===================================================================================================================================
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role in economic development. For SMEs to have a competitive advantage in the global market, business people must be able to adapt to market developments and technology. Related
to the problem of implementing information technology or information systems, one of the innovations that are currently widely used in SMEs is social media, so it is
important to identify antecedents related to the implementation of social media technology. Previous theoretical and empirical evidence reveals that the Technology Organizational-Environment (TOE) framework has become a popular model in examining various issues of applying information technology innovation (IT) and
finding antecedents in the domain of information systems (SI) systems. In addition to the implementation of social media, the existence of Business Process Management (BPM) in SMEs plays an important role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of company and organizational operations. BPM implementation is a complex process and requires many technical and non-technical aspects. Based on the Van Looy capability framework, the technical aspects consist of
process modeling, process deployment, process optimization. The non-technical aspects include process management, process-oriented culture, and process-oriented
structure. Most of the previous research focuses on the technical aspects of business processes that have not been successfully applied to the conditions of SMEs in Indonesia, so this study aims to conduct an analysis of the non-technical factors of BPM that have not been much studied in research. This research is a qualitative study
that uses a grounded theory approach, because this study wants to dig deeper information, data collection is done by interviews and observations on 2 garment SMEs in Surabaya, Indonesia.
The results of this study are mapping analysis of social media antecedents and non-technical factors towards the implementation of social media. This research resulted in the identification of antecedents of social media which are categorized into 6 antecedents namely relative superiority, compatibility, cost effectiveness, interactivity, trust and support for management. In addition this study also resulted in the identification of non-technical factors related to SME business processes which were categorized into 3 areas namely process management, process-oriented culture,
and process-oriented structures. The final results of this study indicate that nontechnical factors and social media antecedents are factors that influence the implementation of social media in SMEs. The implementation of social media in this research includes searching and sharing information, marketing and branding, and customer relations

Adoption of virtual tours for tourism promotion in Tegal Regency: a technology acceptance model analysis
Tegal Regency has various tourist attractions that have the potential to be increased as a stimulus for the district's economy. So that this potential can have an optimal positive impact, the tourist destination should be promoted to the general public to increase tourism visits. This effort can be carried out by utilizing existing technological developments through virtual tour (VT), but their implementation requires careful consideration. This study explored how perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), attitude, behavioral intention (BI), and tourism promotion (TP) relate to each other within the context of virtual tourism. Data were collected from 126 participants via an an online survey developed using the technology acceptance model (TAM) framework. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method was employed for analyzing the data. The result revealed significant relationships between PU and ease of use, user attitudes (AT), and BIs. Furthermore, BI, PU, and PEU were all considerable predictors of TP. However, no significant relationship was found between user AT and BIs

Comparative Analysis of Deep Learning Models for Retrieval-Based Tourism Information Chatbots
Despite significant advancements in deep learning models for chatbots, comprehensive analyses tailored to the tourism sector remain limited. This study addresses the gap by comparing the performance of six prominent models—MLP, RNN, GRU, LSTM, BiLSTM, and CNN—in creating chatbots designed to address traveler needs such as information about facilities, ticket prices, activity suggestions, and operational details. The methodology includes key stages such as data collection, preparation, model training, and evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and qualitative assessments. The dataset, derived from interviews with managers of 11 tourism destinations, captures critical details to replicate real-world user interactions. The results indicate that the CNN model performed the best, achieving the highest accuracy (0.98), precision (0.99), recall (0.98), and F1-score (0.98), showcasing its ability to effectively handle user queries by identifying relevant patterns in data. While MLP achieved strong accuracy (0.94), its simpler design limited its capacity to manage complex questions. The RNN model had the lowest accuracy (0.82), highlighting its challenges in understanding structured information. These findings confirm CNN as the most effective model for retrieval-based chatbots in tourism, balancing accuracy and practicality. This research offers valuable insights for improving AI-driven tourism tools, providing guidelines for selecting optimal models and enhancing chatbot performance to enrich the traveler experience
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
