ANALISIS ASPEK SOSIAL DAN ASPEK MORAL DALAM NOVEL PESTA TERAKHIR KARYA ZULKIFLI L. MUCHDI
Novel is one of literature work that often show various of life story of the main character. This is because the novel it is one of result of emotional thinking of author, What that author feel inside or outside him/her will affect the result of what novel show. Outside emotional thinking may come from the surrounding environtment and society. So novel sometimes will show some reality like it is in real life that written in aesthetic language. Therefore novel sometimes not off from sosial aspect and moral aspect that happen in real life. Novel Pesta Terakhir tell the story of Wike that struggle helping her families by looking for money to pay the debt that cause their home to be confiscated, as the time goes by their house bought by Aunt Rose, and with this tactic will make Wike come and negotiate with her and then lure Wike into trap of human trafficking. Thus the purpose of this research is to find the sosial aspect and moral aspect in novel Pesta Terakhir work from Zulkifli L. Muchdi, this research method is using qualitative with study literature technique. Result of this research is there are social aspect economy, education, culture, politic, and society. Likewise, there are moral aspects, namely prostitution, drug use, and human trafficking.

Emosional pengarang yang berasal dari luar dapat berasal dari lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Maka Novel terkadang akan memunculkan suatu realita seperti yang ada dikehidupan nyata dituliskan kembali melalui bahasa yang estetika. Oleh karena itu novel terkadang tak lepas dari aspek sosial dan aspek moral yang ada di kehidupan sehari-hari. Novel Pesta Terakhir menceritakan kisah perjuangan Wike membantu keluarganya mencari uang agar rumah merea tidak disita oleh bank, seiring berjalan waktu rumah mereka dibeli oleh Tante Rose, dan dengan taktik ini akan membuat Wike bernegosiasi dengan dirinya untuk mengulur masuk Wike dalam perangkap perdagangan manusia. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari aspek sosial dan moral yang terdapat dalam novel Pesta Terakhir karya Zulkifli L. Muchdi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat aspek sosial ekonomi, pendidikan, budaya, politik, dan kemasyarakatan. Begitu pula terdapat aspek moral yaitu pelacuran, penggunaan narkoba, dan perdagangan manusia
EFEKTIFITAS BUAH MAJA (AEGLE MARMELOS (L.) CORR) UNTUK KONSERVASI ARKEOLOGI PADA PELURU MERIAM KUNO KOLEKSI BADAN PELESTARIAN CAGAR BUDAYA SULAWESI SELATAN

Corr) untuk Konservasi Arkeologi pada Peluru Meriam Kuno Koleksi Badan Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Sulawesi Selatan, dibimbing oleh, Akin Duli dan Khadijah Thahir MudaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan bahan tradisional terhadap peluru meriam kuno koleksi Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Makassar. Konservasi terhadap peluru meriam kuno yang berbahan logam besi tersebut dilakukan karena terdapat kerusakan berupa pelapukan khemis yaitu adanya korositas pada permukaan. Bahan tradisional dalam penelitian ini menggunakan buah maja (Aegle Marmelos (L). Corr). Konservasi arkeologi menggunakan bahan tradisional dilakukan agar mengurangi pemakaian bahan kimia sintetik. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena bahan tradisional lebih berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan dua perlakuan. Perlakuan 1 menggunakan larutan air maja dan perlakuan II menggunakan daging maja. Berdasarkan kedua perlakuan tersebut, penulis ingin mengetahui seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghilangkan korosi pada permukaan peluru meriam kuno.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buah maja efektif digunakan untuk menghilangkan korosi pada logam besi khususnya peluru meriam kuno. Berdasarkan kedua perlakuan, penggunaan larutan daging maja lebih efektif dibandingkan penggunaan larutan air maja. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perbedaan waktu. Larutan daging maja hanya membutuhkan waktu 3 x 24 jam sedangkan larutan air maja membutuhkan 8 x 24 jam untuk mengangkat korosi pada permukaan. Supervised by, Akin Duli and Khadijah Thahir MudaThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of traditional materials against ancient cannon bullets from Preservation Agency Of South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage. Conservation of ancient cannon bullets made of ferrous metal is carried out because there is damage in the form of chemical weathering that is the presence of corrosivity on the surface. The traditional material in this study using maja fruit (Aegle Marmelos (L). Corr).Archaeological conservation using traditional materials is done to reduce the use of synthetic chemicals. This is done because traditional materials are based more on local wisdom. The method used in this study is using two treatments. Treatment 1 uses maja water solution and treatment II uses maja meat. Based on the two treatments, the author wants to find out how long it takes to eliminate corrosion on the surface of ancient cannon bullets. The results of this study indicate that the use of Maja fruit is effectively used to remove corrosion in ferrous metals, especially ancient cannon bullets. Based on both treatments, the use of maja meat solution is more effective than using maja water solution. This is evidenced by the time difference. Development Edge Device Monitoring System Stunting and Malnutrition in Golden age 0–5 years Integrated with AI
