EDUCATIONAL OPERATION IN RELATION TO TEACHING METHODS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION
In the field of teaching, when we talk about method we generally refer to a series of intentional and organized actions that are implemented to achieve the set objectives, through the choice and use of means and contents that can favor learning. . The teaching action of the teacher will be all the more effective the more adequate the working method is adopted. The term “method” is often connected to the terms “deductive” and “inductive”, therefore the distinction made between directive and non-directive style places the accent on the direct intervention of the teacher, while the other on the assumption by students of many aspects of the teaching function. Physical education teaching methods find their origin in the two classic forms of deduction (managerial style) and induction (non-directive style). The teacher must know how to adopt different styles and methods according to the didactic needs, as there are no better styles and methods than others but choices suitable for achieving different objective
Didactic problem: Teaching and methods in volleyball
Didactic problem for the teacher is enormous since there is not only one method, but there are methods that each teacher must adapt with his own experience to the different needs of the students and the environmental context. As part of teaching of motor skills in volleyball, when we talk about method we generally refer to a series of intentional and organized actions that are implemented to achieve the set objectives, through the choice and use of means and contents that can favour motor learning. The teaching action of the teacher will be all the more effective the more adequate the working method is adopted. The term "method" is often connected to the terms "deductive" and "inductive", therefore the distinction made between directive and non-directive style places the accent on the direct intervention of the teacher, while the other on the assumption by students of many aspects of the teaching function. Teaching methods find their origin in the two classic forms of deduction (managerial style) and induction (non-directive style). The teacher must know how to adopt different styles and methods according to the didactic needs, as there are no better styles and methods than others but choices suitable for achieving different objectives
Physiological effects of warm-up and problems related to team sports
In this paper, the aims and all the factors related to the warm-up phase, which can have a positive effect on performance and allow each player a good workout or match, whatever their competitive level, will be taken into consideration. The results of several scientific papers will allow us to better understand and more accurately motivate the methodological choices and procedural attentions, while respecting the characteristics of team sports. In this paper, we will investigate the effects of warm-up, depending on different procedures and how it can affect sports performance and prevention of joint muscle injuries. We will then analyse the effects that can produce good or bad warm-up and how much breaks during play can affect muscle temperature in team sports games. Finally, we will investigate which procedure modes can be used to achieve a general effective activation for the purpose of sport performance
A brief review on physiological commitment in basketball: An interpretative key
The physiological commitment is widely investigated because is the basis of physical training methods and sports sciences. Every sport has a characteristic pattern of exercise and range of exercise intensities which determine the energy requirements in the sport. The review of the literature and scientific documents was conducted through the use of several databases: PubMed, MedLine, Google Scholar. Several studies carry out a lot of data and then they have applied to team sports such as soccer, basketball, handball, rugby. Performance analysis studies show that each team sport has the own and different characteristics and has unique profiles because the indicators are different. The physiological commitment may be different in the several situations analysed and be dependent on the type of mechanics of the running. The results, relative at the intensity, fatigue resistance and ability of to cover wide distances, in varied way, by basketball players during matches, can substantially affect basketball theory and practice. The purpose of this work is to analyse and evaluate the physiological commitment required of basketball players (linear and varied running with and without dribble), trying to extract relevant information from a series of research carried out in different countries of the world, for an interpretative analysis of theoretical and documental results
A Breif Review of the Effects of Physical Activity in Subjects with Cardiovascular Disease: An Interpretative Key
Today is consolidated the importance of physical activity to health, so it is important to know the eff ects of exercise
for primary prevention and secondary. A regular physical activity of mild intensity results in signifi cant
benefi ts in term of health, while a sedentary lifestyle and otherrisk factors contributeto development of chronic
degenerative diseases, in particular cardiovascular. The advanced age does not contraindicate physical activity
and exercise can prevent cardiovascular and disability diseases in the elderly. In the elderly person physical exerciseis
able toimprove muscular tone and movement skills, of reduce the risk of sudden death caused by cardiovascular
diseases, of reduce the development of tumors and metabolic disorders, as well as of delay the decline of
cognitive function. The aim of this literature review is to clarify the link and the eff ects between physical activity,
aging and cardiovascular diseases, providing practical indications for a useful physical activity for elderly subjects
with cardiovascular problems;adapting to the skills of the elderly person, prescribed after careful assessment of
the environmental conditions in which it must take place. In conclusion, a physical activity program fi nds a sure
indication both in elderly subjects without and with pathologies and in the elderly with high risk of disabilit
Attività Motoria, Fisica e Sportiva adattata: elaborazioni educative e applicazioni didattiche
