Relokasi Load Break Switch (LBS) untuk Meningkatkan Keandalan Jaringan dengan Menggunakan Metode Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) ( Studi Kasus: PT. PLN UP3 Rengat Kota )
PT. PLN UP3 Rengat Kota is responsible for maintaining a stable and efficient supply of electricity in Rengat Kota, Riau. They use work success indicators such as Energy Not Supplied (ENS), System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI), and System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) to improve the reliability of the electricity supply system. In this case, the author wants to increase the value of network reliability in the City Rengat Distribution Network System through the relocation or rearrangement of the Load Break Switch. Making decisions regarding the placement of the Load Break Switch (LBS) uses a clear and tested method. Therefore, this research uses the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method as an optimization in decision making to determine the most optimal position in the placement of the Load Break Switch (LBS). Then, network reliability can be improved by relocating the Load Break Switch (LBS) to Bus 95, Bus 106, and Bus 161 positions which were previously at Bus 56, Bus 155, and Bus 115 positions. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Analisis Distribusi Fluks Magnetik Pada Inti Transformator Satu Fasa dengan Jenis Sambungan Inti Berbeda
Distribusi fluks magnetik dengan jenis sambungan inti transformator yang berbeda yakni sambungan mitred dengan sambungan butted dibahas pada skripsi ini. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dari pengaruh jenis sambungan terhadap distribusi fluks dan juga rugi-rugi inti yang terjadi pada transformator satu fasa, dengan menggunakan metode variasi fluks magnetik saat transformator satu fasa tidak diberi beban. Adapun parameter yang diamati yaitu titik panas yang terjadi, tegangan, arus dan rugi-rugi inti yang dihasilkan. Dengan menggunakan Visual IR Thermal dan Power Analyzer untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan. Struktur jenis sambungan inti transformator sangat berpengaruh dengan kerapatan fluks. Jenis sambungan butted memiliki celah udara lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sambungan mitred yang mengakibatkan distribusi fluks tidak teratur dan temperatur yang lebih tinggi. Dan rugi-rugi beban nol pada sambungan mitred dengan nilai Bm= 0,9 tesla adalah 2 watt dan dengan nilai Bm=1,7 tesla adalah 10 watt. Pengaruh Zat Aditif Magnesium Oksida (MgO) terhadap Kekuatan Dielektrik, Viskositas, dan Titik Nyala Metil Ester RBDPO Olein
RBDPO Olein Methyl Ester is a derivative of palm oil from triglycerides (oil or fat) produced through esterification and transesterification processes has the potential to be used as a liquid insulation. This study aims to determine the dielectric strength, viscosity and flash point of methyl ester with the addition of Magnesium Oxide (MgO) nanoparticles as an alternative liquid insulation. The results of the test showed that the dielectric strength of RBDPO Olein Methyl Ester in normal conditions before mixing with Magnesium Oxide was very low at 45.6 kV/cm and after mixing it increased by 205.2% at a concentration of 0.05% MgO, while at a concentration of 0.075% it was 167.5% and a concentration of 0.1% increased by 186.8% and met the IEC 296 standard of at least ≥30 kV/2.5 mm or 120 kV/cm. Viscosity testing was carried out using the ASTM D455 method, there was no significant change before and after the addition of MgO, where the highest change decreased by 4.36% at a concentration of 0.05% MgO. Flash point is directly proportional to the concentration of MgO, the higher the concentration of MgO, the flash point also rises, the largest increase occurs at a concentration of MgO 0.1%, which is 73.49% carried out by the AOCS Cc 9c-95 method. From the test results carried out that Methyl Ester RBDPO Olein with the addition of MgO nanoparticles has the potential as an alternative transformer oil with further research to test other characteristics in accordance with the standard characteristics of insulating oil.62 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
