    Abstract:  This activity aims to increase enthusiasm, understanding of art concepts, motivation, and self-confidence of young men and women through the integration of traditional Tambua arts. The method used is a participatory approach with, observation, training, and direct practice with young men and women of Nagari Kampung Tangah. The results showed that 92.31% of students felt more enthusiastic and confident after participating in the activity, 84.62% understood the concept of art better and were motivated to practice, and 76.92% stated that they wanted to continue learning local arts and culture. These findings indicate that traditional art media is effective in increasing learning engagement and preserving local culture.Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan antusiasme, pemahaman konsep seni, motivasi, dan kepercayaan diri pemuda-pemudi melalui integrasi kesenian tradisional Tambua. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan pengamatan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung dengan pemuda-pemudi Nagari Kampung Tangah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 92,31% siswa merasa lebih antusias dan percaya diri setelah mengikuti kegiatan, 84,62% memahami konsep seni dengan lebih baik dan termotivasi untuk berlatih, serta 76,92% menyatakan ingin terus belajar seni budaya lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media seni tradisional efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar dan pelestarian budaya lokal

    Introduction This book, Cell/Tissue Culture Research and Technology from Islamic Perspective, deals and discusses on issues pertaining to the applications of cell and tissue culture in the light of the advancements made in modern technology, particularly in biotechnology and nanotechnology. To dissect the many topics pertaining to this matter, the book is divided into 10 chapters. In Chapter 1, which is entitled, “Integration of Islamic Principles in Modern Science: Its Philosophy and Method”, Ibrahim A. Shogar, the writer, gives an in depth explanation of the approaches used by scholars, jurists and scientists of this modernized world in order to integrate Islamic principles in science and technology. He explains the many challenges that have, and will, be faced by Muslims in order to achieve Islamic integration in modern science, taking into account the opinions of old and new Muslim scholars. Through the philosophies and methods presented, the aim of showing the steady progression of Islamic integration in the promising field of science and technology is achieved. In Chapter 2, “Cell and Tissue Culture: An Overview”, Mohammad Syaiful Bahari Abdull Rasad and his co-author, focuses upon the basic requirements and arrangements that are necessary for the purpose of setting up, or working, in a cell/tissue culture laboratory. Brief explanations of protocols, equipment handling and maintenance are also incorporated into this chapter with the aim of exposing readers on the various regulations and equipment needed in a culture laboratory. A concise elucidation on a collection of cell lines is provided as an introductory towards the types of cells/tissues that can be found cultured in a normal cell/tissue culture laboratory. Overall, readers should have a fundamental understanding of the setup and requirements of a cell/tissue culture laboratory. Rahmatul Wahida Ahmad, in Chapter 3, which is entitled “Risk Assessment and Regulatory Aspects of Cell Culture”, stresses that safety and health of the occupants of the cell/tissue culture laboratory is to be the focal point of any cell/tissue culture research as the risks one is exposed to are aplenty. The level of risks, and the regulations that are established in most cell/tissue culture laboratory in order to counter and reduce the amount of exposure towards those risks, are highlighted in this chapter, with the hopes of putting cautions in readers who are involved with cell/tissue culture research. As Islam prioritizes safety and wellbeing of mankind, this chapter is of great significance before going further with other aspects of integrated science and Islamic principles. In Chapter 4, “Basic Techniques and Research in Cell Culture: Integration of Islamic Approach”, Mohammad Syaiful Bahari Abdull Rasad provides an explanation on how Islamic laws and regulations (shariah) could be applied in cell culture research with proper usage of alternative resources and materials. Discussions and suggestions in utilizing alternative approaches for cell culture research are stressed upon, with the aim of exposing readers with the possibilities of making modern science and technology more acceptable for Muslims, as well as other, communities. As a result, a perceptive on how to approach and integrate Islam into cell culture research is accomplished. The focus of Chapter 5 is on the “Diagnostic and Therapeutic Application of Cell and Tissue Culture from Islamic Perspective”. The writer, Mohammad Syaiful Bahari Abdull Rasad and his co-writer, Nur Aizura Mat Alewi, writes at great length on the various dilemmas as well as ethical and social issues posed by the utilization of cell and tissue culture in the field of diagnostic and therapeutic research. The writers emphasize that with the advancement in cell/tissue culture application in an assortment of researches, many issues, of old and new, have also arisen. Thus, it is the duty of Muslim scholars and scientists to search for knowledge and ascertain proper regulations that are in accordance to Islamic shariah as this would assist in safeguarding the interest of the Muslim ummah and at the same time, promote its progression in modern science. In Chapter 6, “New Era of Regenerative Medicine: An Islamic Perspective”, Ahmad Sukari Halim and his co-authors highlight the headway made by scientists and researches of this century on regenerative medicine. Diverse methods and approaches applied in modern science are stated thoroughly, keeping in mind on how Islam perceives and accepts advancement in life, as long as they are within the bound of Islamic rules and regulations (shariah). In Chapter 7, Mohd. Arifin Kaderi explains the various aspects of genetic engineering and how cells are utilized in this advancing field of biotechnology, taking into deliberation the issues that may arise based on Islamic perspective. Hence, this chapter entitled, “Applications of Cultured Cells in Genetic Engineering: An Islamic Perspective”, discusses topics such as gene/genome applications in genetic engineering, vaccines and antibodies productions and so forth. Elaborating further on the matter which have a degree of association, Munirah Sha’ban and her co-author, in Chapter 8, under the title, “Tissue Engineering: An Islamic Perspective”, write on a variety of aspects that need to be understood by Muslims concerning the utilization of tissue engineering from medical and scientific perspectives, with religious (Islamic) perspective playing a focal role in the discussions. It is indicated in the chapter that although the issues surrounding tissue engineering are continuously being reviewed and debated, Muslims should move forward with researches concerning tissue engineering while keeping in adherence to the shariah. Meanwhile, Muhammad Lokman Md. Isa in Chapter 9, “Stem Cells Research: Value, Ethical and Religious Views”, draws attention to several other religions, including Islam, and their opinions and views on the subject of stem cell research. It is interesting to note that the religions which have strong traditions of legal and religious laws, namely Judaism and Islam, support most forms of stem cell research. Finally, in the last chapter (Chapter 10) which was written by Shaharum Shamsuddin, entitled, “Nanobiotechnology and Nanomedicine: The Impact, Implication and The Unknown”, the writer puts forward a lengthy elaboration on a topic that has piqued the attention of many researchers and scientists of this era, which is the topic of nanotechnology. With in-depth input on different applications of nanotechnology, readers are able to further immerse themselves in the many prospects of nanotechnology, both known and unknown, that could benefit mankind in the future

    Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Peran kelompok kerja guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI & BP di Kota Makassar dapat dilihat pada intensnya kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, seperti Peningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik yaitu melalui pelatihan simulasi pengajaran. Peningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian Guru dengan kajian keagamaan, tadarrus al-Qur’an dan seminar kepribadian. Peningkatkan kompetensi sosial yaitu dari pertemuan rutin, saling berkunjung, bakti sosial, berbagi takjil pada bulan ramadhan. Peningkatkan Kompetensi profesional Guru yaitu melalui pelatihan dan workshop seperti pelatihan ICT dan pedalaman literatur PAI. 2) Hasil Peningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik yaitu guru memiliki keterampilan membuka, menutup menjelaskan, bertanya, memberi penguatan, menggunakan media, membimbing diskusi, mengelola kelas, variasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil Peningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian yaitu penggunaan pakaian yang syar’i, sikap yang ramah dan lembut, menjadi teladan. Hasil Peningkatkan kompetensi sosial yaitu menguatkan rasa empati, solid, tercipta komunikasi yang baik. Hasil Peningkatkan Kompetensi profesional yaitu terampil dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan mengetahui secara luas & dalam materi tentang PAI & BP 3) Faktor pendukung meningkatkan kompetensi yaitu adanya guru memiliki pengalaman dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, kedisiplinan, kebijakan kepala sekolah serta lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah sarana dan prasarana sekolah, minimnya kemampuan beberapa guru menggunakan media elektronik, alokasi waktu pelajaran yang kurang, serta seringnya pergantian kurikulum. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pengurus KKG PAI lebih proaktif dalam memotivasi guru PAI & BP untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dan menciptakan suatu keakraban yang mendalam antara sesama pengurus dengan melakukan pertemuan secara rutin melalui zoom meeting. 2) Pengurus KKG PAI aktif dalam kepengurusan dan pada setiap pelaksanaan program kerja terutama dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI & BP. 3) Saran dan masukan dari berbagai pihak dapat diterima jika sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan agar dalam pelaksanaanya dapat lebih maksimal

