Pembelajran Kitab Kuning Mahasantri Ma’had Aly Pondok Pesantren As’adiyah Sengkang (Studi Penerapan Metode Qawā’id dan Tarjamah)
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. pembelajaran kitab kuning di Ma’had Aly Pondok Pesantren As’adiyah Sengkang secara umum menerapkan metode qawā’id wa tarjamah dalam tiga tahap, yakni pembelajaran kaidah nahwu,
kaidah sharf, dan aplikasi penerjemahan teks. Namun, implementasi metode ini belum merata di seluruh dosen. Sebagian menerapkan metode qawaid dan tarjamah dan sebagian menekankan substansi isi kitab dibanding struktur bahasa dan latihan tarjamah karena kepraktisan dalam menyampaikan substansi pemikiran para ulama dalam kitab-kitab tersebut. Hal ini berpengaruh pada tingkat pemahaman mahasantri secara keseluruhan, sehingga dibutuhkan
penguatan kompetensi dan komitmen dosen dalam menerapkan metode secara utuh dan berkelanjutan. 2. Problematika penerapan metode qawā’id dan tarjamah
dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning mahasantri Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang diklasifikasi ke dalam problematika metode dan non metode. a. Problematika metode: problematika morfologis (ilm al-sarf), problematika sintaksis (ilm alnahw), problematika semantik (ilmu al-dilālah), dan problema restrukturisasai (penyesuian tarjamah dengan penambahan, pengurangan, dan perubahan teks
tarjamah). b. Problematika non metode: 1). Problematika yang dihadapi dosen terkait sikap belajar, daya serap, pengetahuan dasar bahasa Arab mahasantri dan keterbatasan dosen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. 2) Problematika
yang dihadapi mahasantri terkait dengan pengetahuan dasar bahasa Arab dari segi qawaid dan penguasaan mufradat di tingkat awal. 3. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kitab kuning mahasantri Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang: a. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang: 1) Pengembangan kurikulum: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan (pembelajaran klasikal; pembelajaran halaqah; perkuliahan ziyari; pembelajaran idhafi (idhafi ’asri dan ’isyai; perkampungan al-Qur’an, program tahfidz al-Qur’an, perkampungan bahasa Arab): 2) Melengkapi sarana dan
prasarana pendidikan. 3). Evaluasi masukan (input) calon santri. b. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh dosen Ma’had Aly: 1) Merumuskan materi dan tujuan pembelajaran dalam Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan Satuan Acara
Perkuliahan (SAP), 2) Memilih metode yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, 3) Mengevaluasi pembelajaran. c. Upaya yang dilakukan mahasantri Ma’had Aly: 1) Kedisiplinan mengikuti program reguler dan idhafi. 2) ketekunan muthalaah dan penguasaan mufradat. 3) memotivasi diri belajar dan kesadaran bertafaqquh fi al-dīn.
Implikasi dari peneltian ini adalah: 1) Urgensi kesinambungan
pembelajaran kitab kuning sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran utama pada Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang. 2) Pembelajaran kitab kuning senantiasa ditingkatkan kualitasnya sehingga menghasilkan mahasantri dan alumni yang mutafaqqih fi aldīn
yang memiliki kemampuan dalam kajian dan pemahaman kontekstual keagamaan dalam menghadapi kebutuhan dan tuntunan zaman. 3) Untuk menghasilkan alumni (output) yang berkualitas hendaknya memperhatikan calon mahasantri (input) yang berkualitas. Disamping itu dibutuhkan penguatan
kurikulum, penyediaan sarana-prasarana yang berkualitas, peningkatan kualifikasi dosen dengan studi lanjut program magister dan program doktor, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual. 4) Dalam pembelajaran,
hendaknya memperhatikan perbedaan individu mahasantri yang membuat kemampuan mereka beragam dan unik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Struktur Narasi Al-Mu’allaqah Karya Ṭarafah ibn al-‘Abd
Qasidah is a form of classical Arabic poetry that not only contains linguistic beauty but also reflects the social and cultural values of pre-Islamic Arab society. This research focuses on one of the most renowned works in the Al-Muʿallaqāt anthology, namely the qasidah by Ṭarafah ibn al-ʿAbd. This poem is known for its complex narrative structure, containing thematic transitions from elegy (atlāl dan gazal), camel description (wasf), self-pride (fakhr), to philosophical reflection (ḥikmah) and mortality (mawt). This study is a library research, which involves searching, collecting, and analyzing data sources such as books, theses, and scholarly writings. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a structural-narrative analysis approach of classical Arabic literature. The main data consists of 103 verses of Ṭarafah's qasidah, analyzed to identify the narrative structure (muqaddimah, garad, and khatimah) and the coherence between these narrative parts. The results of the study show that the qasidah not only reflects the classical structure of Arabic poetry but also reveals a coherent and continuous thematic development. The muqaddimah presents an elegy over the traces of a departed beloved, the garad contains the camel description as a symbol of life’s journey along with confessions of a free lifestyle, while the khatimah offers existential contemplation on death and social injustice. This research proves that Ṭarafah’s work not only possesses high literary value but also reflects existential awareness and social criticism from a young poet who experienced alienation and injustice in his time
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

POLISEMI KATA اخذ (AKHADHA) DALAM QS. AL-BAQARAH-AL-IMRAN (SUATU ANALISIS SEMANTIK)
This study examines the issue of polysemy (musytarak al-lafzy) through semantic analysis. The researcher focuses on the polysemy of the word akhadha (أخذ) in the Qur'an, specifically in Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-Imran. The data used are verses from the Qur'an that contain polysemic occurrences of the word akhadha (أخذ). The study explores the forms of polysemy of the word akhadha (أخذ) and its meanings by sampling the word through dictionaries, Qur'anic interpretations, and tafsir books by prominent scholars. The research method applied is qualitative library research using a descriptive approach. The study found 34 occurrences of the word akhadha (أخذ) in various forms—fi'il madhi (past tense), fi'il mudare (present/future tense), fi'il amr (imperative), and isim (noun). In Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-Imran, 27 instances of akhadha (أخذ) were identified as polysemic. The literal meaning of akhadha (أخذ) is "to take," but the research revealed other meanings such as "to accept," "to make," "to seize," "to acknowledge," "to comply," "to appoint," "to declare," "to choose," "to act," "to punish," "to implement," "to establish," "to adhere to," "to raise," "to enforce," "to recognize," "to worship," "to display arrogance," "to misuse," "to bear responsibility," "to hold accountable," "to torture," "to impose," and "to determine." Thus, the Qur'an contains polysemic words, but their meanings are not entirely identical. Upon deeper examination, polysemic words exhibit specific characteristics in their meanings, depending on the context of the verse and sentence in which they appear
