Precise Point Positioning (PPP) method is one of the absolute positioning methods using precision orbital data based on GNSS satellites which is currently developing rapidly as the position accuracy is generated. The PPP method uses a carrier wave phase data or pseudorange from the observation of a geodetic type GNSS receiver that is combined with other measurement error corrections. To produce accuracy with the centimeter-level in static measurements. The earthquake that occurred on September 28, 2018, with a magnitude of 7.4 MW, centered on 26 km North of Doggala Central Sulawesi caused a strong shock and produced a tsunami that hit the city of Palu. In this study, the shift detection of GNSS observation points using RINEX data from dual-frequency observations from CORS CTOL, CMAK, CBAL, CPAL, CAMP, CMLI and CRAU stations. Data were processed with the GoGPS software PPP method with 1st order ionospheric correction, Ocean tide loading, tropospheric correction, orbit and precision satellite clock, PCV correction, DCB correction (P1P2 and P1C1). The results of this study The overall standard deviation value of the smallest CORS station at the CBAL station coordinates is 4.786 mm for the East component, 1.794 mm for the North component and 7.595 mm for the Up component. The convergence time needed to achieve accuracy with a level of 5 mm is reaching 4 hours. Visualization from the trend of coordinate each epoch shows that there are significant variations in the detection of earthquakes in the East and North components of the CMAK, CMLI, and CPAL stations

This article was written to provide an overview of the opportunities of education and inter-ethnic relations in the perspective of critical education. The author conducted in-depth study of literature, especia lly in relation to critical education perspective on inter-ethnic relations and educational opportunities. Thoughts on the critical education of modernism to the postmodernism marks optimism into the role of education as cultural tr ansformation and production area, not as reproduction of culture. Meanwhile, inter-ethnic relations deepens national integration, among other things: (1) promote community life in harmony, (2) realizing cultural relatio nship model, (3) appreciating the differences, (4) repairing the emergence of social prejudices, (5) valuing diversity and foster democracy. In this context, the school holds a very important role as a venue for the empowerment and liberation of individuals and groups in a just society by promoting individual and collective autonomy in participatory democratic system that respects the diversity and plurality of social and cultural groups. Democracy as a celebration of difference and diversity, not to serve the agenda of the elite minority and the majority of the ruling ideology

In 2022 the government through the ministry of home affairs has appointed officials (PJ), namely governors, regents and mayors. The appointed officials are to replace governors, regents and mayors whose term of office has ended for 5 (five) years. For 2023 the government through the ministry of home affairs will appoint acting governors, regents and mayors. The term of office of the acting regional head will end after the appointment and inauguration of the governors, regents and mayors resulting from the simultaneous national regional head elections on November 27 2024. The officials who have been appointed by the Minister of Home Affairs in 2022 are 7 (seven) governors, 76 ( seventy six) regents and 18 (eighteen) mayors. Whereas in 2023 the government will appoint officials namely 18 (eighteen) governors, 115 (one hundred and fifteen) regents and 38 (thirty eight) mayors. In appointing and appointing the acting regional heads, the government is guided by Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors. Furthermore, this problem arose when the provisions of Article 201 Paragraph (10) and Paragraph (11) of Law Number 10 of 2016 were requested for a material review to the Constitutional Court in Case Number 15/PUU-XX/2022. In one of its rulings, the Constitutional Court stipulated that, "The government should make technical regulations in appointing acting regional heads" (in the form of government regulations, author). But it seems that the government, in this case the Ministry of Home Affairs, has not yet implemented the Constitutional Court's decision, even though in 2023 the government will appoint another acting regional head. For this reason, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "Specifying the Change of Regional Heads whose Term of Office Has Ended And Will Be Filled By Acting (PJ) Regional Heads Which End in the 2024 National Concurrent Regional Head Elections (Pilkada)

Identifikasi Komponen Harmonik di Selat Larantuka Berdasarkan Data Arus Time Series : The Identification of Harmonic Component in Larantuka Strait Based on Ocean Current Time-Series Data

Get PDF

Collaborative governance (CG) is a framework considered appropriate for every entity, especially the government, to overcome various problems in public services that feel suffocating. CG grows yearly; various empirical and theoretical perspectives have been discussed, but some still need to highlight their various terms. Therefore, this paper aimed to map collaborative governance research, particularly social science. The Scopus database was used for literature, and 386 articles were yielded. Furthermore, the VOSViewer is software to visualize thematic data synthesis. This study found a significant evolution during two decades in CG studies and reported several essential issues. Ansell, C., published the most articles, Meijer & Bolvar (2016) received the most citations, and Ansell, C. and Torfing, J were the authors with the most active collaborative networks. Additionally, Roskilde Universitet was the top affiliation that published their work. The USA had a robust international research collaboration network, and Sustainability Switzerland published the most papers for CG’s study). Likewise, the most frequent co-occurrences of keywords were “collaborative governance”, “governance approach”, “water Management”, “stakeholders”, “decision making”, and “participatory approach”. Another point, there were the top five most distinguished themes selected; “food security”, “smart city”, “technology", “biodiversity”, and “sustainable development”
