    Interpretive research cannot be separated from methodology. As time goes by, efforts to understand God's words in the Qur'an and human efforts are growing. Reading the Qur'an will occur and develop from time to time both in terms of mode of interpretation, epistemology, methodology, etc. As long as the interpretation process is carried out, it will not stop. When interpreting the Qur'an, each interpreter will be influenced by the social and cultural conditions in which he lives, and the political situation around him has a great influence on him, as was Abu Marwan bin Musa. Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur`ān written by Abu Marwan bin Musa is one of the products of contemporary interpretation, as is the case in 21. The book of Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur`ān uses the ittijāh al-salafī paradigm to interpret verses Quran verses. In this study, the author examines the method of interpretation of Abu Marwan bin Musa in the book "Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur'ān" and evaluates the book. Therefore, the author tries to look at the methodology of Abu Marwan bin Musa in this book

    HUBUNGAN KONDISI FISIK DENGAN PERFORMA RENANG GAYA BEBAS 50M ATLET CLUB JUNIOR AQUATIC SPORT GARUT

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kondisi fisik dengan performa renang gaya bebas 50m atlet Club Junior Aquatic Sport Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini adalah atlet renang prestasi Club Junior Aquatic Sport Garut sebanyak 34 atlet dengan 21 atlet putra dan 13 atlet putri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive, karena penulis menentukan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan tes, maka dari itu instrumen tes yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes kecepatan gerak (sprint 60m), power tungkai (vertical jump), strength endurance (push up), fleksibilitas (sit and reach), daya tahan (beep test Vo2Max), dan performa renang (tes renang gaya bebas 50m). Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan statistika pada uji hipotesis maka didapat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kecepatan gerak, power tungkai, strength endurance, fleksibilitas, dan daya tahan dengan performa renang gaya bebas 50m serta setiap kenaikan nilai memberikan dampak yang positif. Serta utuk keseluruhan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kondisi fisik dengan performa renang gaya bebas 50m dan kondisi fisik memberikan dampak yang positif. Sehingga semakin tinggi nilai atau sumbangan yang diberikan maka akan semakin meningkatkan performa renang gaya bebas 50m. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan item tes yang lebih spesifik dalam cabang olahraga renang setiap nomornya untuk lebih mengembangkan penelitian. Physical condition is needed in improving athlete performance because maximum performance can be seen if the athlete is fast and proportional so that they can achieve good results with faster acquisition time. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical condition and 50m freestyle swimming performance of Garut Junior Aquatic Sport Club athletes. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The population used as a sample in this study were 34 athletes with 21 male athletes and 13 female athletes. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, because the author determines the sample with certain considerations. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting tests, therefore the test instruments used in this study are speed tests (60m sprint), leg power (vertical jump), strength endurance (push up), flexibility (sit and reach), endurance (beep test Vo2Max), and swimming performance (50m freestyle swimming test). Data processing techniques used descriptive statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test. Based on the results of statistical processing in hypothesis testing, it is found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of speed, leg power, strength endurance, flexibility, and endurance with 50m freestyle swimming performance and each increase in value has a positive impact. And for the whole there is a positive and significant relationship between physical condition and 50m freestyle swimming performance and physical condition has a positive impact. So that the higher the value or contribution given, the more it will improve 50m freestyle swimming performance. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to add more specific test items in swimming sports for each number to further develop the research

    Etika Hiburan dalam Perspektif Hadis: Analisis terhadap Aplikasi TikTok

    The TikTok application is an entertainment medium that allows its users to do freestyle, such as dance, lip sync, challenges, etc., which was once banned in Indonesia because it contained negative content. This study discusses the ethics of entertainment from a hadith perspective, with the main focus being the TikTok application media. This qualitative research is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The theory used is thematic hadith theory. The thematic hadith method is carried out by tracing the hadiths using the lafadz "لَهْوٌ" and "Ù„ÙŽØ¹ÙØ¨" and is limited to only the hadiths contained in the Polaris sittah book, while the criticism of sanad and matan is only carried out on one path and not on all tracks. Primary data sources include the books al-Kutub al-Sittah, Mu'jam al-Mufahras, Tahzib al-Kamal, and Syarah Hadith, while secondary sources include books, articles, and scientific writings about TikTok and entertainment, as well as Software Hadith Lidwa Pusaka and Maktabah Syamilah. The results of the study show that when viewed from the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, entertainment is permissible as long as it is in accordance with the ethics of entertainment, such as not being excessive and negligent, not contrary to Islamic law, and not arousing lust. The TikTok application has many negative uses, such as dancing with nakedness and tabarruj, which can arouse lust, singing or lip syncing accompanied by neglectful music, and using sentences that are not educational, as well as the many types of content that can make a person addicted and inattentive. Therefore, the author considers that this application is irrelevant to the hadiths of the Prophet regarding entertainment

