Night Audit at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya is actually a Front Desk Agent that works at night at 11:00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m. and the task is to make a summary report at Hotel 88 Surabaya Malang Embong namely expected arrival, expected departure, guest account balance, guest in house by room, guest in house by company, summary cashier report, turnover report, room revenue breakdown, double occupancy report, lodging, monthly forecast, competitor report. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that Night Audit at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya only applies to male Front Desk Agent staff because of working hours at night.     Mush?rakah Mutan?qisah (Diminishing Partnership-MM) is a set of invariable rules and become as a basic of implementation for Islamic products that based on the Mush?rakah Mutan?qisah (Diminishing Partnership). There are two standards of MM that provide by Shariah Advisory Council of Bank Negara (SAC) and Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Institutions (AAOIFI) standard. This article shows that Mush?rakah Mutan?qisah (Diminishing Partnership) issued by AAOIFI with critical comment on ownership part, leasing, share reducing process and related issue on Musharakah. The methodology of collecting data is content analysis. The resultshows that standard AAOIFI has items such as contract concept, promise (wacd), recovery method, disposal method, liability cost in partnership, the need for capital contributions, profit sharing ratio, equity ownership, leasing a part of partnership. AAOIFI standard has 9 item where the impact of breeching item not in the AAOIFI standard

    Introduction: Ortner’s syndrome is a rare condition, known as cardiovocal condition as patients present with hoarseness of voice due to cardiovascular causes. Case presentation: We present a case of Ortner’s syndrome secondary to leaking thoracic aortic aneurysm in a patient who came to emergency department with hypotension and hoarseness of voice for 3 months. Focused cardiac ultrasound (FOCUS) and rapid ultrasound in shock (RUSH) were performed which revealed a thoracic aortic arch aneurysm. Discussion: Focused cardiac ultrasound and rapid ultrasound in shock examination in the emergency department had expedited the diagnosis of this rare condition, hence the subsequent definitive investigation and management. Conclusion: This case highlights the need for high index of suspicion for thoracic aneurysm in patients with unexplained cardiovocal symptoms. It also highlights the importance of point-of-care ultrasound in the emergency department and the significance of utilizing the suprasternal view to look for pathology at the arch of aorta. </jats:sec
