabilities is something that needs to be done, bearing in mind that disabilities are an underdeveloped minority, but besides that disabilities are also guaranteed their rights in the constitution.Like women who get a 30% (thirty percent) share of nominating positions for legislative candidates, with disabilities with disabilities need to get the same thing in order to create a variety of pro-disability regulations. With the existence of a law regulating the portion of persons with disabilities, it will become a gateway for the participation of persons with disabilities in the realm of political contestation. The author uses the theory of legal protection as the blade of research, in the context of legal protection, the aspects that measure that disabilities need to get a portion are the supremacy of law, equality before the law, the principle of legality (due process of law). ). The author also uses the theory of people's sovereignty where the highest power of a country is in the hands of the people, the people hold power over a government, therefore all kinds of government regulations and actions must be based on the wishes of the people. The author also adds this research to the maslahah mursalah theory of Imam najamuddin at-tufi, in his maslha only states that free reason thinks and seeks new benefits beyond the support of the text (the Koran) and its derivatives, that the formation of a new law must see the side of its benefits and benefits, whether it is supported by texts and sunnah or not.The importance of adopting the role of persons with disabilities in order to provide a clear portion of persons with disabilities so that further laws are made to more or less defend persons with disabilities who are in fact a minority. There needs to be an additional law as an effort to fulfill the political rights of persons with disabilities in the distribution of seats for legislative members so that the participation of persons with disabilities in the ranks of legislators in the future can create pro-disability regulations.

This paper discusses the socio-cultural integration of coastal communities in Baurung Village, East Banggae District, Majene Regency. This paper aims to analyze the forms of socio-cultural integration of coastal communities in Baurung Village, East Banggae District, Majene Regency. In this paper, the author has the main focus of his study on social interaction, local cultural values and socio-cultural integration and adaptation between ethnic groups that live side by side in the area. This paper uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, data obtained through field observations conducted by researchers in the Baurung Village area. Then conducting in-depth interviews with the Baurung Village community and conducting documentation. The results of this study indicate that socio-cultural integration in Baurung Village can be seen from the existence of events or traditions such as the celebration of the fisherman's party (Mappasso), mutual cooperation (Sirondo-rondoi), social services, buying and selling activities and so on. From several of these activities, the involvement of several individual actors who interact with each other in a structured manner has a match with the structural functionalism theory put forward by Talcott Parson. The factors that drive socio-cultural integration are the adaptation of existing values that are still believed in by the community, tolerance between coastal community groups, and collective participation in social, cultural and religious activities. This paper discusses the socio-cultural integration of coastal communities in Baurung Village, East Banggae District, Majene Regency.
