Penggunaan Rumen Sapi sebagai Aktivator pada Pembuatan Kompos Daun Lamtoro (LeucaenaLeucocephala)
It had conduted a research about the using of cow rumen as activator in making of
lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) leaf compost. The sample was took by random
sampling from Simalingkar B. The sample was dried before make a compost with cow
rumen during 15 days and the time interval of analysis iss 3 days. The determining of
C-organic is conducted by Walkey Black, Nitrogen (N) with Kjehdahl method.
Phosphor (P) as P2 O5 by Spectrophotometer method and potassium (K) as (K2 O) by
Atom Absorption Spectrophotometer. The same procedur is applied to the sample
without composting. The result research indicted that the content of C-Organic on
sample without composting and after composting in 15 days by time interval analysis
3 days in sequence are 38,43%; 36,45%; 35,11%; 32,33%; 30,90%; 28,95%. The
Nitrogen (N) content on lamtoro leaf before an after composting in 15 days are
2,81%; 3,13% ; 3,05%; 3,00%; 3,07% and 3,15%. The content of Phosphor (P) as
P2 O5 before and after composting 15 days is 0,23%; 0,24%; 0,24%; 0,27%; 0,33%
and 0,34%. The content of Potassium (K) as K2 O before and after composting 15 days
is 2,41%; 2,42%; 2,49%; 2,51%; 2,54% and 2,58%. Of the data it obtain the C/N
ratio on lamtoro leaf before and after composting 15 days is 13,67%; 11,64%;
11,51%; 10,77%; 10,09% and 9,19%. Of the research it concluded that the lamtoro
(Leucaena leucocephala) leaf can use as organic fertilizer after composting in 12 days
in the ratio 10,06% because its approach the ideal soil C/N ratio for 10.Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penggunaan rumen sapi sebagai aktivator pada

metode Spektrofotometeri dan Kalium (K) sebagai K2 O dengan Spektrofotometer
Serapan Atom (SSA). Prosedur yang sama dilakukan terhadap sampel tanpa
pengomposan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar C-organik pada sampel
tanpa pengomposan dan setelah pengomposan 15 hari dengan interval waktu analisis
3 hari secara berurutan adalah 38,43%; 36,45%; 35,11%; 32,33%; 30,90% dan
28,95%. Kadar Nitrogen (N) pada daun lamtoro sebelum dan setelah pengomposan
15 hari secara berurutan adalah 2,81%; 3,13%; 3,05%; 3,00%; 3,07% dan 3,15%.
Kadar Posfor sebagai P2 O5 sebelum dan setelah pengomposan 15 hari secara
berurutan adalah 0,23%; 0,24%; 0,24%; 0,27%; 0,33% dan 0,34%. Kadar Kalium
(K) sebagai K2 O sebelum dan setelah pengomposan 15 hari secara berurutan adalah
2,41%; 2,42%; 2,49%; 2,51%; 2,54% dan 2,58%. Dari data tersebut diperoleh rasio
C/N pada daun lamtoro sebelum dan setelah pengomposan 15 hari secara berurutan
adalah 13,67%; 11,64%; 11,51%; 10,77%; 10,06% dan 9,19%. Dari penelitian
tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa daun lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) dapat
dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik setelah pengomposan 12 hari dengan rasion

Studi Pengaruh Waktu Pengomposan Terhadap Kandungan Karbon dan Nitrogen di dalam Kompos Hidrilla (Hydrilla verticilatta l.f.royle)
A research on the effect of decomposition on organic carbon ( C ) and Nitrogen ( N )
contents of Hidrilla ( Hydrilla verticilatta l.f.royle ) has been carried out. The sample of
Hidrilla was taken randomly from Parapat beach. The Hidrilla were dried prior to
decomposition proses by EM4 bacteria and varying the decomposition time from 2 up to
20 days. The C – organic was determined by Walkley Black method and Nitrogen ( N ) by
Kjeldahl method. The same procedure was carried out for the sample of Hidrilla without
and after decomposition . The result showed that the C – organic content decreased with
the time of decomposition from 0 up to 20 days respectively as 42,648 %, 40,44 %,
34,807 %, 30,397 %, 25,987 %, 19,861 %, 14,471 %. On the other hand, Nitrogen
content also decreased with the time shown above respectively as 1,502 %, 1,492 %,
1,471 %, 1, 408 %, 1,382 %, 1,377 %, 1,366 %. It can be concluded that decomposition
product of Hidrilla ( Hydrilla verticilatta l.f.royle ) can be used as organic fertilizer after
decomposition during 20 days with the ratio of C/N was 10,59 which fulfill the ideal C/N