    Modul Aplikasi Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah aplikasi website. Lebih mudahnya aplikasi website ini dapat disebut MAP. MAP ini sebagai tempat penampung soal-soal pelajaran atau bisa disebut tempat dokumentasi soal-soal yang pernah diberikan kepada para siswa. Dimana pengajar dapat membuat, melihat, menyunting, dan menghapus soal-soal. Pengajar juga dapat menyimpan nilai serta mencetak hasilnya. Para orangtua dapat mengakses MAP untuk melihat rincian nilai anaknya. Para Siswa dapat memanfaatkan MAP untuk melakukan pengerjaan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh guru atau pengajar. Pengunjung website yang memiliki hak akses bisa melakukan obrolan komentar sederhana. Pengguna dapat mengakses web server menggunakan jaringan Internet melalui modem mau pun menggunakan jaringan lokal melalui wi-fi. Mengakses melalui jaringan Internet menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak OpenVPN, sedangkan mengakses melalui jaringan wi-fi menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Hostapd. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pengajar dalam memberikan soal latihan maupun soal ujian kepada para siswa. Dimana pengajar dapat mempercepat proses pembagian soal-soal tanpa perlu membagikan lembar soal satu persatu. Serta meminimalkan penggunaan kertas untuk lembar jawaban soal

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan passing atas peserta ekstrakurikulerbola voli di SMP Negeri 2 Tempel tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 2 Tempel dengan jumlah 20 orang. Sampeldalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 2 Tempel denganjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara tes yaitu tes passingatas menurut buku DEPDIKNAS dengan validasi tes sebesar 0,692 dan realibilitas tes 0,973. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwatingkat kemampuan passing atas peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 2 Tempel dalamklasifikasi baik sekali sebesar 10%, baik 45%, sedang 35%, kurang 10%, kurang sekali 0%.Kata kunci : Kemampuan Passing Atas, Ekstrakurikuler Bola Vol

    Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penting kemajuan bangsa sehingga menjadi salah satu perhatian pemerintah, antara lain dengan menganjurkan pendidikan sejak usia dini, yaitu pada usia 0-6 tahun. Fase ini berada dalam masa perkembangan signifikan yang disebut sebagai golden age. Karena itu, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini perlu mengutamakan pada pendidikan sikap, yaitu peningkatan kesadaran dan kemampuan anak untuk mengenal diri dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, serta mengembangkan seluruh potensi anak. Namun saat ini justru sebagian terfokus pada pembelajaran bernuansa akademik. Sedangkan pendidikan usia dini yang hanya berorientasi pada kemampuan akademi berdampak negatif pada anak sebab dipaksa sebelum waktunya. Sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran perlu dikembangkan ke arah yang sesuai dengan dunianya. Program PAUD di Kota Surabaya diselenggarakan salah satunya oleh TK Agripina dengan menyediakan sarana PAUD dengan nuansa wisata alam. Melalui observasi ruang dan pengguna serta kajian literatur terkait, didapatkan bahwa desain ruangan di TK Agripina dapat dikembangkan agar sistem pembelajaran dengan bermain dapat diterapkan dengan lebih optimal serta memaksimalkan pada pendidikan sikap. Berdasarkan metodologi dan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada objek rancang, diperoleh konsep desain yaitu membangun pendidikan sikap pada anak melalui pendekatan interaktif pada ruang belajar. Dengan diterapkannya konsep ini, diharapkan interior sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran anak usia dini yang didasari oleh permainan serta dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi tumbuh kembangnya. ========================================================= Education is one of the important factors for the progress of the nation so that it is one of the government's concerns, among others, by promoting education from an early age, namely at the age of 0-6 years. This phase is in a period of significant development known as the golden age. Therefore, Early Childhood Education needs to prioritize attitude education, namely increasing children's awareness and ability to know themselves and interact with their environment, and develop all children's potential. However, currently, it is partly focused on academic learning. Meanwhile, early childhood education which is only oriented towards academic ability has a negative impact on children because it is forced prematurely. So that the implementation of learning needs to be developed in a direction that is in accordance with the world. One of the PAUD programs in Surabaya is TK Agripina by providing early childhood education facilities with nuances of natural tourism. Through space and user observations as well as a review of related literature, it was found that the room design at TK Agripina could be developed so that the learning system by playing could be applied more optimally while maximizing attitude education. Based on the methodology and analysis that has been done on the design object, the design concept is obtained that is building attitudinal education in children through learning spaces with an interactive approach. With the application of this concept, it is expected that the interior is suitable with the learning needs of early childhood which are based on games and can have a positive influence on their growth and development

