    Abstract ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’ (Chrysanthemum × morifolium Ramat.) is a perennial herbaceous plant from the Asteraceae family and Chrysanthemum genus.As the first officially approved tea chrysanthemum variety in the country, ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’ has gained significant market demand due to its high tea (medicinal) value and nutritional content.However, ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’ faces serious issues in propagation and cultivation, such as genetic degeneration and virus contamination in seedlings, which significantly hinder its widespread use and application.This study used new shoots of the ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’ tea chrysanthemum as plant material to induce callus formation from stem cross-sections and differentiate adventitious buds into seedlings. RT-PCR was employed to detect four viruses: Chrysanthemum B virus (CVB), Chrysanthemum stunt virus (CSVd), Chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle virus (CChMVd), and Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV).Plants testing positive for viruses were selected, and their shoot-tip explants were used for further propagation and culture. The study optimized the combinations of hormone types and concentrations at various culture stages to provide a reference for developing a virus-free tissue culture system for ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’. The results showed that in the induction of callus and differentiation of adventitious buds for ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’, a medium containing MS, 2.0 mg/L 6-BA, and 0.3 mg/L NAA achieved 100% induction and differentiation rates, with an average differentiation coefficient of 42.83 and a maximum of 90. In the rooting medium (MS + 0.1 mg/L NAA), 100% rooting rate was achieved in 15 days.After 5 days of hardening treatment, the seedlings were transplanted into a growth medium with a 1:1 peat moss: perlite ratio, achieving a survival rate of 100%. Virus testing on regenerated plants revealed that 9 samples were free of CVB and CSVd viruses, with a 100% virus elimination rate, while 2 samples were free of CChMVd and TSWV, resulting in a 22.2% virus elimination rate. This study has preliminarily developed a virus-free tissue culture system for ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’, providing technical support for the high-quality and efficient industrial propagation of virus-free seedlings for ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’. It also lays the foundation for exploring targeted virus elimination techniques, virus resistance, as well as for establishing a genetic transformation system for ‘Yu Tai Yi Hao’ and conducting related gene functional verification studies

    本文以「郝譽翔小說中的身體書寫」為題,採用法國女性主義的理論,結合郝譽翔的文本進行論述。首先,以「鄉」的概念建構郝譽翔的生命圖像,論述郝譽翔生命中的兩個原鄉空間,對其創作觀的影響。對郝譽翔而言,透過書寫回溯山東的父族原鄉,以及與台北的成長記憶對話,都是她找尋自我的重要歸返。書寫是郝譽翔的信仰,她認為書寫讓她得以掌握人生的詮釋權,理解生命的意義,也唯有透過書寫,她才能深入檢視自我,達致生命的救贖。而在書寫風格方面,郝譽翔在跳脫文學獎的桎梏後,書寫題材更加多元與創新。已漸能走出自己的文學之路。 在父權脈絡下,女體世代傳承的宿命,除了受到家族的操控外,也與女性自我的框架有關。郝譽翔試圖以不同世代女性的身體叛逃,隱喻女性主體發展的過程,為女性傳承的宿命找尋出路。而父權之眼的凝視,不僅操弄女性的身體,也制約了女性的情慾想像,使閨閣女體走不出男性凝視的困局。郝譽翔在文本中,透過以女性為中心的情慾論述,讓女性主體有浮現的可能。乳房屬於性徵鮮明的女體器官,受到父權文化的牽制頗深,也連帶影響到女性的價值觀以及自我認同,而子宮的排拒現象,則彰顯出女性對父權文化中母職的抗拒。另外,郝譽翔書寫的感官,也呈顯出複雜的面向,感官在情慾開啟上,具有較大的開放度,然而,當它落入男性大敘事的脈絡中,卻又被收編回父族的脈絡裡,在感官的書寫中,郝譽翔彰顯出生理和文化層面的差異。郝譽翔將女體置於文化脈絡中,反思女性在父權體制中的命運,在女性書寫的領域中,開創了多元的觀看視角。This study is entitled “Body writing in Hao Yu-hsiang's novels”, which adopts the theory of French feminism to discuss texts in Hao Yu-hsiang's novels. Firstly, this study constructs Hao Yu-hsiang's life images with the “homeland” concept. Then, this study discusses two homelands in Hao Yu-hsiang's life, which have an effect on his creativity. Through writing books to recall his father's homeland in Shan Dong and to have a talk with his growth memory in Taipei are important returns for Hao Yu-hsiang to look for herself. Writing books is Hao Yu-hsiang's belief. By way of writing books, she believes that she owns the right to explain life and understands the meaning of life. Only by way of writing books, she can deeply exam herself and rescue herself from life. As to writing style, escaping from constraints of literature prizes, Hao Yu-hsiang's writing contents become more varied and creative. Gradually, she finds her own way in literature. Under paternalism circumstances, the conventional fate of a female body is not only controlled by her family but also surrounded by her own frame. Hao Yu-hsiang tries to use escapes of female bodies in different generations to describe development processes of feminism in order to find out solutions for the conventional fate of a female body. Nevertheless, paternalist staring not only plays a female body but also limits her sexual images. Thus, a female body would have no chance to escape from straits of men's staring. Hao Yu-hsiang's novels focus on female sexual descriptions to outline the feminism. Breasts are distinct organs of a female body, which are deeply impeded by the paternalism. They also affect female value and self-awareness. The reject phenomenon of uteruses shows that women resist being mothers in paternalist cultures. Furthermore, senses of Hao Yu-hsiang's writing show complicated faces. The sense in sexual descriptions is rather open. On the contrary, the sense is paternalist in writing men's big stories. In his sense writing, Hao Yu-hsiang exaggerates differences between the physiological layer and the cultural layer.