PT Unibless Indo Multi is engaged in IT Services, IT Trading, and IT Outsourcing. In this paper focuses on IT Trading, which includes the sale and rental of IT hardware, the provision of office equipment, the provision of shelves and archival support equipment and others. The author finds problems that occur specifically in the inventory of goods in processing inventory data still using simple applications, which causes the company's performance to be less than optimal. The author aims to solve existing problems by designing and building an inventory data management system using visual basic with the waterfall method, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Balsamiq Mockup and using a Microsoft Access database. Based on the test results using blackbox testing, the system runs as expected. After testing, 92.5 out of 7 respondents agreed that the system is easy to understand and use
Studi Perbandingan Kandungan C, N, C/N, P dan K di dalam Kompos Kembang Bulan (Tithoni diversifolia dan Daun Nippon (Euphatorium odoratum L.) dengan Variasi Waktu Pengomposan
It has been carriet out a comparative study on C, N, C / N, P, and K content in
Kembang Bulan (tithoni diversifolia) and Daun N ippon (euphatorium odoratum
L.) manure in which manuring times were variated. Sample were taken randomly
from Kabupaten Karo, Kabupaten Dairi and Kabupaten Humbang Hasudungan.
They were cut into small species, dried and mixed in equal weight proportion.
Manuring process was carried out by adding the bran and pig’s manure and using
EM4 as starter for the manuring duration of 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 days. C-organic
content was by Walkey Black method, total-N by Kjehldahl method, total-P by
spectrofotometric method and K content by tomic Asbsorption Spectrofotometre.
The similar procedure of determination is used for both types of sample either
before or after manuring process. Results on this study show that on the optimum
manuring process, that is in 15 days, the C/N ratio for Kembang Bulan manue is
10.08 and for Daun Nippon manure is 10.48. These values show that both product
have good quality. For Kembang Bulan manure, it was found that C-organic
content is 25.50 %, total-N is 2.53 %, total-P as P2O5 is 0.7668 % and K as K2O
4.169 %. For Daun Nippon manure, it was found that C-organic content is 25.01
%, total-N is 2.39 %, total-P as P2O5 is 0.7377 % and K as K2O 3.372 %. It can be
concluded that Kembang Bulan and daun Nippon plants can be used as raw
material for organic fertilizer because the manure obtained by using both plants
fulfilling the standart quality of compost according to SNI 19-7030-2004Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang studi perband ingan kandungan C, N, C/N, P,
dan K di dalam kompos Kembang Bulan (tithoni diversifolia) dan Daun Nippon
(euphatorium odoratum L.) dengan variasi waktu pengomposan. Pengambilan
sampel dilakukan secara acak dari Kabupaten Karo, Kabupaten Dairi, dan,
Kabupaten Humbang Hasudungan, dirajang lalu dicampur dengan perbandingan
berat yang sama. Sampel terlebih dahulu dikeringkan sebelum proses
pengomposan dengan penambahan kotoran babi dan dedak serta menggunakan
EM4 sebagai starter dengan interval waktu pengomposan 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, dan 15
hari. Penentuan C - organik dilakukan dengan metode Walkey Black, N itrogen
(N) Total dengan metode Kjehldahl, Posfor (P) sebagai P-Total dengan
menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri, dan Kalium dengan Spektrofotometer
Serapan Atom (SSA). Prosedur yang sama dilakukan terhadap kedua sampel
Kembang Bulan dan Daun N ippon sebelum dan sesudah pengomposan. Dari hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengomposan yang optimum yaitu hari ke-15
diperoleh C/N Kembang Bulan 10,08 dan Daun Nippon sebesar 10,48 yang telah
mendekati C/N yang baik yaitu 10 – 20. Untuk Kembang Bulan C – organik
diperoleh sebesar 25,50 %, nitrogen - total 2,53 %, C/N sebesar 10,08, posfor-
total sebagai P2O5 sebesar 0,7688 % dan K sebagai K2O sebesar 4,169 %.
Sedangkan untuk Daun Nippon kadar C – organik diperoleh sebesar 25,01 %,
nitrogen-total 2,39 %, posfor-total sebagai P2O5 sebesar 0,7377 % dan K sebagai
K2O sebesar 3,372 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kembang Bulan (tithoni
diversifolia) dan Daun Nippon (euphatorium odoratum L.) dapat dimanfaatkan
sebagai bahan baku pupuk organik, karena kedua kompos yang dihasilkan dapat

