Public figure with good credibility ultimately will brings good affect on endorsed brand especially its Brand equity and Self-Brand Connection
This research is Quantitative research where author spread Questionnaire to collect sonle random data in Surabaya that know about OPPO and at least aged 17. There will be 100 selected population, that called sample. These sample will be processed by SEM-PLS to determine the relationship between variables.. Masculinity portrayed in Jason Reynolds’ As Brave As You

Traditional masculinity has a side effect on men's mental health, this is because a man is considered a masculine man if he can withstand emotional pressure and is often considered weak if he cannot withstand it. This study aims to look at how masculinity is portrayed by male characters in Jason Reynolds' As Brave As You. Using literary criticism, the author focuses on analyzing the forms of masculinity shown by the male main character towards the people around him. Using data sources from the novel As Brave As You by Jason Reynolds, the analysis technique used by the author in this research uses the reading and note taking analysis technique. The next step in the analysis of this research is data analysis, which includes data description, data analysis, and drawing conclusions based on the findings of the analysis. examined, and draw conclusions from the findings of the analysis. The results of this study are taken from how the depiction of masculinity in accordance with Janet Saltzman Chafetz's theory of masculinity concept by looking at four concepts out of seven in the novel. These concepts are functional, intellectual, physical appearance, and interpersonal The results of this study show that although each character shares some of the same concepts, there is usually one aspect that is most emphasized by them, and this concept shows how they implement it into society. The findings show that being a man involves more than just physical prowess. This broadens our understanding of what it means to be a gentleman in the scope of contemporary literature.

Maskulinitas tradisional memiliki efek samping terhadap kesehatan mental pria, hal ini dikarenakan seorang pria dianggap sebagai pria maskulin jika ia dapat menahan tekanan emosional dan seringkali dianggap lemah jika tidak dapat menahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana maskulinitas digambarkan oleh karakter laki-laki dalam film As Brave As You karya Jason Reynolds. Dengan menggunakan kritik sastra, penulis berfokus untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk maskulinitas yang ditunjukkan oleh karakter utama laki-laki terhadap orang-orang di sekitarnya. Dengan menggunakan sumber data dari novel As Brave As You karya Jason Reynolds, teknik analisis yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis baca dan catat. Langkah selanjutnya dalam analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis data, yang meliputi deskripsi data, analisis data, dan menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan temuan analisis. diteliti, dan menarik kesimpulan dari hasil temuan analisis. Hal ini memperluas pemahaman kita tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan menjadi seorang pria dalam lingkup sastra kontemporer.

Analisis Peranan Usaha Pembenihan Bibit Ikan Lele Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Jorong Taratak Baru Nagari Padang Laweh Selatan
No full textKegiatan usaha pembenihan pada awalnya dilaksanakan sebagai usaha untuk memperkenalkan adanya ikan lele kepada masyarakat dan pembudidaya ikan di Sijunjung dan sekitarnya, yang pada saat itu belum banyak masyarakat membudidayakan ikan lele. Dalam hal ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif adalah metode yang memberikan gambaran umum, sistematik, deskriptif, dan nyata. Masalah yang terdapat pada program pembenihan yaitu masalah banyaknya bibit ikan lele yang mati dalam hal yang pertama yaitu ukuran daya tampung kolam terhadap banyaknya jumlah bibit yang akan di masukan, yang kedua, pemberian pakan bibit yang berlebihan yang dapat menyebabkan bibit ikan mati karena pakan yang tersisa yang menyebabkan air kolam menjadi kotor. Dalam mempersiapkan kolam harus memiliki wadah kolam yang dapat mempertahankan kuantitas dan kualitas air media, terbebas dari predator, hama dan penyakit ikan serta mendukung pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan didalam kolam. Pembenihan ikan lele ini ini juga termasuk kegiatan yang sulit dilakukan, tetapi bisa dilakukan ditempat yang sempit atau tempat yang tidak terlalu luas, sehinnga bisa dilakukan di tempat manapun.

Abstract
The hatchery business activity was initially carried out as an effort to introduce catfish to the community and fish cultivators in Sijunjung and its surroundings, where, at that time, not many people cultivated catfish. In this case, the descriptive method is used with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is a method that provides an overview, systematic, descriptive, and real. The problem in the hatchery program is the problem of the large number of catfish seeds that die in the first case, namely the size of the pond's capacity for the number of seeds to be input; secondly, excessive feeding of seeds, which can cause fish seeds to die due to the remaining feed. Which causes pool water to become dirty. The initial stage, in this case, starts from the preparation of the pond and the selection of eggs and nursery. This catfish hatchery is also a difficult activity, but it can be done in a narrow place or a place that is not too wide, so it can be done anywhere
