This simpul kasih featured on the fish floss only or ‘serunding ikan’ and our business was started by 2010. According to the customer’s demand, there are increases of orders during the festival season like Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha.
The selling price are RM15.00 per 1 pack of 500grammes each. While the fish floss also expecting to being sell soon as our customers very honored on our deliciousness of the floss.
Within this 2 month of selling, the agent, Nur Umairah achieved on amount of RM390 for the Simpul Kasih. Her customers are identified as her co-workers, seniors, schoolteachers and so on. As its reasonable price, this business also able to stand for longer time being since the last decade
Au-compensated high resistivity silicon for low loss microwave devices - suppression of parasitic surface conduction effect
Deep-level doping compensation process using elemental gold is used to create high resistivity silicon substrate for microwave application. Gold atoms are introduced into low resistivity Czochralski silicon substrates through an ion-implantation process and activated via high-temperature annealings. The highest substrate resistivity recorded for optimised substrates is 60 k-cm. A constant attenuation value of 0.19 dB/mm is measured at 20 GHz for a bias voltage range of -6 V to +6 V, for coplanar waveguides fabricated on this type of substrate, indicating full suppression of parasitic surface conduction effect at microwave frequencies. The attenuation results are supported by the capacitance-voltage characteristics, where the substrate is seen to be insensitive towards bias voltage. Based on a finite element analysis, this effect is caused by the reduced number of free carriers in the substrate and the increased interface trap densities at the oxide-silicon interface. Optimisation of substrate-processing stages are presented in this work. It is shown that the combination of slow-cooling and quenching for activation annealing provide a higher resistivity enhancement and a lower attenuation compared to single annealing. The removal of the near surface gold to increase substrate's resistivity is found to be unnecessary as it does not provide reduced attenuation. It can therefore be avoided to reduce process complexity. The influence of oxide type is studied, and thermal oxidation is seen to be unsuitable for oxide passivation. Bias-dependent attenuation characteristics suggest gold out-diffusion during the high-temperature treatment. Reactively sputtered oxides do, however, give excellent performance. In addition to coplanar waveguides attenuation responses, quality factor performance of meander inductors fabricated on gold-compensated high resistivity silicon substrate is evaluated. A higher quality factor is recorded for all inductance values for Au-compensated high resistivity silicon compared to Float-zone silicon. The highest quality factor value of 14 is measured for 0.7-nH inductors

After two years of theoretical study, the internship course is the final course of study I have to complete as a Marketing student at the Faculty of Business Administration. This internship course serves as a hands-on training ground for students to get real-world knowledge and workplace abilities that help them take responsibility for completing tasks assigned by their employer and gain job experience. My unforgettable and insightful 6-months industrial training began at Bulan Bintang Setia Alam. Bulan Bintang is one of the well-known retail brands in Malaysia that sells traditional clothing with a simple design while keeping its distinctiveness and traditionalism, the company has now become one of the top Muslim modem brands in Malaysia, and it is continuing to grow swiftly without compromising its fundamental value of producing high-quality products. Their brand is known with Baju Melayu that comes in two different cuttings which are slim fit and tailored fit. In this report, I have assessed the internal and external factors that might affect this company by using the SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis that I have observed, I have given my best recommendation for each SWOT that I have listed in the diagram. This include how Bulan Bintang can sustain their strengths, what they need to do to overcome their weaknesses, how they can take advantage of the opportunities, and what they can do deal with the threats

Gold-compensated high resistivity silicon as low-loss microwave substrate
Deep level doping compensation concept using elemental gold is utilised to create effectively high resistivity silicon substrates for the use in GHz range. Bias-dependent substrate losses associated with parasitic surface conduction is fully suppressed, indicated by the constant attenuation loss of 0.19 dB/mm at 40 GHz for the coplanar waveguides fabricated on the substrates. In addition to that, the incorporation of slow-cooling treatment in the annealing procedure proves that further increase in substrate resistivity can be achieved for Czochralski-grown silicon substrates, rising up its potential as one of the alternative substrates for radio-frequency monolithic microwave integrated circuits applications.</p

Kepemimpinan Hashim Ibn ‘Abd Manaf Terhadap Bangsa Quraysh
This article discusses the figure of Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf as the leader of the Quraish nation. He is the ancestor of Rasulullah Saw, who was the first to open a new trade route outside the city of Mecca twice a year. By using literature research, this article finds historical information that the success of the Quraish nation was pioneered by one of the traders, who later became known as a leader and trading figure among them. Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf's character can be seen from his expertise in seeing opportunities to change the trade route (silk route) in the northern region, which was often disrupted by wars between Rome and PersIa. With his diplomatic techniques, Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf succeeded in proposing a change in the trade route from the north to the south that crossed Mecca. This path became known as the rihlat al-shita wa al-sayf path and was immortalized in the Koran with the revelation of the Quraish letter. The findings of this article provide an illustration that the success of a nation can be built through the nation's ability to seize opportunities. Hashim ibn 'Abd Manaf was a leader who was able to see these opportunities and apply them to leading the Quraish nation.
Artikel ini membahas tentang sosok Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf sebagai pemimpin bangsa Quraish. Ia adalah nenek moyang Rasulullah Saw, yang merupakan orang yang pertama kali membuka rute baru perjalanan dagang ke luar kota Makkah sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun. Dengan menggunakan studi pustaka, artikel ini menemukan informasi historis bahwa keberhasilan bangsa Quraish dipelopori oleh salah seorang pelaku dagang yang di kemudIan hari dikenal menjadi pemimpin dan tokoh dagang di kalangan mereka. Ketokohan Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf terlihat dari kepIawaIannya dalam melihat peluang perubahan jalur dagang (jalur sutera) wilayah utara yang seringkali terganggu oleh peperangan antara Romawi dan PersIa. Dengan teknik diplomasinya, Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf, berhasil mengusulkan perubahan jalur dagang wilayah utara ke wilayah selatan yang melintasi Makkah. Jalur ini kemudIan dikenal sebagai jalur rihlat al-shita wa al-sayf dan dIabadikan dalam al-Quran dengan diturunkannya surat Quraish. Temuan artikel ini memberikan gambaran bahwa keberhasilan suatu bangsa, dapat dibangun melalui kepIawaIan meraih peluang yang dilakukan oleh bangsa itu sendiri. Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf merupakan seorang pemimpin yang mampu melihat peluang tersebut dan menerapkannya dalam memimpin bangsa Quraish.
