Studi Alternatif Gedung Transmart Mall Kota Malang dengan Menggunakan Struktur Komposit Baja-beton
Get PDFKota Malang merupakan kota dengan salah satu penduduk terpadat di Jawa Timur. Struktur perekonomian di daerah tersebut mayoritas mengarah pada pusat perbelanjaan. Ketersediaan lahan di kota semakin sempit menjadi alasan banyak bangunan vertikal didirikan di kota malang salah satunya gedung Transmart Mall yang sebelumnya menggunakan beton bertulangan konvensional, memiliki 6 lantai panjang bangunan 72m, tinggi bangunan 36m. Tugas akhir ini merencanakan ulang dengan konsep Struktur Komposit (Baja - Beton). Standar perencanaan yang digunakan yaitu SNI-1726-2012 Tentang Tatacara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 1727:2013, SNI 2847:2013, SNI 03-1726-2002. Perhitungan perencanaan struktur menghasilkan tebal pelat 125 mm untuk pelat lantai 1 s/d 6 tulangan Ø12-125 dan 125 mm untuk pelat lantai atap tulangan Ø10-125 ; dimensi balok anak WF 400.200.8.13 dengan M-maks = 21974,79 kgm ; dimensi balok induk WF 500.200.10.14 dengan M-maks = 62700 kgm ; kolom komposit dibungkus beton 60/60 cm dengan Pu-maks = 264768 kg M-maks = 95197 kgm, pondasi tiang pancang dengan poer pondasi 2,5m x 2,5m diameter Ø40 cm sebanyak 4 tiang dalam 1 pondasi jarak antar tiang 130 cm dan kedalaman 22,5 m. tulangan pondasi digunakan tulangan pokok Ø10 D-22 mm dan tulangan spiral D12-130 mm, daya dukung tiang berdasarkan SPT adalah 414,48 ton

No full textKepemimpinan kepala madrasah diartikan sebagai model atau macam-macam kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang sesuai dengan situasi dalam rangka mempengaruhi, mengarahkan, membimbing kepada bawahan dengan cara memperkuat keyakinan, dukungan, dorongan dan kerjasama dalam rangka mencapai sasaran dan tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Pengembangan suatu lembaga pendidikan bergantung kepada kualitas kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan karena faktor yang sangat penting dalam proses pendidikan adalah lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas, maka dengan lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas secara otomatis akan dapat mencetak generasi yang berkualitas pula.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka permasalahan yang timbul adalah (1) Bagaimana konsep pendidikan islam kaitannya dengan kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (2) Bagaimana kualitas kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (3) apakah uasaha-usaha kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (4) Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. Adapun tujuannya adalah (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan konsep pendidikan islam kaitannya dengan kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (3) untuk mendeskripsikan usaha-usaha kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah. (4) untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah Mojowarno Jombang diantaranya mempunyai tanggung jawab yang kuat seperti mengakui kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam segala aktifitasnya sebagai kepala madrasah, mengikutsertakan seminar dan penataran yang berada di luar sekolah serta mempunyai keberanian dalam mengambil keputusan. Dan usaha-usahanya yaitu dengan mengembangkan kurikulum, SDM, sarana prasarana dan peran serta masyarakat. Adapun faktor pendukungnya adalah sarana prasarana yang menunjang, guru dengan adanya kebersamaan dalam pengelolaan kurikulum dan proses belajar mengajar. Disamping itu sebagai faktor penghambatnya adalah masalah guru, dana, kemampuan dan jiwa psikologis siswa yang berbeda-beda serta peran serta masyarakat yang masih rendah.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
