Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan Tunai Pada UMKM Dedi Tani
This final report is entitled "Design of Cash Sales Accounting Information System at UMKM Dedi Tani". UMKM Dedi Tani is a type of business that operates in the field of fertilizer and pesticide trading. This report aims to design and implement a computerized cash sales accounting information system based on Microsoft Access at UMKM Dedi Tani, in order to make it easier for UMKM to find out the amount of revenue based on the type of product and the amount of cash received from these cash sales. The author collects primary data obtained from interviews with employees regarding the sales accounting system that has been implemented at this time. The Dedi Tani UMKM cash accounting information system has several weaknesses such as manual recording which is no longer effective as many buyers, difficulty in making sales recaps, difficulty knowing exactly which types of goods have increased sales and provide high profits and which goods have decreased and provide low profits. Finally, the author concludes that the design of the Dedi Tani UMKM cash sales accounting information system application goes through the stages of analyzing the old system with designing a new computerized system, designing applications, and testing application results that have outputs in the form of a new system.Keywords: Accounting Information System, and Microsoft Acces
Potensi metabolit sekunder produksi bakteri endofit dari tumbuhan laban (Vitex pubescens Vahl) sebagai antikanker
Peran mikroba endofit dalam memproduksi metabolit sekunder dengan kualitas yang hampir sama dengan tanaman aslinya sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bakteri endofit yang terdapat didalam jaringan kulit batang Laban (Vitex pubescens Vahl) serta kemampuannya untuk memproduksi metabolit bioaktif yang mempunyai aktivitas sitotoksik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik inokulasi langsung dengan jalan meletakkan sampel tanaman di atas permukaan Nutrient Agar (NA). Metoda Micro tetrazolium (MTT) digunakan untuk menetapkan aktivitas sitotoksik dari ekstrak etilasetat. Bakteri endofit yang berhasil diisolasi sebanyak 3 isolat yaitu Bakteri-2A, Bakteri -3B dan Bakteri-6C. Berdasarkan hasil penapisan dari 3 isolat tersebut didapatkan dua bakteri yang memiliki aktivitas potensial yang baik terhadap sel serviks (HeLa) yaitu isolat Bakteri – 6C (IC50 = 82.54 µg/mL) dan Bakteri-2A (IC50 = 297.09 µg/mL). Isolat yang menunjukkan aktivitas sitotoksik terbesar adalah isolat Bakteri-6C sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa isolat tersebut merupakan isolat yang paling potensial sebagai penghasil senyawa antikanker

The final report was made as one of the requirment to completed studies at the Accounting Departmen State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. The title was taken by the author is "Analysis of Cost of Production Calculation to frame doors and windows at Depot Ben 3 Putra Palembang". Ben Depot 3 Putra Palembang is a company engaged in the field of carpentry. After comparing calculations and analyze the data that is in a calculation of the cost of producing plant with the theory that the author learned, then the author find some problems in doing calculation of cost of production, the company has not classify production costs and depreciation expense factory buildings, as well as depreciation of equipment plant that occurred during the production process. Based on these problems the author tries to give advice to the company, should classify the elements of production costs properly and in calculating the cost of production, the company should depot building calculation of depreciation costs, and equipment costs depot factory into the elements of factory overhead costs. So the company to get a better profit or big profit
HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DENGAN EFIKASI DIRI PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI LAJU REAKSI
This study aims to find out how the relationship between students' self -efficacy and self -efficacy in the reaction rate material. This type of research is an experimental study with pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this study was a random sampling technique, namely by choosing 3 high school (SMA) in Bengkalis Regency, namely SMA Negeri 2 Mandau, 8 Mandau State High School, and IT Al-Kautsar State High School. The correlation test was carried out to find out whether between two variables there was a relationship, and if there was a relationship, how the direction of the relationship and how much the relationship was. Based on the results of the correlation test that there is a positive correlation between the ability to solve problems and self -efficacy in students in high school, medium and low.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kemampuan pemecahan dan efikasi diri peserta didik pada materi laju reaksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling yaitu dengan memilih 3 Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkalis secara acak yaitu SMA Negeri 2 Mandau, SMA Negeri 8 Mandau, dan SMA Negeri IT Al-Kautsar. Uji korelasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah diantara dua buah variabel terdapat hubungan, dan jika ada hubungan, bagaimana arah hubungan dan seberapa besar hubungan tersebut. Corrosion Inhibition Mechanism of Mild Steel by Amylose-Acetate/Carboxymethyl Chitosan Composites in Acidic Media
