Relationship Between Compensation Compensation) With Job Satisfaction (Job Satisfaction) The Employees State Property Office and Auction Jakarta III, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Thesis, Jakarta : Tata Commerce Education Studies Program. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The study was conducted over four months from March to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. This study population is the State Property Office employees and Auction Jakarta III, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, amounting to 32 employees. The technique in this study using simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling). To capture the data variable X (Compensation), the primary data used with the instrument in the form of questionnaires, distributed to the employees of the State Property Office and Auction Jakarta III, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Once that is done through a content validity test validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the variable X (Compensation) of 0841. As for the Y variable data (Job Satisfaction) used primary data through in-form questionnaire, then having it tested the validity of the content through a validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results of reliability variable Y (Job Satisfaction) of 0912. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation was Y = 78.14 to 0.62 + X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors Lhitung Ltabel = 0.0733 compared to 0.1565 at the 0.05 level. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Obtained regression test keberartian Fhitung (11:30)> Ftabel (4.17), this proves that the regression mean. While the linearity test result Fhitung (1,01) TTable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield = 0.5222 = 0.2721 rxy2. This shows that 27.21% variation in job satisfaction is determined by the compensation.     The development of learning media is a series of processes or activities carried out to produce learning media based on existing development theories. The media in question is learning media so the development theory used is the theory of learning development. In addition to media, in a teaching and learning process, teachers are also required to use RPP which is a reference for the activity plan that will be carried out during the learning process. Assessment tools are also needed to see the extent to which students have achieved their goals. Thus, the development of learning media is also equipped with RPP and learning outcome tests as requirements in a learning process. Teachers at Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, experienced many obstacles/barriers in implementing appropriate and interesting learning. Which of course can make it easier to provide understanding to students at the institution. Thus, learning becomes more active and leads to student-centered learning (SCL). Development of an android-based learning application intended for Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. This educational institution was chosen because in TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo is the place where the author teaches and devotes himself to Kepuhdoko Village. The facilities and infrastructure in this institution have not been used optimally to support learning media. Based on the results of observations in the field, namely TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, it shows that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure is still far from expectations. Several things found in the field include: (1) the existing learning media facilities are still very minimal in use, (2) teacher skills in designing learning using learning methods are still ineffective

    Demam adalah keadaan ketika suhu tubuh meningkat melebihi suhu tubuh normal, penatalaksanaan demam ada dua yaitu Farmakologi dan Non-Farmakologi, Non-farmakologi dapat berupa kompres hangat, kompres dingin, kompres es dan kompres alkohol, bahkan dengan menggunakan kompres cuka untuk menurunkan demam. Tepid-sponging atau kompres air hangat sangat direkomendasikan untuk kompres pada anak dengan demam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kompres cuka, kompres cuka air hangat dan air hangat dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh anak demam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimental yang dilakukan di Polindes Pulungdowo Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang Jawa timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 48 responden; yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok, 16 responden dalam tiap kelompok, mereka belum pernah mendapatkan pengobatan atau pemeriksaan sebelumnya. Peneliti menggunakan kompres cuka pada kelompok pertama, kompres cuka air hangat pada kelompok kedua dan kompres air hangat saja pada kelompok ketiga. Kompres dilakukan pada daerah area tubuh yang sama. Suhu diukur setelah 15 menit dan 30 menit dengan menggunakan termometer. Setelah pengujian dengan One Way Anova didapatkan nilai P-Value = 0.05. Ketiga metode kompres yang lebih berpengaruh menurunkan suhu tubuh adalah (P-Value=0.001 pada 15 menit dan P-Value=0.000 pada 30 menit). Kompres cuka air hangat dapat digunakan dalam menurunkan demam ketika perlu menurunkan suhu tubuh pasien dengan cepat

