    ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN BIMAS BUDDHA DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBINAAN UMAT BUDDHA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelayanan Bimas Buddha kepada umat Buddha, bagaimana pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di Bimas Buddha, dan untuk menganalisis kendala apa yang dialami Bimas Buddha dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada umat Buddha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di Kota Batam, waktu penelitian dari bulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2025. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus Majelis, pengurus vihara dan perwakilan umat Buddha. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bimas Buddha Kota Batam dalam memberikan pelayanan sudah efektif. Hal tersebut terbukti dari pengakuan para ketua vihara dan perwakilan umat Buddha, terutama dalam pelayanan pembinaan dan administratif; 2) Bimas Buddha Kota Batam sudah menerapkan layanan terpadu satu pintu, yang tergabung menjadi satu di dalam Kementerian Agama Kota Batam, terutama dalam pelayanan administrasi yang dibutuhkan umat Buddha; 3) Kendala yang dihadapi Bimas Buddha dalam memberikan pelayanan adalah keterbatasan jumlah pegawai yang rasionya tidak sebanding dengan jumlah umat dan Vihara yang ada di Kota Batam. Pelayanan satu pintu yang dilaksanakan oleh Penyelenggara Bimas Buddha sudah terlaksana sehingga pembinaan kepada umat Buddha meningkat

    The Effect Of The Problem Based Learning Model On Students' Reasoning Abilities In Solving Story Problems On The SPLDV Material For Grade VIII

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning Model on students' reasoning ability in solving story problems in class VIII at the UPTD of SMP N 2 Pematang Siantar. The study used a pre-experimental design with classes VIII-8 as subjects, and the author employed a quantitative approach. The design used by the researcher was a One-Shot Case Study. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem-Based Learning Model has a positive and significant effect on students' reasoning ability in solving story problems in class VIII at the UPTD of SMP N 2 Pematang Siantar in the 2025/2026 academic year. A positive influence is shown through the regression equation where Y = 40.826 + 1.168 where the b value = 1.168. This influence is shown through the T-Test with Tcount > Ttable (3.926 > 1.701) or (sig.) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Model on Students' Reasoning Ability in solving story problems on the SPLDV material. The contribution of variable X (Problem Based Learning Model) to variable Y (Student Reasoning Ability) is 67.4%

    Drug Inventory Management Using The Fuzzy Method In Determining Reorder Points and Maximum Stock in The Pharmacy Installation of Bogor City Hospital

    Fuzzy inventory control is an approach to inventory management that uses fuzzy logic to overcome uncertainty and complexity in inventory decision making. In this system, the variables used to control inventory, such as inventory levels, demand levels, and order times, are represented in the form of linguistic variables or Fuzzy sets. The application of Fuzzy inventory control in drug inventory makes it possible to take into account factors such as variations in demand based on seasons, drug priority levels, and patient safety aspects more accurately. The aim of this research is to determine the management of drug supplies in the Chemotherapy, Human Albumin and Antibiotic groups in the Pharmacy Installation at the Bogor City Regional Hospital, to find out the model for planning the need for drugs in the Chemotherapy, Human Albumin and Antibiotic groups using the Fuzzy Inventory Control Method in Bogor City Hospital Pharmacy Installation by looking at the Reorder point and Maximal Stock values, and knowing the comparison of drug planning for the Chemotherapy, Human Albumin and Antibiotic groups with and without the Fuzzy Method Inventory Control at the Bogor City Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The research that will be carried out is quantitative research, which is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification (measurement). From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the management of the inventory of chemotherapy drugs, human albumin and antibiotics in the pharmacy installation at the Bogor City Regional Hospital is carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Health Regulation Number 72 of 2016, namely the drug planning process, drug request process, process receiving drugs, drug storage processes, and drug distribution processes. Model for planning the need for medicines for the Chemotherapy, Human Albumin and Antibiotic groups using the Fuzzy Inventory Control Method in the Pharmacy Installation of the Bogor City Regional Hospital by looking at the Reorder point and Maximal Stock values. It is known that the Fuzzy design model using input variables for the number of uses and waiting time produces output variables ROP value and maximum stock value. . Comparison of the planning of drugs in the group of Chemotherapy Drugs, Human Albumin and Antibiotics with and without the Fuzzy Inventory Control Method at the Pharmacy Installation of Bogor City Hospital is known to reduce the amount of inventory by 34.49%, streamline the inventory value by 33.97% and increase the ITOR value to 4 times so as to shorten the storage time