This article details an investigation on the mechanism of corrosion inhibition of mild steel using amylose-acetate-blended carboxymethyl chitosan (AA-CMCh) in acidic media in the context of kinetic and thermodynamic parameters. The surface of mild steel was exposed to test solutions and evaluated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The activation energy (Ea), free energy of adsorption (ΔG), enthalpy of activation (ΔHads), and entropy of activation (ΔSads) were determined in order to elucidate the mechanism of corrosion inhibition. The results confirmed that AA could be improved using CMCh as a corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion rate decreased from 1109.00 to 229.70 mdd (79.29%), while corrosion inhibition increased from 35.13 to 89.72%. Sulfate acid (H2SO4) of 0.25 M also helped in decreasing the corrosion rate from 2664.4 to 1041.67 mdd (60.9%) while also in increasing corrosion inhibition from 56.94 to 68.31%. The calculated values for ΔG, ΔHads, and ΔSads were −33.22 kJ·mol−1, −48.56 kJ·mol−1, and 0.0495 kJ·mol−1·K−1, respectively. The mechanism of corrosion inhibition of mild steel in the acidic condition is dominated and precipitated by the formation of the Fe-chelate compound, which was confirmed by the SEM/EDS spectrum. Pabrik Kecap Kedelai Utama Palembangis a company engaged in the sale of computers, printers and ink. Based on data and information obtained, it is known that the company has not made any predictions (forecasts) of sales and the company has not made any sales budgeting that can be used as a planning tool in the company. Some of the obtained data and literature relied upon by the writer to make predictions (forecasts) of sales and sales budgeting. From the results of the analysis, the authors can conclude that the company has not been able to make predictions (forecasts) about the proposed sale, so the company did not know about the prediction (forecasting) of future periods. The company also has not made any sales budgeting as planning gain. This makes the company did not know that from the preparation of sales budget can be seen how much profit will be obtained in future periods. The author also gives advice to companies considering using the quadratic parabola method in the prediction (forecasting) sales and sales budgeting, forecasting errors and then set a standard to see how small the margin of error. By using this method, companies can see how much profit to be gained in future periods, as well as to optimize profits

Penentuan Cepat Toksisitas Logam Perak Menggunakan Bioluminesen Bakteri Laut Aliivibrio fischeri, Beijerinck, 1889 (Gammaproteobacteria: Vibrionaceae)
Rapid determination of toxicity based on changes in the bioluminescent signal of marine bacterium Aliivibrio fischeri (A. fischeri) to evaluate toxicity of Ag(I) has been successfully developed. Assessment of toxicity was designed using inhibition of bioluminescent signal from A. fischeri bacteria, which was exposed with toxic material of Ag(I). This metal ion was utilized as a model of toxic material to evaluate the effects of cytotoxicity on bacteria cell. Measurement of bioluminescent were taken based on differences in bacterial cell signals before and after exposure to Ag(I) ion at an emission wavelength of 488±2 nm. The concentration of bacterial cell was used to assess the toxicity of Ag(I) at optical density (OD600 nm) of 0.78 Abs. The results found that the linear response of Ag toxicity was in the range of 0.05–10 mg/L, with EC50% of 8.42 mg/L for 4 minutes. The repeatability value within the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.5-4.7% (n=8). The results demonstrated that the marine bacteria of A. fischeri have good potential to evaluate toxicity of toxic material in environmental samples. Penentuan cepat toksisitas berdasarkan perubahan sinyal bioluminesen bakteri laut Aliivibrio fischeri (A. fischeri) untuk mengevaluasi toksisitas logam perak (Ag(I)) telah sukses dikembangkan. Penilaian toksisitas didesain berdasarkan penghambatan sinyal bioluminesen bakteri A. fischeri oleh bahan toksik. Ion logam Ag(I) digunakan sebagai model bahan toksik untuk menilai efek sitotiksisitas pada sel bakteri. Pengukuran bioluminesen diambil berdasarkan perbedaan sinyal sel bakteri sebelum dan sesudah diekspos pada ion logam Ag(I) pada panjang gelombang emisi 488±2 nm. Konsentrasi sel bakteri yang digunakan untuk menilai toksisitas Ag(I) pada optikal densitas 600 (OD 600 nm) = 0.78 Abs. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa respons linear toksisitas Ag(I) pada rentang 0.05–10 mg/L, dengan nilai EC50% sebesar 8.42 mg/L pada waktu respons 4 menit dan nilai repeatibilitas toksisitas diperoleh sebesar 2.5-4.7 % RSD (relatif standar deviasi, n=8). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa bakteri laut A. fischeri memiliki potensi yang baik untuk menilai toksisitas bahan toksik dalam sampel lingkungan
Dynamic Testing of Distance Protection
