Die Entwicklung der Versicherungsaufsicht in Frankreich: vom Ancien Régime bis zum ersten Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 1938
No full textIn der wenig vorhandenen Literatur wird meist ein inkohärentes Bild der Entwicklungsgeschichte der französischen Versicherungsaufsicht gezeichnet. Begründet wird dies mit der Vielzahl – angeblich unsystematisierbarer – versicherungsaufsichtsrechtlicher Maßnahmen. Veronika Leitenbacher nimmt dies zum Anlass umfassend die Entwicklung der Versicherungsaufsicht vom Ancien Régime bis zum Erlass des ersten Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetzes 1938 aufzuzeigen. Hierbei beschäftigt sie sich mit drei Fragen: Wie und warum griff der französische Staat in den Versicherungssektor ein? Ist eine Kontinuität in der Weiterentwicklung versicherungsaufsichtsrechtlicher Maßnahmen erkennbar? Bilden diese bereits Aufsichtssysteme, welche Einfluss auf die spätere Versicherungsaufsicht hatten und haben? Durch die eingehende Beantwortung dieser Fragen schafft die Autorin die Grundlage weiterer rechtsvergleichender Forschung im Bereich des Versicherungsaufsichtsrechts.»The Historical Development of Insurance Supervision in France from the Ancien Régime to the First Insurance Supervision Law in 1938«The state of research in the field of French insurance supervision is unsatisfactory. Ilze Miķelsone. Pētījums sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskajā daļā - pedagoģiskās, psiholoģiskās literatūras analīze, kurās tiek aplūkotas bērna attīstības īpatnības pirmsskolas izglītības pirmajā posmā, akcentējot pašapkalpošanās prasmju attīstību ikdienā un raksturota to nozīme bērna personības attīstībā. Кореляційний аналіз інфляції та безробіття в Україні та країнах Європейського союзу
No full textУ статті досліджується кореляційний зв’язок між інфляцією та безробіттям в Україні та в окремих країнах Європейського Союзу. При цьому застосовано метод кореляційно-регресійного аналізу показників за останні три роки. Розглянуто зміст понять безробіття та інфляція та їх основні причини. Вивчаються різні типи інфляції з огляду їх впливу на рівень безробіття в економіці. Розкрито класифікацію видів безробіття та методику розрахунку його рівня. Описано історичну ґенезу понять інфляції і безробіття та історичний ракурс формування оберненої залежності між цими двома показниками. В середині минулого століття обернений зв'язок між інфляцією та безробіттям був дуже чітким, статистичні дані надавали переконливі докази справедливості кривої Філліпса. Це дозволяло ефективно управляти економікою, так як низький рівень безробіття був стійким, доки вища інфляція була терпимою. У 1970-х роках цей зв'язок дещо порушився, оскільки дані не давали чітких доказів зв'язку між інфляцією та безробіттям. Цей період характеризувався високою інфляцією та високим рівнем безробіття і був названий періодом стагфляції. У 2000 році відбувся сплеск безробіття, зв'язок між інфляцією та безробіттям знову нагадував криву Філліпса, але значно меншою мірою. Врешті рівень безробіття знизився в період з 2012 по 2019 рік, а інфляція в цей період залишалася низькою. Це вказує на те, що зв'язок між інфляцією та безробіттям може бути не таким тісним, як вважалося раніше. Основною метою статті є вивчення зв’язку між аналізованими показниками за останні три роки. Аналіз проводився на основі даних офіційного статистичного сайту Європейського Союзу – Eurostat – та Державної служби статистики України. Аналіз взаємозв’язку між безробіттям та інфляцією проводився для таких країн: Україна, Угорщина, Словаччина та Німеччина. Результати аналізу представлені у формі діаграм, що дозволяє наочно проілюструвати відмінності у зв’язку показників, який сформувався в різних країнах. На основі даних для кожної країни створено функціональний графік, який визначає вигляд заданих формул регресії. Результати аналізу показують, що кореляція між інфляцією та безробіттям помірна в Україні, слабка в Угорщині, помітна в Словаччині та сильна в Німеччині

This programme is a very effective method focused on the advancement of movement, emotion, senses and reasoning, and is usually applied to children. Unfortunatelly, the programme is rarely used or heard-of in the Czech Republic, and that is why this thesis largely draws on information from international literature, as well as from the book written by the author of this programme herself. The goal of the thesis is first and foremost to familiarize the reader with the Developmental Movement and therefore raise the awareness of its existence among members of academia as well as the general public. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical.
