AD har också i sin praxis gett riktlinjer för vilka uppgifter en arbetssökande måste lämna vid en anställningsintervju. I AD 2022 nr 3 prövas nu om grund för avsked kan finnas redan på grund av att en polisaspirant undanhållit uppgifter om sitt samröre med kriminella. misalignment effects as sources of error in the extraction of the contact resistivity from contact resistance data. Computer simulations have been carried out to analyze both conventional CER and CKR structures. The extent of the errors related to such parasitic effects is discussed, with particular emphasis on the effect of current crowding in misaligned contacts, in the case where the contact geometry is not correctly taken into account

No full textI flera kollektivavtal finns granskningsbestämmelser med innebörden att arbetsgivare som är bundna av kollektivavtalet måste lämna information om anställningsvillkoren till lokal facklig organisation när arbetsgivaren anställer. Arbetsdomstolen har i två mål från personuppgiftslagens tid, AD 2010 nr 87 och AD 2018 nr 65, klargjort att i sådana fall behövde en intresseavvägning göras för att avgöra om ett sådant utlämnande skulle stridit mot personuppgiftslagen. I AD 2021 nr 23 klargör Arbetsdomstolen rättsläget i dataskyddsförordningens tidsålder. Dessutom tolkar domstolen granskningsbestämmelsen i tobaksavtalet. No full textDenna kunskapssammanställning har tagits fram på uppdrag av Naturvårdsverket inom ramen för arbetet med en nationell vägledning om grönplanering, i samarbete med Boverket. Syftet med kunskapssammanställningen har varit att lyfta fram den kunskap som det i dagsläget finns god evidens för gällande grönområdens funktion och utformning kopplat till hälsa och välbefinnande. Kunskapssammanställning baseras på en omfattande internationell forskningsöversikt. Arbetet har genomförts av Patrik Grahn och Jonathan Stoltz, Institutionen för människa och samhälle, Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet, Alnarp. Författarna svarar för rapportens innehåll.</p
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. No full textPreferred qualities in a therapy garden that promote stress restoration Keywords: Inclusive design, stress-related illnesses, public green spaces, health promotion. According to the World Health Organization it is estimated that by the year 2020 the second largest health problem in the world will be stress-related illnesses (WHO 2011). Stress is not an illness but prolonged stress due to the lack of opportunities to rest and recover is harmful for the health (Aldwin, 2007; Atkinsson et al. 1996). Research suggests that natural, environment; parks and gardens have beneficial effects on people’s recovery from mental fatigue and reduce stress level (Björk et al., 2008; Grahn et al., 2010; Nielsen & Hansen, 2007; Ulrich, 2006). Studies have shown that people perceive outdoor environments in terms of quality dimensions, so called Perceived Sensory Dimensions (PSD) (Grahn et al., 2005; Grahn & Stigsdotter, 2010). Further, it is suggested that there is a beneficial relationship between PSD and a person’s perceived level of stress (Grahn & Stigsdotter, 2010). The aim of the study was to identify which PSDs patients perceived as supportive and restorative in a therapeutic garden. Forty two patients, all diagnosed with stress related illnesses, were recruited after undergoing 12 weeks rehabilitation program in the therapy garden. Methodological triangulation was used including one-hour interview with each person, location mapping of supportive and restorative locations in the garden and a questionnaire on PSD qualities for same locations. From the questionnaire we identified four PSDs that are perceived as supportive and restorative: Refuge; Serene, Prospect and Comfort. From interviews, we identified what is a merge of the two PSDs Nature and Rich in species, referred to as Wild. This dimension was considered the most important for perceived stress restoration. Also, the results indicate that individuals suffering from stress-related illnesses are very sensitive to stimuli and frequently avoid public green places with many different stimuli and impressions. In order to meet the needs of a fast growing group of users we recommend the dimensions Refuge, Serene, Prospect, Comfort Nature, and Rich in species to be included in design of public green spaces since these dimensions offer possibilities for restoration. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