    Komunikasi interpersonal adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dua orang yang kemudian didalamya terdapat unsur pengungkapan diri (Self Disclosure). Salah satu fenomena adalah self disclosure anak dengan latar belakang keluarga multireligi dalam pembentukan identitas diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar anak yang memiliki keluarga multireligi dalam membentuk identitas dirinya secara general termasuk agama yang dianut, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi guna memahami subjektivitas informan yang merupakan generasi Z. Objek penelitian adalah self disclosure yang dilakukan anak sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah anak yang memiliki latar belakang keluarga multireligi dan tergolong dalam generasi Z. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap tujuh informan dan beberapa informan tambahan (orang tua dan teman dekat). Penelitian akan difokuskan guna mengetahui unsur dari teori Johari Window meliputi open area, blind area, hidden area, dan unknown area. Hasilnya, pola komunikasi orang tua yang dilakukan secara demokratis dan suportif akan memperluas open area, sebaliknya jika tidak kesulitan dalam mengungkap identitas dirinya baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun sosial yang memperluas blind area, hidden area, bahkan unknown area.   Kata-kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Self Disclosure, Identitas Dir

    The Influence Of School Environment On Student Learning Outcomes In Pancasila Education (PP) Class IV-A

    This study aims to determine the influence of the school environment on Pancasila education in Class IV-A UPTD SD NEGERI 122371 PEMATANGSIANTAR. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students at SD 122371 Pematangsiantar totaling 16 students. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique by taking 2 classes, namely class IV-A and IV-B, into classes by applying the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education (PP) Class IV-A. The research data were collected using a questionnaire of 35 questions, the questions have been validated and are included in the valid category. 90.38 so that the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education (PP) CLASS IV-A. Data analysis was carried out using normality tests and hypothesis tests/t-tests. For the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test to determine whether the data in this study is normally distributed or not using the SPSS version 21 statistical program. The sig pre-test and post-test class values meet the sig value of 0.80> 0.05 so that the data can be declared normally distributed. In the normality test using the one-sample Kolmogorov Smirnov test, significant results were obtained> 0.05 so that the normality test was normally distributed. In the homogeneity test, it can be seen from the significance value of 0.39 which indicates that the significance value is greater than 0.05 so that there is homogeneity between the School Environment and Student Learning Outcomes. The validity test can be seen that 32 questionnaires are declared valid, and 3 questionnaires are invalid. And it is concluded that r_count is greater than r_table ((r_count from each statement item above> 0.05)). For example, in statement number 34 (0.80> 0.05), the questionnaire conducted by the researcher in using the data is valid. Based on the results of the validation calculation with 35 questionnaire statement items, the number of respondents was 16 students where the significance level was 5% and Rtable 0.05 where it is known that if Rcount > Rtable l. Not all statement items are said to be valid, it can be seen that from 35 statements there are 3 invalid statements and 32 valid statements, so it can be used as a data collection tool, it can be seen that all questions given to students are declared reliable, because the Croabach's Alpha value> 0.39 is 3

