Gli Autori discutono le recenti modifiche normative in relazione all'attività
di sopralluogo giudiziario che, sotto il profilo medico-legale, configura una attività
di fondamentale importanza per la ricostruzione delle modalità con cui è
stato commesso un crimine. È ben noto come sia possibile acquisire elementi di
improrogabile connotazione d'urgenza a fini di indagine, solo assumendo una
metodologia operativa che non prescinde dall'applicazione della obiettività medico-legale.
Esaminati i principali riferimenti storici e dottrinali, viene posta in evidenza la preminente funzione del medico legale nel contribuire alla ricostruzione della
mappa oggettiva degli elementi di prova, attraverso una metodologia operativa che evitando e limitando le interpretaziuni soggettive, estranee al rigorismo obiettivo, consenta spesso la ricostruzione della dinamica di un delitto e la
identificazione
dei responsabili.Summary

in the light of the regulations on investigations.
The Authors discuss the recent regulatory changes in relation to the crime scene
investigation which, from the forensic medical point of view, describes an activity
of extreme importance for reconstruction of The modalities by which a crime was committed. It is well known that it is possible to obtain elcmcnts of the greatest urgency for the ends of the investigation only when an operating methodology is adopted that does not depart from medicolegal objectivity. Following examination of the principal historical and legal theory references, the Authors emphasise the pre-eminent role of the forensic expert in contributing to the objective map of elements of proof, through and operating methodology which, avoiding and limiting subjective interpretations inconsistent with rigorous objectivity, often allows reconstruction of the dynamics of a crime and identification of the persons responsible

No full textL'episodio bellico della battaglia di Bligny in Francia, prossimo alla conclusione della Grande Guerra nel 1918, è stato preso come caso di studio per la sua rilevanza mediatica negli anni Trenta del Novecento. Lo studio delle vicende relative al Concorso della regina del 1934-35 e delle opere di pittura che vi parteciparono, ha permesso la ricostruzione di un corpus di prodotti, fra dipinti, illustrazioni, fotografie e documenti, in particolare del pittore-illustratore Ugo Matania, che fa luce su un episodio e una fase significativa ed emblematica della propaganda di regime. Le illustrazioni della Grande Guerra realizzate da Ugo e Fortunino Matania per la stampa inglese in contemporanea al conflitto sono state, inoltre, rilette a testimonianza dell' attitudine realistico-documentaristica, piuttosto che propagandistica, degli artisti stessi

O Gênero Ipomoea L.(Convolvulaceae) no Rio Grande do Sul
No full textA família Convolvulaceae possui 55 gêneros e 1600-1700 representantes com distribuição cosmopolita. Ipomoea é o gênero com maior riqueza específica, 600-700 táxons, e está representado no Brasil por aproximadamente 140 espécies. O presente estudo trata dos táxons de Ipomoea ocorrentes no Rio Grande do Sul. Foram reconhecidas 29 espécies para o Estado: Ipomoea acutisepala O’Donell, I. alba L., I. bonariensis Hook., I. cairica (L.) Sweet, I. delphinioides Choisy, I. descolei O’Donell, I. fimbriosepala Choisy, I. guaranitica Chodat & Hassl., I. imperati (Vahl) Griseb., I. indica (Burm. f.) Merr., I. indivisa (Vell.) Hallier f., I. kunthiana Meisn., I. lanuginosa O’Donell, I. malpighipila O’Donell, I. malvaeoides Meisn., I. maurandioides Meisn., I. nil (L.) Roth, I. nitida Griseb., I. padillae O’Donell, I. pes-caprae (L.) R. Br., I. purpurea (L.) Roth, I. quamoclit L., I. saopaulista O’Donell, I. tiliacea (Willd.) Choisy, I. triloba L., I. uruguayensis Meisn., Ipomoea sp. 1, Ipomoea sp. 2 e Ipomoea sp. 3. São fornecidos chave analítica, descrições morfológicas, ilustrações, mapas de distribuição, observações sobre floração e frutificação e hábitat. Outros três táxons foram encontrados apenas como cultivados: Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam., I. carnea ssp. fistulosa (Mart. ex Choisy) D.F. Austin e I. lobata (Cerv.) Thell.The Convolvulaceae family has 55 genera and 1600-1700 species with cosmopolitan distribution. Ipomoea is the genus with larger specific riches, 600-700 taxa and it is represented in Brazil for approximately 140 species. Memory, language and trauma in the work of Félix Grande
No full textPhDMy thesis explores how memory and trauma permeate the work of the poet Félix Grande
(Mérida, Spain, 1937). It addresses the question of how his particular understanding of
memory is opposed to a rather bleak view of it held by many other Spanish poets of the
time. Grande does not yield to a generalized discrediting of memory. On the contrary,
memory is the driving force behind his writing, and this thesis constitutes an analysis of
its mechanisms. The originality of Grande’s work stems from the ways in which it shares
common ground with contemporary research carried out by disciplines that integrate
Memory and Trauma Studies. His poetic voice struggles to grasp aspects of memory
whose articulation proves traumatic. These elements resist symbolic translation and turn
his poetry into a work of constant rumination without closure. Grande’s work illustrates
that literature is both inextricably linked to memory, and is well equipped to deal with
trauma, as the labour carried out by memory, weaving and un-weaving, especially in its
attempts to mourn, is at the heart of his artistic production. Finally, his work instantiates a
relationship with language and memory which, while recognising the limits of language
to express and of memory to retrieve the past, goes beyond this initial distrust to offer a
positive perspective on these faculties, as the means for establishing modes of survival
and rethinking our connections to the unknown

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textAl pensiero di Nils Christie, grande teorico dell’abolizionismo penale da
poco scomparso, si fanno spesso risalire le odierne riforme che - in nome di una restorative
justice - ricorrono, tanto Oltreoceano quanto in Europa, a forme di giustizia
penale conciliativa, declinate in particolare attraverso lo strumento della mediazione.
La tesi sostenuta nel presente saggio è, al contrario, che quelle riforme (solo suggerite
o già attuate) abbiano sovente assai poco a che vedere con il pensiero di Christie e con
le sue proposte visionarie. Si tratta infatti di forme di conciliazione altamente professionalizzate,
molto lontane dalle alternative all’intervento penale statale immaginate
dal noto criminologo e vicine, piuttosto, alle alternative alla soluzione aggiudicativa
attuate in campo civile fin dai tempi in cui Christie proponeva una ben diversa dissoluzione
del reato e della pena statale nel “comune”. Il saggio esamina, quindi, i rischi
e i pericoli della giustizia riparativa, così come la conosciamo oggi e propone una via
penale non carceraria maggiormente in sintonia con le proposte di Nils Christie che,
nell’odierna società sempre più liquida, appaiono ormai inattuabili
