    Dampak Pelaksanaan Pengajaran Mikro Berorientasi Pada Penguasaan Materi Terhadap Kualitas Mengajar Mahasiswa PPL

    Pelaksanaan pembelajaran mikro berdampak pada kualitas pelaksanaan PPL di sekolah mitra. Model pembelajaran mikro perlu mempertimbangkan penguasaan materi mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaannya. Pada tahun 2012, mahasiswa diberikan kebebasan untuk memilih materi yang dikuasainya, sehingga secara tidak langsung penekanan terhadap penguasaan materi berkurang dan berdampak pada nilai rata-rata pemilihan materi ajar pada kegiatan PPL (2.75 untuk penilai guru dan 2.76 untuk penilai dosen) dan penguasaan materi pembelajaran (2,63 untuk penilai guru, dan 2,72 untuk penilai dosen) rendah dibandingkan dengan indiaktor lainnya. Pengajaran mikro yang berorientasi materi juga tidak membantu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran mikro. Peningkatan kualitas matakuliah prasyarat pembelajaran mikro merupakan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini.

    Meningkatnya kekerasan dikalangan remaja, korupsi dan permasalahan moral lainnya merupakan masalah nasional yang harus segera diselesaikan. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan adalah menjaga sistem supaya berjalan ideal. Selain penegakan hukum, penanaman karakter berbasis kearifan lokal merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dijaga. Karakter berbasis kearifan lokal merupakan cikal bakal karakter bangsa. Bangsa yang besar adalah bangsa yang tidak kehilangan jati diri dan mampu menjaga sistem dengan baik. Pendidikan karakter, merupakan arti dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Pendidikan merupakan seluruh rangkaian aktivitas yang dilakukan pendidik untuk peserta didik terhadap semua aspek perkembangan potensi kecerdasan dan kepribadian (karakter baik) yang dilakukan secara kontinu untuk mencapai tujuan setinggi-tingginya. Dengan proses pendidikan yang baik, permasalahan moral di indonesia dapat diminimalisir, oleh karena itu implementasi pendidikan karakter terus dilakukan baik dalam kurikulum maupun secara teknis dalam SSP. Alternatif lain dapat dilakukan dengan memadukan keilmuan Fisika dalam hal ini konten materi dalam penanaman nilai karakter

    MEA membentuk ASEAN sebagai pasar dan basis produksi tunggal membuat ASEAN lebih dinamis dan kompetitif1. Pasar dan basis produksi tunggal ASEAN terdiri lima elemen inti: (i) aliran bebas barang; (ii) aliran bebas jasa; (iii) aliran bebas investasi; (iv) arus modal yang lebih bebas; dan (v) arus bebas tenaga kerja terampil. SDM di Indonesia sangat melimpah, namun pasar Indonesia tidak menampung secara efisien SDM yang dimiliki. Pemberlakuan MEA memberikan konsekwensi kemudahan tenaga ahli dari Negara ASEAN lain masuk ke Indonesia. Tenaga kerja Indonesia belum memenuhi pasar tenaga ahli ASEAN. Secara tidak langsung dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Perubahan kurikulum sesuai dengan tuntutan pasar sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja. UNESCO memetakan konsep peran Kurikulum, Guru, Pembelajar, Lingkungan dalam satu kesatuan untuk mencapai tujuan, menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi berdaya saing tinggi. Pemerintah perlu melakukan redesain kurikulum secara berkesinambungan, Lembaga pendidikan tinggi perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi lulusan, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Memasukkan kearifan dan budaya lokal dalam kompetensi dunia kerja Indonesia perlu dipertimbangkan. Mengacu pada 12 kriteria daya saing selain efisiensi pasar tenaga kerja, kesiapan teknologi juga menjadi faktor penentu kualitas daya saing suatu Negara. Kemajuan teknologi, tentunya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari perkembangan sains (Fisika).     MODEL ORIENTASI, ANALISIS, SINTESIS, INVESTIGASI, SINERGI (OASIS) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LEVEL KONSEPSI MAHASISWA PADA MATERI KINEMATIKA DAN DINAMIKA