    Mengkaji mood atau suasana hati peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam ruang kelas sangatlah penting, mengingat bahwa salah satu faktor keberhasilan dari pembelajaran adalah konsentrasi peserta didik sendiri. Pada proses pembelajaran kadangkala peserta didik yang tidak dapat menyerap materi dengan baik akibat faktor eksternal yang biasanya mempengaruhi mood dan efektifitas serta konsentrasi peserta didik pada ruang kelas. Sehingga pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses Mood Detection pada ruang kelas yang saat ini dianggap mampu untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran di ruang kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) pada Deep Learning yang merupakan cabang dan bagian dari Machine Learning. Experimen ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan dari mulai pendeteksian wajah, perbaikan citra dan pembentukan model serta data latih sendiri. Setelah dilakukan experimen dengan menggunakan 660 data citra, hasil yang diperoleh untuk proses klasifikasi menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode ini cukup baik untuk kasus pendeteksian mood pada ruang kelas. Hasil akurasi rerata yang didapat dianggap cukup baik dalam penanganan kasus mood detection pada ruang kelas dengan menggunakan 4 layer CNN yaitu dua convolutional layer dan dua subsampling layer. Dengan hasil eksperimen tersebut, sistem yang dibangun masih bisa dikembangkan lebih luas lagi dengan menambahkan kelas data yang lebih spesifik dan jumlah data latih yang lebih banyak. ;---Assessing mood or mood of learners in the learning process on classroom is very important, given that one of the success factors of learning is the concentration of learners themselves. In the learning process sometimes learners who can not absorb the material properly due to external factors that usually affect the mood and the effectiveness and concentration of students in the classroom. So in this research will be the Mood Detection in classrooms that are currently considered to be able to improve the effectiveness of learning in the classroom. The method used in this study is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on Deep Learning which is a branch and part of the Machine Learning. This experiment performed with several stages starting from the face detection, image enhancement and modeling as well as training data itself. After the experiment using 660 image data, the results obtained for the classification process shows that the use of this method is good enough for case detection mood in the classroom. Average accuracy results obtained are considered quite good in handling cases of detection mood in the classroom by using 4 layer CNN that two convolutional layer and two subsampling layer.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rumusan penyusunan mata kuliah S1-Desain Komunikasi Visual yang relevan terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja dan industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FGD (Focus Group Disucusion) bersama para ahli dari tiga universitas penyelenggara program studi S1-Desain komunikasi visual dan praktisi dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa rumusan penyusunan mata kuliah yaitu 1) Rumusan mata kuliah S1-Desain Komunikasi Visual mengutamakan penguatan terhadap konsep atau ide dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan desain di masyarakat secara kreatif dan inovatif. 2) Rumusan mata kuliah S1-Desain Komunikasi Visual menanamkan atau mengimplementasikan pendekatan design thinking. Dengan menananamkan atau mengiplementasikan design thinking membuat mahasiswa melihat sebuah proses desain sebagai suatu tujuan. 3) Rumusan mata kuliah S1-Desain Komunikasi Visual melibatkan atau berkolaborasi dengan praktisi dari dunia usaha dan dunia industri agar dapat sharing knowledge dan sharing project sehingga mahasiswa memperoleh wawasan, hard skill dan soft skill yang lengkap dan relevan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri

    The formation of character is needed by adolescents in this era. It is based with the many phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Characters will not be formed away so it needs an effort should be made of teachers in shaping the character of teenagers. In addition, the authors found the variation of the efforts of teachers holistically so that teenagers will easily formed his character in accordance with the purpose of the character education. The problem of this research is how the character education model Vocational High School who applied in the implementation of the formation of character in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. The purpose of this study is the author would like to know a clear picture of the implementation of character education model in efforts to form children\u27s character in School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This paper discusses the character education model be applicable in the planting of character values ​​to students in Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This type of research is a field research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data obtained, the authors do by collecting all the data, reducing the data, presenting data, and verification of data. Results from this study showed that the model of character education is done to instill character values ​​to learners School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga using reflective models.