This research examines this issue from two divergent perspectives: the imperative of safeguarding the rights of rape victims and the ethical considerations surrounding the unborn children conceived through such acts. Employing a normative juridical approach, the author delves into the complexities of abortus provocatus, probing its implications from both angles. From the standpoint of the rape victim, abortus provocatus assumes a pivotal role in shielding them from the traumatic repercussions of the assault. It serves as a crucial mechanism for mitigating the enduring effects of the perpetrator's actions. Conversely, viewed through the lens of Human Rights (HAM), abortus provocatus implicates the fundamental right to life of the fetus, herein referred to as the unborn child. This juxtaposition underscores the intricate ethical dilemmas inherent in addressing the competing rights and interests at play. The author offers pragmatic solutions to potential challenges that may arise. Firstly, there is a pressing need for the harmonization and synchronization of existing regulations, particularly between laws governing healthcare and those upholding human rights. Secondly, legislators are urged to prioritize the paramount interests at stake in such circumstances. The author advocates for prioritizing the human rights of unborn children within the womb. In conclusion, the discourse surrounding the legalization of abortion for rape victims necessitates a nuanced consideration of competing rights and ethical imperatives. By navigating these complexities with a balanced approach, policymakers can strive towards a framework that upholds both the rights of victims and the ethical principles governing the sanctity of life

    Matoa (Pometia pinnata) is a plant commonly used by the Indonesian people for traditional medicine due to its rich content of metabolites. This study aimed to analyze the phytochemical composition and antibacterial activity of matoa leaves The leaves were extracted using a 70% ethanol solvent with a ratio of 1:4 using the maceration method, and phytochemical screening was performed on the leaf extract. The antibacterial activity was tested against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using the disc diffusion method. The results indicated that the matoa leaf extract contains various metabolites, including triterpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, phenolics, saponins, tannins, and alkaloids. Secondary metabolite compounds in matoa leaves are thought to be able to inhibit microbial growth so that inhibition zones can be formed. Furthermore, the antibacterial activity demonstrated that the matoa leaf extract effectively inhibited the growth of S. aureus and E. coli. the largest inhibition zone is of 18.22 mm at 10% extract concentration, and E. coli, with an inhibition zone largest is of 10.87 mm at 10% extract concentration. While the smallest inhibition zone in S. aureus is 15.29 mm at 7.5% concentration, and in E. coli is 5% at 5% extract concentration.. This study suggests that matoa leaves have the potential to serve as natural bioactive compounds and antimicrobial agents in the clinical industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komposisi fitokimia dan aktivitas antibakteri daun matoa yang bersumber dari Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Daun diekstraksi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%, dan dilakukan skrining fitokimia terhadap ekstrak daun tersebut. Aktivitas antibakteri diuji terhadap Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun matoa mengandung berbagai metabolit, antara lain triterpenoid, steroid, flavonoid, fenolik, saponin, tanin, dan alkaloid. Lebih lanjut, aktivitas antibakteri menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun matoa efektif menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli dengan diameter zona hambat masing-masing 18,22 mm dan 10,87 mm. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daun matoa berpotensi sebagai senyawa bioaktif alami dan agen antimikroba dalam industri klinis
