No full textEn retraçant la vie du juriste italien Matteo Gribaldi Mofa, exilé à Genève pour des raisons religieuses, l’auteur entend montrer combien les motifs politiques, scientifiques et religieux s’entremêlaient dans la vie intellectuelle de la nombreuse colonie européenne d’exilés italiens à la fin du XVIe siècle. Le message de Gribaldi Mofa, suivant lequel personne ne devait être condamné pour ses idées et opinions en matière religieuse, fut repris par des personnalités telles que Jean Bodin qui s’en servirent pour défendre l’idéal de la liberté de conscience.Ripercorrendo la vita del giurista italiano Matteo Gribaldi Mofa, esiliato a Ginevra per motivi religiosi, l’autore intende mostrare quanto gli aspetti politici, scientifici e religiosi siano intrecciati nella vita intellettuale della folta colonia europea di fuorusciti italiani alla fine del XVI secolo. Il messaggio di Gribaldi Mofa, secondo il quale nessuno dovrebbe essere condannato per le proprie idee e opinioni in ambito religioso, fu ripreso da personalità come Jean Bodin che lo usarono per difendere l’ideale della libertà di coscienza.Retracing the life of Italian jurist Matteo Gribaldi Mofa, who was exiled in Geneva for religious reasons, the author aims at showing how political, scientific and religious aspects are intermingled in the intellectual life of the large community of Italian exiles in Europe, at the end of the 16th century. The message of Gribaldi Mofa stating that no one should be condemned for his religious ideas and opinions has become a reference for personalities such as Jean Bodin, who has cited him to defend the ideal of freedom of conscience

No full textAlgunos investigadores y editores de la obra de Lope han señalado la influencia que en ocasiones puntuales ejerció el De methodo ac ratione studendi de Matteo Gribaldi en sus textos. Sin embargo, más allá de unas referencias explícitas y de ciertas reminiscencias, la deuda lopesca con la obra de Gribaldi no ha sido aún debidamente detallada y analizada. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo indagar en la influencia que supuso este particular manual de derecho civil en la producción lopesca y demostrar que el De methodo se convirtió durante varios años en uno de los libros de cabecera del Fénix.Some researchers and editors of the work of Lope have pointed out the influence that Matteo Gribaldi’s De methodo ac ratione studendi sometimes exerted in his texts. But beyond some explicit references and certain reminiscences, Lope’s debt with the work of Gribaldi has not yet been properly detailed and analysed. The objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of this particular manual of civil law in the production of Lope de Vega and to demonstrate that De methodo became for several years one of his bedside books.Certains spécialistes et éditeurs de l’œuvre de Lope ont signalé l’influence qu’a ponctuellement exercé sur ses textes le De methodo ac ratione studendi de Matteo Gribaldi. Toutefois, si l’on a relevé quelques références explicites et certaines réminiscences, la dette de Lope envers l’œuvre de Gribaldi n’a pas encore été l’objet d’une analyse détaillée. The increasing of rice production on suboptimal lands especially tidal land every year continues to be improved, one of which is through the use of alternative varieties and the provision of sufficient inputs. This study aims to determine the morphological changes of several rice varieties through the provision of N fertilizer in Tidal Land. The experimental design used in this study was a split plot design with three replications. Main plot: Application of nitrogen (N) fertilizer, namely N1= fertilizing at a dose of 90 kg N/ha; N2= fertilizing with a dose of 135 kg N/ha. Subplot: rice variety (V), V1= Inpari 30, V2 = Inpari 3, V3= Inpari 33, V4= Inpari 43, and V5= Hipa 5 Cepa. The result showed that varieties and N fertilization had an effect on the growth of several rice varieties, at the age of 42 HST in tidal land, the Hipa 5 Cepa variety tended to have better growth, at the age of 42 HST in tidal land, and treatment with doses of nitrogen fertilizer 90 kg/ha produces the best growth in some rice varieties, age 42 HST in tidal land.Keywords: N fertilization, rice varieties, tidal lan

JLSO 7(2):157-163. Luffa acutangula (angled loofah) provide great benefits so that it is popular and consumed by the public. The increasing of L. acutangula production continues to be carried out in line with increasing market demand, one of them is through the improvement of cultivation techniques, such as fertilizer application, spacing and time for weeding. This study aimed to determine the increase in growth and production of L. acutangula plants at various planting distances and weeding time. This study used a randomized block design which was arranged through factorial with three replications. The factors studied consisted of: plant spacing (J), spacing of 40 cm x 50 cm (J1), spacing of 60 cm x 50 cm (J2), and spacing of 80 cm x 50 cm (J3). Weed weeding treatment (P) consists of: No weeding (P0), weeding at 15 DAS (days after sowing) (P1), weeding at 25 DAS (P2), weeding at 35 DAS (P3), and weed-free (P4). The results showed that the treatment of plant spacing and weeding time affected the plant growth and production. Spacing at 40 cm x 50 cm resulted in the best of plant growth and yield, and weeding at 35 DAS and weed-free plant produced the best growth and yield

JLSO 5(1):1-9.Rice plants tolerance to the submerged conditions need to be improved in order to minimize the crop damage during the immersion. To increase the tolerance of rice plants effort is required to produce a good plant growth and early high vigor before the immersion, one through fertilization treatment. This study aims to obtain proper fertilization technology that can increase stress tolerance of rice plants submerged in swampy embankment conditions. The experimental design used in this study is the split plot design with three replications. The main plot is the fertilization treatment (P) consists of; P0 = full doses of N fertilization without submerged, P1 = full doses of N fertilization with submerged, P2 = ½ doses of N fertilizer with submerged. The subplots are varieties of rice (V) consist of; V1 = Variety of Inpara 5, V2 = Variety of IR 64. The results of the study showed that fertilization treatment affect on rice plants tolerance to stress submerged, ½ doses of N fertilizing may increase the tolerance of crops to submersion stress, Variety of Inpara 5 tends to be more tolerant to submersion stress than the varieties of IR 64 at various fertilization treatment
