    Perdana Ketapang Hotel is one of the hotels that was established in 1993 on Merdeka Utara No. 112 Delta Pawan Ketapang Regency and is a hotel that continues to strive to improve services and develop hotel quality standards. Room reservation system in Perdana Ketapang Hotel is still done by coming directly to the hotel, as well as the lack of promotion so that the guests at the Perdana Ketapang hotel have not been crowded. therefore, this hotel requires an information system design in the form of a web-based room reservation system so that it is more efficient and can be one of the media for promotion at the Perdana Ketapang hotel. In this study, the author uses a form of case study research, while the research method used is research and development methods or better known as Research and Development. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The software design model used is the development method of the Waterfall system which consists of communication, planning, modeling, construction up to the deployment process. to model a web-based hotel reservation information system, the author uses Unifield Modeling Language (UML). as for the system design process the author uses the programming language Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySQL database. In this study the authors produced an information system design in the form of a web-based hotel room reservation system that can be used to assist the hotel reservation process and as a promotional media according to the problems in the Perdana Ketapang Hotel.     This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance on Workplace Well-Being among employees of PT Perdana Inti Sawit Perkasa. Work-Life Balance refers to the balance between work and personal life that can affect employee well-being in the workplace. Workplace Well-Being reflects the level of satisfaction, mental health, and organizational support perceived by employees in the work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 31 respondents consisting of permanent and contract employees at PT Perdana Inti Sawit Perkasa. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between Work-Life Balance on Workplace Well-Being. Employees who have a good balance between work and personal life tend to have a higher level of well-being in the workplace. This study explains the importance of companies in implementing work flexibility policies, organizational support, and a conducive work environment to improve employee well-being. That way, companies can increase employee productivity and loyalty in the long term. The results of this study indicate that organizations, especially in a Limited Liability Company (PT), show a significant relationship between work-life balance and well-being in the workplace. PT Perdana Inti Sawit Perkasa should prioritize initiatives in promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life responsibilities to increase employee satisfaction and productivity

    PT. Agrojaya Perdana is one of the Palm Kernel (PK) processing companies with a product in the form of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) experiencing problems in its inventory control system. In data from July 2020 to June 2021, it is known that the amount of CPKO inventory continues to increase which can harm the company. PK that arrives at the warehouse must be processed immediately because it will experience a decrease in quality if it is stored for a long time, so it is necessary to control the number of PK orders so that the amount of inventory becomes optimal. Determining the number of orders is difficult because the number of requests fluctuates and the time until the arrival of raw materials is difficult to ascertain. Therefore, in this study using the fuzzy logic method to overcome the uncertainty faced by the company in determining the optimal number of orders so that it affects the amount of inventory. The results showed that determining the number of orders using fuzzy logic gave an average decrease in the number of orders of 4.79% from the actual number of orders. The decrease had an effect on the amount of inventory which experienced an average decrease of 3.46%.     Analysis of the determination of water content, Free Fatty Acid (FFA) and impurities in palm kernel has been carried out at PT. Agrojaya Perdana. With the aim of determining the water content using the gravimetric method, namely a quantitative analysis method that is carried out by measuring the weight of components in a pure state after going through a separation process, for free fatty acid levels using the titrimetric method, which is a quantitative chemical analysis method used to determine the level or concentration of a compound in a known analyte, and for the content of impurities by using the dirt and shell separation method, namely separating the small fibers, shells and broken palm kernel from the kernel which is too fine in the mill which cannot be filtered because it is too finely so that it passes through the filter as well as sand and small stones that are mixed in from the outside. From the analysis results obtained, the average Moisture content is 7.22%, the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) level is an average of 1.97%, and the Impurity Content is an average of 5.47%. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the Palm Kernel has met the quality standards for moisture content, Free Fatty Acid content, and impurities content. In accordance with SNI 01-0002- 1987 concerning Palm Kernel, the quality standard values for Palm Kernel for impurities content <6% Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content < 3%, and moisture content <8%.45 HalamanKertas Karya Diplom

    Aggreate Planning Strategies at CV Saswco Perdana

    Abstract. CV Saswco Perdana is a company engaged in clothing industry that located in Gedebage, Bandung. CV Saswco Perdana is a company with medium-large industrial scale. The current condition of the company, they manufactured product in based on order.Based on interview with General Manager of CV Saswco Perdana. Currently the company has 50 employee that work in production division with total capacity can reach 2.500 dozens per month. Otherwise, based on previous data the average demand for 2014 is 730,76 dozens per month and for 2015 the average of demand is 596,94 dozens per month. According to those situation, there is a high level of idle workers that can be occur. So, the company needs to adjusting their workers in order to optimizing their resources and minimizing the total cost. And one of the operations management’s tool that company can use is aggreate planning strategy. Because by using aggregate planning the company can determines the ideal levels of capacity, production, subcontracting, inventory, stockouts, and even pricing over a specified time horizon (for this research, the time horizon is among 12 months). The research aimed to know the best of aggregate planning strategy that can be implemented by CV Saswco Perdana in order to fulfill the forecasted demand in period 2016 from 5 alternative aggregate planning strategies that conducted in this research, which are: pure chase strategy, pure level strategy, overtime strategy, optimization using linear programming, and mix strategy by varying workforce and overtime, by minimizing unmeet demand and the low cost as key performance. The methodology used is quantitative method. Primary data are collected from interview with Operations Director and General Manager at CV Saswco Perdana. And secondary data is collected from company’s documents record. Based on all strategies that conducted, the workforce needed is less than 50 workers. Thus, the company needs to adjust their workforce by laying off some workers in order to maximize the resources. The strategy that has the lowest cost is optimization strategy using linear programming with estimation total full costs is Rp.2.407.306.752 and incremental cost is Rp.64.524.912. But, the current work-hour in CV Saswco Perdana is violate the existing of regulations. Especially “pasal 77 and pasal 78 UU no. 13 tahun 2003†about work-hour and overtime of labor. According to those situation, the author providing the alternative optimization strategy using linear programming with changing the variable of work-hour and overtime related to the regulations as a recommendation. The total cost for alternative optimization using linear programming is Rp.2.610.594.007 and the total incremental cost is Rp.69.464.160. Keywords: Demand, Forecast Demand, Optimization Resources, Aggregate Planning

Oleh karena itu, supaya produksi terus berjalan dan menghasilkan kualitas tetap perlu melakukan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada perusahaan roti Perdana BakeryTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan optimal bahan baku utama dalam pembuatan roti. Restu Perdana Palembang pun membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk memperoleh peluang bersaing dan meningkatkan eksistensi perusahaan. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh CV. Restu Perdana Palembang yaitu belum adanya media pemasaran mengakibatkan sulitny perusahaan memasarkan produk maupun meningkatkan produktifitas, kurang cepat merespon keluhan pelanggan, dan kebutuhan pelanggan akan transaksi kapan saja dan di mana saja. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah RUP (Rational Unified Process) dengan metode iterasi. Implementasi desain program menggunakan bahasa PHP6, Sedangkan DBMS menggunakan MySQL. Dalam sistem informasi ini terdapat fungsi untuk Login dalam 2 versi yaitu pelanggan tetap dan pelanggan biasa ,register ,ubah password , pesan produk , tambah jumlah pesa produk ,cari produk input ,pembayaran ,tambah data admin ,tambah data produk ,input berita , input data produk ,input kritik dan saran .