Golden age is the best period for a child's growth, monitoring of growth and development must be carried out regularly. Growth and development disorders in children are stunting and malnutrition. This incident also prompted the government through the Ministry of Health to create a special program towards a golden Indonesia 2045 to monitor stunting and disease, especially in children. The prevalence of stunting decreased to 21.6% from 24.4% in 2022. Early detection of stunting and malnutrition, where the research object is children aged 0-5 years. This prototype was built using a load cell sensor, a study of the use of optical sensors and ultrasonic sensors to measure body height, and a MAX sensor to detect children's anemia. The integration of this tool combines IoT and AI. The results obtained to validate the use of load cells have a reading error of 0.01% with an accuracy of 99%. Comparison using optical sensors and ultrasonic sensors. Optical sensors have result average error of 0.01, accuracy 98.99%, ultrasonic sensors error was 0. 15 with 85% accuracy. To measure malnutrition, the anemia parameters were processed using the Dense Neural Network (DNN) model with 256 neurons showing an accuracy of 98.03%
Edge-rounded Magnet Poles for Reducing the Torque Ripple on a Radial Flux Inset Permanent Magnet Generator
This study reports a novel strategy for minimizing torque ripple in a radial flux inset permanent magnet (RFIPM) generator by using a geometric modification of the magnet poles. We simulate the design of three different types of edge-rounded magnet (ERM) poles using finite element method magnetics (FEMM) software for a 16 poles and 24 slots RFIPM generator. We found that the edge-rounding of magnet poles significantly lowered the torque ripple of the generator with a reduction of about 74% (torque ripple of 7.76%). In addition, the modified RFIPM generator exhibited enhanced flux density uniformity in the air-gap of the generator (up to ~ 48.8%), leading to a smoother line of flux density
Biolistrik dari Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) Dual Chamber menggunakan Aspergillus Niger dengan Substrat Ampas Tebu
Electricity consumption is increasing, causing fossil fuels to run out more quickly. Various efforts are needed to develop renewable energy, including generating electricity. One of the developments in renewable energy comes from biomass. There are various types of biomass developed, one of which is biomass of microorganisms which carry out metabolic activities by utilizing organic material to produce metabolites which include energy. Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a technology that produces electrical energy with the help of microorganisms that degrade organic materials through catalytic reactions or bioelectrochemical mechanisms from microorganisms. In this research, bioelectricity produced from MFC was tested using Aspergillus Niger with sugarcane bagasse as a substrate. The voltage value obtained from observations carried out for 15 days obtained a voltage in the range of 1.3-4.2 mVKonsumsi listrik semakin meningkat sehingga menyebabkan bahan bakar fosil akan semakin cepat habis. Dibutuhkan berbagai macam upaya untuk pengembangan energi terbarukan, termasuk untuk menghasilkan listrik. Salah satu pengembangan energi terbarukan berasal dari biomassa. Biomassa yang dikembangkan ada bermacam – macam, salah satunya adalah biomassa mikroorganisme yang melakukan aktivitas metabolism dengan memanfaatkan materi organic untuk menghasilkan metabolit yang mana didalamnya termasuk energi. Microbial fuel cell (MFC) merupakan teknologi yang menghasilkan energi listrik dengan bantu mikroorganisme yang mendegradasi bahan organik melalui reaksi katalitik atau melalui mekanisme bioelektrokimia dari mikroorganisme. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian terhadap biolistrik yang dihasilkan dari MFC menggunakan Aspergillus Niger dengan substarat ampas tebu. Nilai tegangan yang diperoleh dari pengamatan yang dilakukan selama 15 hari diperoleh tegangan pada rentang 1,3-4,2 mV
Prototype-Design of Soil Movement Detector Using IoT Hands-on Application
The landslide disaster that killed people occurred due to public ignorance of the type of soil prone to landslides. Several efforts have been made to create prototype tools for soil movement detection. However, researchers using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology are still limited. The IoT allows for the transmission of data over an internet connection, is always connected, offers remote control capabilities, and data sharing. All of this served as the prototype design of foundation for the soil movement detection. A light-based proximity sensor is used in system, and its output is represented as a movement of the soil on an inclined plane. F furthermore, the data used as input for the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller is linked to the internet. The output is an HMI in the form of an LCD monitor that displays the soil movement measurement. The simulation of disturbances in an inclined plane is done differently depending on the frequency and duration. Moreover, monitoring is carried out by transferring processed data to the Blynk platform, which is subsequently shown in real time via the Blynk Android application. The test results of the tool used three distinct samples, as well as varied disturbance frequencies and durations. With the soil samples, the biggest movement data was 5cm achieved at a disturbance frequency of 5Hz and 40 seconds duration. The largest movement data for sand samples was 11cm at a disturbance frequency of 3Hz and 50 seconds duration, followed by largest movement data for sand soil mixture samples was 8cm at a disturbance frequency of 5Hz and 50 seconds duration. People should not reside on slopes, especially if the soil's primary component is sand.Bencana longsor yang memakan korban jiwa tersebut terjadi karena ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan jenis tanah yang rawan longsor. Beberapa upaya telah dilakukan untuk membuat prototipe alat pendeteksi gerakan tanah. Namun, peneliti yang menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) masih terbatas. IoT memungkinkan transmisi data melalui koneksi internet, selalu terhubung, menawarkan kemampuan kendali jarak jauh, dan berbagi data. Semua ini