    Radiografer adalah tenaga kesehatan yang berwenang melakukan kegiatan radiografi dan imejing di unit pelayanan kesehatan. Pada jurnal Arinal Hanifan, H. Nur Utama, dan Sowapa Zavihatika disebutkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian jumlah tenaga radiografer sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti beban kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisa kebutuhan tenaga radiografer, salah satunya dengan metode WISN. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui radiografer beserta tugas dan kewajibannya dan mengetahui analisa kebutuhan tenaga radiografer berdasarkan beban kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah literatur review dengan jenis sistematik review. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Oktober 2020 – juli 2021. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi mencari dan menggali data dari literatur yang terdiri dari sumber data utama 3 buah dan sumber data pendukung 11 buah. Kemudian data dianalisis untuk ditarik kesimpulan sehingga dapat menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa radiografer adalah tenaga kesehatan yang melakukan kegiatan Pelayanan Radiologi di unit pelayanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Islam Bogor memerlukan 8 orang, dari Rumah Sakit Islam Klaten memerlukan 4 orang, dan Rumah Sakit RSU Budi membutuhkan 2 orang.     Information regarding the potential and dominance of local plant species in the Sassa Village Protection Forest, North Luwu Regency is still limited. In fact, there are fewer and fewer local plant species that are used by the community, this is indicated by the difficulty of obtaining local plant seed sources. This difficulty is due to the lack of local parent plants in this area, for this reason it is necessary to study the potential of local plants and the selection of parent trees for local plant seed sources. The research method by collecting data was carried out using exploratory techniques with the transect method, then the parent tree that had been determined as a seed source stand that had met the criteria as a parent tree was given a coordinate point. Then the scoring was carried out on tree height (T), tree diameter (D), branch-free height (Tbc), trunk straightness (KB), trunk surface (PB) and tree health condition (KK). The results of this study obtained 16 types of plants with the highest T score of 20, 16 species of plants with the highest D score of 30, 33 species that had the highest Tbc score of 15, and 3 types of plants that had the highest KB+PB+KK score of 20. There were 18 species with a total score of >60 that met the highest criteria as well as from the various genotypic characteristics that had been observed

    The ADESTE trial: A phase 2 study of enibarcimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting adrenomedullin, in acute heart failure

    Abstract Aims This study aimed to conduct a phase 2 proof‐of‐concept and safety study to evaluate the effect of ENIBARCIMAB (EN), a non‐neutralizing humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the N‐terminus of adrenomedullin (ADM), administered immediately after stabilization with standard of care (SoC) treatment, in patients hospitalized for acute heart failure (AHF). Methods and results This prospective, open‐label, controlled, interventional, multicenter, dose‐escalation study was conducted at two cardiology sites in Indonesia. Patients were divided into two interventional groups sequentially receiving 0.5 mg/kg (SoC + EN 0.5 mg/kg, n = 10; first cohort) and 2 mg/kg (SoC + EN 2 mg/kg, n = 10; second cohort) of EN via 1‐h intravenous (IV) infusion within 48 h after admission for AHF. The control group (n = 10) was treated with SoC therapy for AHF therapy. All patients were monitored continuously within 24 h post‐infusion and subsequent daily until discharge. Treatment‐related serious adverse events (SAEs) were recorded during hospitalization and up to 90 days after discharge. Both EN dosages were well‐tolerated, and no significant safety issues were identified during hospitalization and up to 90 days of follow up. SAEs occurred in 10% of patients in each EN group but were deemed not related to treatment. No significant differences in the occurrence of SAEs were found between the groups. Five deaths occurred: three (30%) in the control group as compared with two deaths (20%) in the SoC + EN 2 mg/kg group. EN led to a significant increase in plasma bio‐ADM levels within 24 h post‐infusion, with the SoC + 2 mg/kg group showing the highest increase. Within 1 h from IV EN infusion, SoC + EN 2 mg/kg compared with 0.5 mg/kg, resulted in a significant percentage reduction in systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure. However, it did not result in severe hypotension and the need for drug discontinuation. Conclusions In this pilot safety study of patients hospitalized for AHF, IV infusion of EN 0.5 and 2 mg/kg increased circulating plasma bio‐ADM levels and was well‐tolerated without treatment‐related SAEs occurring during hospitalization and up to 90 days after discharge

    Microstructure Alterations of Ti-6Al-4V ELI during Turning by Using Tungsten Carbide Inserts under Dry Cutting Condition

    Titanium alloys possesses a hexagonal close packed(h.c.p) structure, called phase to ambient temperature. Thisstructure changes to body center cubic (b.c.c), called phase tothe temperature of 882 C. Machining process that generates hightemperature during machining can affect on microstructures ofmachined surface, which represents as a quality of components.The turning parameters evaluated are cutting speed (55 - 95m/min), feed rate (0.15 - 0.35 mm/rev), depth of cut (0.10 - 0.20mm) and tool grade (uncoated, CVD and PVD). The aims of thispaper are to investigate the effects of machining process onmicrostructures of machined surface and chip were machinedusing tungsten carbide inserts under dry cutting condition. Theresults show that machining at high cutting speed (95 m/min)affected on the microstructure significantly at the end ofmachining. The temperature is the most significant factoraffected on microstructure of the machined surface and chip atshear zone. The changes of microstructure were also affected bythe tool pressure during cutting