Pengaruh Kebijakan Leverage, Kebijakan Dividen dan Earnings Per Share terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to know how leverage policy, dividend
policy and earnings per share can give the influence in the value of firm in the go
public’s manufacturing companies which are listed in The Indonesia Stock
Exchange. Variable that used in this research are leverage policy which is
measured with leverage ratio, dividend policy which is measured with dividend
payout ratio, and earning per share, as independent variable, and value of firm
which is measured with tobin’s Q as dependent variable.
Population of this research is implemented to 151 manufacturing
companies which is listed in The Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2004 – 2007.
The amount of sample in this research are 11 companies with 44 observations.
Data of this research which is secondary data with purposive sampling (judgement
sampling) method. Analysis method which has been used for this research is
multiple regression analysis.
Analysis method that has been used to see and to analyze the influence
between leverage policy, dividend policy and earnings per share with firm value
was descriptive and statistic analysis. Hypothesis testing by F -test and t-test with
α=5%. Data analysis used statistic software, SPSS 15 for Windows.
The result of this research is confirm that leverage policy, dividend policy
and earnings per share give the simultaneous influence which is significant to the
firm value. Examined with partially method leverage policy has a significant
influence to the firm value. In the other hand, dividend policy and earnings per
share didn’t have a significant influence to the firm value.

Kemajuan ekonomi Indonesia yang saat ini berkembang dengan baik dan
pesat, sebagai hasil terencana sejak tahun 1969, membuat minat generasi muda
terhadap Fakultas Ekonomi meningkat dan menjadi pilihan papan atas, termasuk
pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sumatera Utara. Hal ini menuntut fakultas
khususnya pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pihak-pihak
yang berkepentingan. Untuk dapat melakukan semua itu maka di perlukan sistem
pengendalian manajemen. Sistem pengendalian manajemen ini digunakan untuk
mengarahkan pegawai agar melaksanakan kegiatan organisasional tersebut,

A survey design for integrated monitoring of salmonids
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife conducts three large-scale projects to monitor coastal salmonids. The Coastal Salmonid Inventory Project conducts spawning surveys for returning adults, the Early Life History Project monitors juvenile salmonids, and the Aquatic Inventory Project monitors stream habitat. In 1998, an integrated monitoring design was initiated to facilitate the integration of data among these projects. A rotating panel design utilizing the Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Program (EMAP) site selection process was deemed to be the best approach to meet the needs of the studies. EMAP utilizes a Geographic Information System (GIS) to draw a spatially balanced sample of a population. The program provides forced overlap between projects where their sampling domains overlap, and facilitates sampling intensification. The rotating panel design balances the utility of trend detection through repeated sampling at the same sites over time, with the advantages of extensive sampling of the target populations. Arc Info was used to create coverages of the population of streams to be sampled for each project. EMAP selects a spatially balanced sample from a coverage, forces overlap of sites for each project where their sampling extents coincide, associates each point with a stream reach, and measures the distance upstream from the reach origin. Faktor – Faktor Pendukung Keberhasilan Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah No.24 Tahun 2005 pada Pemerintahan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu
The purpose of this research is to (a) get a clear view about the effect of
human resource, commitment and the supporting devices, (b) calculate the effect
of human resource, commitment and the supporting devices to the success of
implementation of Government Regulation No.24 year 2005, (c) give some advice
which may assist the Regency Government in solving its problems especially the
discussed problem, that is the success of implementation of Government
Regulation No.24 year 2005 which is affected by the human resource and the
supporting devices.
In this research, the author use associative causal research design.
Sampling method used by the author is simple random sampling. Data types used
are primary and secondary data, while the data collecting technique is
documentary and survey, and the data processing is done with supporting tools for
SPSS program . Classic Assumption Testing used by the author including
normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test. While the
research model used by the author is Multiple Regresion statistic analysis, and the
hypothesis testing are done with simultan significance test, partial significance
test, dan determinant coefficient.
The result of this research show that (a) Human resources, commitment
and the supporting devices describe the success of implementation of Government
Regulation is 36,5%, (b) Human resources, Commitment and the supporting
devices influence simultaneously to implementation of Government regulation
No.24 year 2005, (c) Partially, Human resources and the supporting devices
influence positively but not significantly toward implementation’s success of
