The Study was aimed to describe the influence (1) the influence of quality of work life on the performance of employees CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (2) the influence of quality of work life on to job satisfaction CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (3) the influence of quality of work life to organizational commitment CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (4) the influence of organizational commitment to the performance of employees CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Offset Solution Yogyakarta.
The type of research is exsplanatory research. Its population were 50 employees CV. Offset Solution Yogyakarta. Number of samples were 50 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of the research shows that (1) the quality of working life does not affect the organizational commitment, (2) the quality of work life affect the job satisfaction, (3) the quality of working life has no effect on employee performance, (4) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction affect on employee performance. The results of the study were determined by significance level α = 5%.

Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textThe study was carried out in the experimental garden of the Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru, for 3 months from March to May 2022. This study aimed to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of dolomite lime and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and production of shallots on the media. peat. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dose of dolomite lime with 4 levels of treatment, namely 0, 6,12 and 18 grams per polybag and the second factor is the dose of NPK 16:16:16 consisting of 4 treatment levels 0, 0, 8, 1,6, and 2, 4 grams per polybag. Parameters observed were plant height, harvest age, number of tubers per clump, tuber diameter, tuber wet weight per clump, dry weight per clump, dry tuber weight per tuber, tuber weight loss. Observational data were analyzed statistically and carried out with the Advanced Test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of dolomite lime and NPK 16:16:16 significantly affected all parameters with the best combination of 18 grams of dolomite lime per polybag and 16:16:16 NPK of 2.4 grams per polybag. The main effect of dolomite lime was significant on all observation parameters, the best treatment was 18 grams per polybag.