berfungsi sebagai prototipe desain pondasi untuk deteksi gerakan tanah. Sensor jarak berbasis cahaya digunakan dalam sistem, dan outputnya direpresentasikan sebagai pergerakan tanah pada bidang miring. Selanjutnya data yang digunakan sebagai input mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 terhubung dengan internet. Outputnya berupa HMI berupa monitor LCD yang menampilkan hasil pengukuran pergerakan tanah. Simulasi gangguan pada bidang miring dilakukan secara berbeda tergantung pada frekuensi dan durasi. Selain itu, pemantauan dilakukan dengan mentransfer data yang diproses ke platform Blynk, yang selanjutnya ditampilkan secara real time melalui aplikasi Blynk Android. Hasil pengujian alat menggunakan tiga sampel yang berbeda, serta frekuensi dan durasi gangguan yang bervariasi. Dengan sampel tanah, data pergerakan terbesar adalah 5cm yang dicapai pada frekuensi gangguan 5Hz dan durasi 40 detik. Data pergerakan terbesar untuk sampel pasir adalah 11cm pada frekuensi gangguan 3Hz dan durasi 50 detik, diikuti oleh data pergerakan terbesar untuk sampel campuran tanah pasir adalah 8cm pada frekuensi gangguan 5Hz dan durasi 50 detik. The Denial of Motherhood in Beloved and Crossing the River : A Postcolonial Literary Study of How the Institution of Slavery Has Restricted Motherhood for Centuries
The aim of this essay is to explore motherhood in two postcolonial literary works by African American author Toni Morrison and British author Caryl Phillips, who was born in the Caribbean. The essay is based on Morrison’s award winning novel Beloved, which was published in 1987 and was inspired by the escaping African American slave Margareth Garner. It is set just after the American Civil War and the novels deals with the trauma of slavery from the perspective of Sethe, a slave who kills her own daughter to save her from slavery. The second novel on which this essay is based is Caryl Phillips’ novel Crossing the River, which was published 1993 and focused on the African diaspora from different perspectives. Crossing the River is a non-chronological narrative covering four different characters (three African American people and one white slave trader during the eighteenth century). This essay, however, only deals with the last of the four narratives depicting white British Joyce who mothers a child with African American soldier Travis. The hypothesis on which the essay is based is that the institution of American slavery has denied the female protagonists in the two novels, Sethe and Joyce, their maternal selves. The analysis revealed that both women suffer from racial domination, and race, or simply skin color, is what leads to the maternal loss of the two protagonists. Both authors depict the world of the colonizer and the colonized and they address the common pain and guilt shared by black as well as white people
The Marlboro Man in Asia: U.S. Tobacco and Human Rights
In recent years, U.S. tobacco manufacturers have responded to declining domestic consumption by aggressively promoting their products in Asia and other foreign markets. Their efforts have resulted in increased tobacco use and increased health risks in Asia. This Note discusses the legal implications of U.S. tobacco marketing in Asia, particularly the disadvantages faced by Asians who might wish to challenge U.S. tobacco manufacturers in court. The author first describes tobacco promotion In Asia and the limited potential for recovery against U.S. tobacco companies by Asian plaintiffs in their domestic courts. The Note then contrasts the limitations Asian plaintiffs face in their own courts with the increasingly bright picture for U.S. plaintiffs in United States courts. The author also acknowledges the likelihood that access to United States courts would be denied potential Asian plaintiffs. The Note concludes by exploring the human rights dimension in the aggressive promotion of U.S. tobacco overseas, particularly the threat it poses to the rights to health and to a healthy environment
Upaya Guru Dalam Pengembangan Kreativitas Belajar Siswa Bidang Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam : Studi Kasus Di SMA Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar
This research is motivated by the low creativity of students' learning, marked by a lack of initiative in the learning process. Therefore, to develop student learning creativity, the role of the teacher is needed because the main task of a teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students in formal and non-formal education. This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts in developing student creativity in the field of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir, Kampar Regency. The formulation of the research problem is how the teacher's efforts in developing student learning creativity in the field of Islamic religious education studies at SMA Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir, Kampar Regency. The object of this research is the teacher's efforts in learning Islamic Religious Education, the method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The main informants of this study were teachers of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir, namely Mr. Ahmad Riza, S.Pd and Ms. Syahfitri Irma Dani, S.Pd. The data collection techniques used by the author in this study were interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Processing of data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, data validity. The results of this study are the teacher's efforts in developing learning creativity, namely by providing stimulation to students before starting PAI learning, teachers provoke students' curiosity, teachers give assignments in groups, teachers provide opportunities for students to convey ideas, teachers give awards in the form of praise and certain objects to students who are creative in learning, and teachers use additional media in the learning process
