Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Keterampilan Interpersonal Kepala
Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan:
Untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterampilan interpersonal kepala sekolah di SMP
Negeri 8 Palopo; Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 8
Palopo; dan Untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh keterampilan interpersonal
kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini
adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru
SMP Negeri 8 Palopo tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah 58 guru.
Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik probability sampling. Sampel yang
digunakan, sebanyak 28 guru.Data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi.
Selanjutnya, data penelitian dianalisis statistik menggunakan pengelohan data
yaitu: Analisi statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian
deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan interpersonal kepala sekolah
diperoleh skor mean sebesar 117.86, dari skor minimum sebesar 97 dan maximum
sebesar 133 dengan standard deviaton sebesar 10.240, dan variance sebesar
104.864 termasuk kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 28 guru dan presentase
sebesar 18.3%, dan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 8 Palopo menunjukkan bahwa
skor mean kinerja guru adalah 71.43 dari skor minimum sebesar 64 dan maximum
sebesar 80 dengan standard devition sebesar 4.281 dan variance sebesar 18.328
termasuk kategori baik dengan frekuensi 28 guru persentase sebesar 0%. Adapun
hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh keterampilan interpersonal
kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh secara langsung, namun tetap
didukung oleh koefesien determinasi R2 (Rsquer) oleh determinasi sebesar 0,228.
Hasil ini berarti ada pengaruh secara simultan keterampilan interpersonal kepala
sekolah (X) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 22,8% sedangkan sisanya di
pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

mengetahui tingkat praktikalitasnya; dan 4) Mengetahui efektivitas
pengembangan E-Modul berbasis flippingbook terintegrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di kelas IX SMPN Satap Pongsamelung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (research & development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri
dari lima tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 peserta didik dan satu guru. Teknik pengumpulan data meliptui: observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan: 1) Tahap Analisis: Peneliti melakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan angket kepada peserta didik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran tersedia, seperti buku paket membuat peserta didik
merasa bosan, sementara mereka membutuhkan media yang lebih menarik. 2) Tahap Desain; Peneliti merancang E-Modul berbasis flippingbook dimulai dari penyusunan jadwal penelitian, pembuatan spesifikasi media, penyusunan materi, serta pengumpulan teks, gambar, audio dan video yang akan disajikan dalam E�Modul. 3) Tahap Pengembangan: Media yang telah dirancang divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Saran perbaikan dari validator digunakan untuk enyempurnakan desain agar produk lebih layak. Berdasarkan penilaian,
ahli media memberikan skor 96%, ahli materi 94% dan ahli bahasa 90%, yang semuanya masuk dalam kategori sangat valid. 4) Tahap Implementasi: Media yang telah divalidasi diuji kepada guru dan peserta didik untuk mengukur praktikalitasnya melalui angket. Berdasarkan penilaian respon peserta didik sebesar 92% dan respon guru sebesar 92%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Selain itu, soal digunakan untuk menilai efektifitas media.. 5) Tahap Evaluasi: Evaluasi dilakukan secara formatif (untuk perbaikan selama proses pengembangan) dan sumatif (untuk mengukur penguasaan materi melalui pre-test
dan post-test). Keefektifan media ditunjukkan oleh nilai pre-test dan post-test peserta didik, dengan rata-rata skor N-Gain 0,8 atau 80%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