    This research aims to obtain a model of learning that can improve the level of student conception on kinematics and dynamics. Research method using Reseach and Development (R & D). The developed model characterized by the phases of Orientation, Analysis, Synthesis, Investigation, and Synergy (OASIS). The OASIS model is designed through the need analysis phase through: literature review and field studies, expert validation and limited trials class to refine the OASIS Model draft. Validation of model and device result in a highly relevant of CVI value. The limited trials class conducted on the students who took Basic Physics I at PGRI Madiun University. The results of the limited trials class provide an improved level of conception on the concept of Kinematics with N-Gain 0.72 (High category) and Dynamics 0.52 (medium). Level 3 (mastering the concept) has increased and level 3 * (misconception) has decreased in every component of conception. The critical thinking ability as the impact of accompanist also improved in medium category (0.53). The result of student response and observer for Implemented of OASIS model of the class is very good. It can conclude that the OASIS model is feasible to apply on a wider- scale class. The OASIS model then applied to a wide-scale class at three colleges, PGRI University of Madiun (UNIPMA), Sebelas Maret University (UNS), and Indonesian Railway Academy (API). The methods used in large-scale application use single pretest-posttest design and qualitative descriptive analysis with NGain category indicator on Medium. In UNIPMA, N-Gain Kinematics 0.71 (high category), N-Gain Dynamics 0.51 (medium) and N-Gain critical thinking ability 0.39 (medium). In API, N-Gain Kinematics 0.78 (high category), N-Gain Dynamics 0.52 (medium). and N- Gain critical thinking ability 0.46 (medium). Level 3 (mastering the concept) has increased and level 3 * (misconception) has decreased in every component of conception. It can conclude that this model could increase the level of student conception. The result of student response and observer for implemented OASIS model is very good.     Louis-Sébastien Mercier, a prolific dramatist whose works were translated all over Europe, had difficulty winning recognition in Paris ; La Harpe described him as a 'provincial dramatist'. A study of the theatrical registers of France's major towns and the copyright registers in the Mercier papers at the Bibliothèque de l'Arsenal shows that his plays were frequently performed in the provinces until the beginning of the Romantic period. From these archives we can reconstruct the provincial repertory, thus throwing light on the relationships linking author, actors and public.     Analysis of the initiation of acentrosomal spindle assembly in Drosophila melanogaster

    In many species, meiotic spindles assemble microtubules in the absence of centrosomes. An acentrosomal mechanism has been proposed where the chromosomes initiate spindle assembly by nucleating and capturing microtubules. While preliminary evidence has supported this model in Drosophila, very little is actually known about how a bipolar spindle is initiated and maintained in the absence of centrosomes. RanGTP is a small GTPase which has been shown to be important for chromosome-dependent spindle assembly in Xenopus extracts. I investigated the effect of manipulating the Ran pathway on spindle assembly in Drosophila oocytes and embryos. Surprisingly, I found that RanGTP is not essential for the formation of the acentrosomal spindle near the chromosomes. However, I discovered that RanGTP is essential for completing chromosome-independent microtubule assembly, such as pro-nuclear fusion. Thus, RanGTP may be required for microtubule assembly when chromosomes are absent, but redundant with the chromosomal passenger complex when chromosomes are present. Another contributor to acentrosomal spindle assembly is Subito, a member of the kinesin 6 superfamily. Subito binds and bundles microtubules at the central spindle in both centrosomal and acentrosomal systems. We have previously shown that expression of Subito with an N-terminus deletion results in the formation of chromosome-independent spindles, or ectopic spindles, in the Drosophila oocyte. By continuing the mutational analysis within the N-terminus, I have further characterized its regulatory role. We have shown that two conserved serines negatively regulate the motor activity of Subito, while other domains within the N-terminus are essential for positive regulation. So while originally believed to be simply a negative regulator, the N-terminus is actually a complex region of negative and positive regulators. My studies have helped to clarify the requirements for the initiation of acentrosomal spindle assembly in Drosophila. RanGTP is essential for spindle assembly in a chromosome independent manner, suggesting that chromosomal passenger complex is necessary for chromosome dependent microtubule assembly. Furthermore, we suggest a model of auto-inhibition for Subito with the N-terminus interacting with the C-terminus, preventing the binding of microtubules.     EFEKTIVITAS METODE KOOPERATIF TIPE GI DAN STAD DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN AWAL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perbedaan penggunaanmetode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan STAD terhadap prestasibelajar fisika. 2) Perbedaan kemampuan awal tinggi dan kemampuanawal rendah terhadap prestasi belajar fisika. 3) Interaksi antarametode pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasibelajar fisika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMPN 1 Barat. Sebagai sampeldiambil dua kelas sebanyak 68 siswa yang kemudian dijadikan kelaseksperimen I dan kelas eksperimen II. Kelas VIIIB sebanyak 34 siswasebagai kelas eksperimen I diberikan pendekatan menggunakanmetode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI sedangkan kelas VIIIDsebanyak 34 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen II diberikan pendekatanmenggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD denganteknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi (anova) dua jalan.Hasilpenelitian dengan ?Ä?? = 5% dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Metodekooperatif tipe GI lebih baik daripada metode kooperatif tipe STADdengan Fhitung = 92,77. (2) Siswa dengan kemampuan awal tinggimempunyai prestasi belajar fisika yang lebih baik dibandingkandengan siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan awal rendah dengan Fhitung = 4,199.