    The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes is reviewed from the learning motivation of class IX students at UPTD SMP N 2 Pematangsiantar. The type of research used is Pre-Experiment Design on class IX-2 as the subject in the study and the author uses a quantitative approach. The design used by the researcher is One-Shot Case Study. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence in the use of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model on the Learning Outcomes of class IX students at UPTD SMP N 2 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The positive influence is shown through the regression equation where Y = 43.050 + 1.168 where the value of b = 1.168. The influence is shown through the T-test with Thitung > Ttabel (1.866 > 1.701) or (sig.) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes on the material of Quadratic Equations and Functions. The contribution of variable X (Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model) to variable Y (Student Learning Outcomes) is 73.9%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Makna Mamogoti Bagas Sibaganding Tua Budaya Adat Batak Toba (Kajian Semiotika). Berdasarkan hsil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan tentang kajian semiotika mamogoti bagas sibaganding tua budaya Batak Toba, maka peneliti menyimpulkan sebagai berikut:Mamogoti bagas sibaganding tua mengungkapkan bahwa acara ini merupakan budaya Batak Toba: ungkapan syukur atas rezeki rumah baru (Mamogoti Bagas) menjadikannya sebuah teks kaya yang dapat diurai melalui teori Charles Sanders Peirce. Fokus semiotika pada lima elemen menunjukkan bagaimana benda-benda ritual bertransformasi menjadi tanda sosial dan spiritual. Dekke arsik berfungsi ikonik dengan bentuknya yang utuh dan tidak terpotong, merepresentasikan keutuhan, keberkahan, dan pengharapan agar penghuni rumah baru mencapai keberuntungan seperti ikan yang selalu berlimpah; sedangkan Tudu-tudu sipangaon (kepala hewan) adalah ikon yang menegaskan pengakuan terhadap status sosial pemberi dan penerima, mencerminkan hierarki dan penghormatan. Kemudian, ulos bintang maratur bertindak sebagai indeks dari doa dan harapan agar kehidupan dalam rumah baru tertata rapi (maratur), menunjuk pada kerukunan dan kedamaian keluarga. Selanjutnya, boras sipir ni tondi adalah indeks yang berfungsi memperkuat semangat (tondi) dan keselamatan penghuni rumah. Puncaknya, itak gurgur menjadi simbol berkat dan pengharapan yang secara ritual harus "ditelan" atau diresapi oleh keluarga, mewakili penyerapan energi positif untuk kebahagiaan dan kemakmuran.     The Effect Of Using Animated Videos on A2 Level Writing Skills Of Grade Students XII

    This research aims to investigate the effect of using animated videos on the A2 level writing skills of Grade XII students at SMA Swasta Nommensen Pematangsiantar Campus. This research applied a quantitative method with a Pre-Experimental design, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research instrument was an essay test consisting of one item. After conducting data analysis, the mean score of the pretest was 63, while the mean score of the posttest was 83.4. The sample consisted of 23 students from Grade XII. Based on the hypothesis testing using the T-test and N-Gain test, the analysis showed that the t-observed value was 12.972, while the t-table value with a degree of freedom (df) of 22 at a significance level of 0.05 was 1.717. Since t-observed > t-table (12.972 > 1.717), the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Furthermore, the N-Gain score percentage was 55.4%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of animated videos has a significant effect on improving the A2 level writing skills of Grade XII students at SMA Swasta Nommensen Pematangsiantar Campu

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (SPLDV) Tehadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kreatif Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV) Kelas VIII Di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experiment Desain terhadap kelas VIII-1 sebagai subjek dalam penelitian dan penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan peneliti adalah One-Shot Case Study . berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving Tehadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kreatif Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV) Kelas VIII Di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Pengaruh positif ditunjukkan melalui persamaan regresi dimana Y = 58,543 + 0,083X dimana nilai b = 10,083. Pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan melalui Uji-T dengan Thitung > Ttabel (2,555 > 1,701) atau (sig.) < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Model Pembelajaran Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving Tehadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kreatif Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Dengan adanya hasil perlohen dari koefisien determinasi, maka sumbangan variabel X ( Model Pembelajaran Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (SPLDV)) terhadap variabel Y (Kemampuan Berfikir Kreatif Siswa) yaitu sebesar 81,4%

    The Effect Of The Project Based Learning Model Using Audio Visual Media On The News Text Writing Skills Of Grade XI

    This study aims to determine the effect f the Project-Based Learning model using audio-visual media n the news writing skills f eleventh-grade students at SMA Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. The background f this study is the students' low news writing skills, which are caused by a lack of understanding f the structure and rules f news writing, such as the placement f the 5W+1H elements. Students practice writing news texts rarely, resulting in a lack of familiarity with the correct style and format. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method and a ne-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 40 students in grades XI-5, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a news writing test before and after the implementation of the project-based learning model using audio-visual media. The results showed a significant improvement in students' news writing skills after the implementation of the project-based learning model using audio-visual media, as evidenced by the difference in pre-test and post-test scores. Audio-visual media has proven effective in improving important aspects of news writing. Thus, the project-based learning model using audio-visual media can be an innovative learning alternative to improve students' writing skills
