Dampak Persepsi dan Stigma Masyarakat tentang Covid-19
Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, dated November 15, 2020, infected 474.455 people who were tested positive, 398.636 people were recovered, while 15.393 peopledied. Negative perception and stigma attacked people related to Covid-19 and causedstress and depression whichcan reduce the immune system then cause death. This study aimedto determine the community perception andstigma about Covid 19 in Banten Province in 2020. This study was analytical descriptive and useda cross-sectional study approachto examine theperceptionand stigma of community who were infected bycovid 19. Thisstudy was conducted from June toNovember 2020 in Pandeglang Regency and Serang City. Thedata collection was by distributing questionnaires. The sampleswere 750 respondents. This study found a significant relationship between communityperception and community stigma, which influencesthe performance of health workersand the stress level of Covid-19 patientswith p value 0.00 for both. Negative perceptionand stigmamayimpact on the performance of health workers and cause depression in COVID-19 patients, which results on the decrease ofimmune system.

Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni -Nopember 2020 di Kabupaten Pandeglang dan Kota Serang. Pengambilan data melalui penyebarankuesioner. Sampel penelitiansebanyak 750 Responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkanadanyahubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi masyarakatdan stigma negatif masyarakatyang mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kesehatandan tingkatstress pasien coviddan dengannilai P (p value)keduanya= 0,00. Persepsi dan stigma negatifakan berdampak terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan dan menimbulkan depresi pada pasien covid-19 yang mengakibatkan menurunnya sistem imun.

Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Pencegahan Penularan Infeksi Covid-19
The high number of Covid-19 deaths among health workers is caused by compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Nurse compliance is the main key to success to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 infection. Risk factors for preventing the transmission of Covid-19 include the availability of PPE, peer support and need factor. This study aims to determine the relationship between risk factors and nurse compliance in prevention of the transmission of Covid-19 infection in Serang, Banten. The research used analytic observational with a cross sectional study design. The subjects of this study were all nurses who were actively working in Public Health Centers in Serang City. This study used total sampling and logistic regression statistical tests. The results showed that 48.3% of nurses did not comply with the use of PPE, and 55.2% of nurses stated that PPE was not available, 54% of nurses needed PPE to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 infection. There is a relationship between the availability of PPE (p=0.002), peer support (p=0.014) and need factor (p = 0.000) with the compliance of nurses to prevent transmission of Covid-19 infection. To conclude, there is a relationship between the availability of PPE and need factor with nurse compliance in prevention of the transmission of Covid-19 infection. Related parties, especially Public Health Centers and local Health Office, need to strive to fulfill the availability of adequate PPE as an aspect of the need for security and protection from the threat of transmission of Covid-19 infection.Tingginya angka kematian Covid-19 terhadap tenaga kesehatan disebabkan oleh faktor kepatuhan dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Kepatuhan perawat merupakan kunci utama keberhasilan dalam pencegahan penularan infeksi Covid-19. Faktor risiko terhadap pencegahan penularan Covid-19 diantaranya ketersediaan APD, dukungan teman sejawat dan faktor kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan penularan infeksi Covid-19 Di Kota Serang, Banten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang aktif bekerja di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan uji statistik regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 48,3% perawat tidak patuh dalam penggunaan APD, dan 55,2% perawat menyatakan tidak tersedia APD, 54% perawat butuh APD dalam pencegahan penularan infeksi Covid-19. Ada hubungan antara ketersediaan APD (p=0,002), dukungan teman sejawat (p=0,014) dan faktor kebutuhan (p=0,000) dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan penularan infeksi Covid-19. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara ketersediaan APD dan faktor kebutuhan dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan penularan infeksi Covid-19 di Kota Serang Banten tahun 2020. Pihak terkait khususnya Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan setempat perlu mengupayakan pemenuhan tersediaan APD yang memadai sebagai aspek kebutuhan rasa aman akan perlindungan dari ancaman bahaya penularan infeksi Covid-19
Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal Perawat dengan Kepuasan Pasien
Health service centers in Indonesia were growing and developed rapidly, resulting on many choices in health services that patients can entrust in carrying out their health care. Patients’ expectation when choosing health services was the ability of health staff to respond quickly to patient complaints and to deal with them in a professional manner. The research objective was to determine the relationship between nurse interpersonal communication and patient satisfaction at Pontang Community Health Center in 2023. The correlation method with a cross-sectional approach was used in this research. Of the 150 inpatients as a population, 75 respondents were involved as the samples by Solvin formula. The data collection was done by interviews, observations, and a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents stated that the interpersonal communication of nurses was good (62.7%) and the majority of respondents stated that patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit was not satisfied (54.7%). The statistical test results by using chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.024 (p<α), which means that there was a relationship between nurse interpersonal communication and patient satisfaction at the inpatient unit of Pontang Community Health Center. The researchers concluded that there was a need of reinforcement in inpatient nurses, such as training on interpersonal communication and service excellence.Pusat pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia semakin hari semakin bertumbuh dan berkembang secara pesat sehingga banyak pilihan pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat pasien percayakan dalam melakukan perawatan kesehatannya. Apa yang diharapkan pasien dalam memilih pelayanan kesehatan adalah kemampuan petugas yang cepat dan tanggap terhadap keluhan pasien serta mampu menghadapi keluhan pasien secara profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Pontang tahun 2023. Metode korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari 150 pasien rawat inap sebagai populasi, 75 responden dilibatkan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menyatakan komunikasi interpersonal perawat baik (62,7%) dan sebagian besar responden menyatakan kepuasan pasien di unit rawat inap tidak puas (54,7%). Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square memperoleh nilai p 0,024 (p<α), artinya ada hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di unit rawat inap Puskesmas Pontang. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa perlu penguatan pada perawat rawat inap seperti pelatihan tentang komunikasi interpersonal dan service excellence
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Stress Management for Family and Community During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Although mental health issues are not considered as a disorder that causes immediate death, this disorder can lead to an individual’s inability to work. Stress is experienced by everyone. Mental pressure if not managed properly can lead to mental disorders and despair (suicide). For this reason, management of stress is an important thing in human life. A total of 30 community members agreed to participate in this program. Most (80%) were women with a mean age of 32.54 (SD = 2.76). The most frequently used sources of information were mostly (86.7%) via the internet. Based on the results of the paired t-test, it was found that this program was effective in increasing knowledge, attitudes, and behavior about COVID-19 and stress (p value <0.001), with a difference value of 7.13 for knowledge, 5.02 for attitudes, and 4.24. for behavior, 3.45 for stress. This program is an approach based on the empowerment of health workers by utilizing existing applications for communication, namely social media and reminder systems. A subsequent program needs to be developed to increase the sustainability of this iniative, such as through integrated development and using technology as a medium of delivery and promotion.