As the primary protection of high voltage (HV) and Extra high voltage (EHV) transmission networks, distance protection needs to operate properly under all possible fault conditions. It needs to operate as fast as possible for internal fault, while it also must be able to discriminate between the internal and the external faults to prevent unnecessary trip of the normal system. In real life application, the operational characteristic of commercial distance relays such as operating time and reach accuracy are usually defined using the steady state conditions. This leads to difficulty in understanding the operational characteristic of the relay under the dynamic conditions such as faults. In this thesis, a dynamic test tool based on the latest IEC 60255-121 standard, suitable for performance analysis of distance protection during dynamic condition was developed and validated. The tools are built by using the ATP-EMTP Software and the Omicron secondary injection kit. The test results of two distance relays show that depending on the dynamic conditions, the operational performance of the relay might be affected. In some situations, the operating time of the relays was delayed, while, in other conditions, the accuracy of impedance measurement is affected causing the relay to overreach. Furthermore, this delayed tripping or overreach of distance protection could cause both security and dependability issue in power transmission protection. The dynamic test tool which has been developed can be expanded further to study other dynamic conditions that are not covered in this thesis.<br/

Telah Dibimbing Oleh Suriadi Mappangara Dan Margriet Lappia Moka.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan memperkaya pengetahuan kita tentang usaha-usaha pemerintah dalam mengatasi keamanan dan ketertiban yang di sebabkan oleh pemberontak/gerombolan dengan membentuk organisasi-organisasi yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan keamanan salah satunya yaitu pembentukan Organisasi Perlawanan Rakyat (OPR) dengan membahas peran dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pembentukan orgtanisasi tersebut.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu di awali dengan tahap pengumpulan data, baik data primer maupun data sekunder, maka sumber tersebut dikritik melalui tahap kedua yaitu verifikasi, tahap ketiga, yaitu tahap interpretasi dilakukan. Informasi tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan sudut pandang ilmiah. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu dari hasil analisis tersebut kemudian dirangkum menjadi sebuah penulisan ilmiah, tahap inilah yang disebut historiografi.Berdasarkan beberapa data tentang Organisasi Perlawanan Rakyat (OPR) yang penulis coba kumpulkan, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa peran Organisasi Perlawanan Rakyat sangat membantu pemerintah maupun Angkatan Perang dalam pemulihan keamanan dan ketertiban Sulawesi-Selatan. Dengan memberikan latihan kepada setiap anggota Organissi Perlawanan Rakyat (OPR) menambah kecakapan dalam melaksanakan tugas. This research was conducted using a historical research method which consists of four stages, starting with the data collection stage, both primary data and secondary data, the source was criticized through the second stage of verification, the third stage, the interpretation stage. This information is analyzed based on a scientific point of view. The next stage is from the results of the analysis then summarized into a scientific writing, this stage is called historiography. Based on some data about the People's Resistance Organization (OPR) that the author tried to gather, the results of the study were obtained that the role of the People's Resistance Organization greatly helped the government and the Armed Forces in restoring South Sulawesi security and order. By giving training to each member of the People's Resistance Organization (OPR), adding skills in carrying out tasks. Making an E-Pocket Book Based on the Isolation Study of Endophytic Bacteria of Laban Plants That Produce Secondary Metabolite Compounds as Enrichment Material for Natural Material Chemistry Courses
This research addresses the need for effective teaching materials in natural materials chemistry courses, specifically focusing on secondary metabolite compounds derived from endophytic bacteria of laban plants. The main objective is to develop a valid e-pocket book that serves as an enrichment resource for lecturers and students. This study used a research and development approach using the 4-D model, which includes the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. However, this research was limited to the development stage. The E-Pocket Book was assessed for validity through various aspects, including content feasibility, presentation, grammar, graphics, appearance, and software utilisation. Validation involved feedback from material and media validators, as well as responses from chemistry education lecturers and students. Results showed that the E-Pocket Book achieved a highly valid category with an overall average score of 98.785% across the six assessment aspects. Feedback from chemistry education lecturers showed excellent criteria, with scores of 87.50% for content appropriateness and for usefulness, and 91.67% for ease of use. Similarly, student feedback reflected high satisfaction, with scores of 86.67% for ease of use, 85% for benefits of use and 83.09% for attractiveness of presentation. In conclusion, the developed E-Pocket Book was validated as a practical and effective teaching material for secondary metabolite compounds, demonstrating its potential to enhance the learning experience in natural materials chemistry courses.
