No full textAprès avoir brièvement évoqué les « jeux de gorge » inuit, phénomènes culturels décrit par l’ethnomusicologie, dont le titre du présent article rappelle une des deux grandes catégories, l’auteur se propose d’importer en territoire freudien ce morceau de tradition orale. Il s’agit de rapprocher deux expériences d’écoute : celle des « chants de gorge » et ce que serait un pareil « bouche à bouche » en séance psychanalytique. C’est en empruntant la notion de « concordance », telle qu’en fait usage Freud (1912) dans Totem et tabou, qu’est mis en valeur l’enracinement corporel du souffle de la voix, de l’expression et du langage, au plus près de ce qui fait vibrer les cordes vocales. Concordance et discordance.After discussing briefly the Inuit cultural phenomena of « throat singing » within ethnomusicology, of which the title of this article recalls one of two broad categories, the author proposes to import this piece of oral tradition into Freudian territory. It is an attempt to bring together two listening experiences : that of « throat singing » with the « mouth to mouth » of the psychoanalytic session. In using the concept of « concordance », as used by Freud (1912) in Totem and Taboo, the author highlights the embodiment of the breath of voice, expression and language, in the closest proximity to what makes the vocal cords vibrate, concordance and discordance.Después de evocar los « cantos de la garganta » inuit, fenómenos culturales descritos por la etnomusicóloga, intitulamos este artículo empleando una de las categorías fundamentales de dicho canto. El autor trata de importar hacia el territorio freudiano ese fragmento de tradición oral. Se trata de cotejar dos experiencias de escucha : la de los « cantos de la garganta » y lo que sería como una especie de « boca a boca » durante una sesión sicoanalítica. No full textThe advantages of multi-phase materials are exploited in many industries, such as reinforced concrete in bridge construction, heterogeneous geological materials in petroleum engineering, advanced carbon fiber composites in aerospace engineering, and novel corrosion resistant coatings in the automotive industry. Although it is well known that the addition of inclusions can lead to improved multi-phase material properties, the characterization and prediction of these material properties is of current research interest. In this thesis, we evaluate the effect of spherical inclusion content on the material properties of polymer-silica microcomposites, both experimentally and theoretically. A wax mixture with spherical glass bead inclusions is developed as a model material. The hardness and fracture toughness of composites containing 0%, 5%, 10%, and 20% spherical glass bead inclusions by volume are analyzed using a built-in- house macroscopic scratch test device. The elastic modulus and compressive strength are obtained from a series of compression tests. Scanning electron microscopy is employed as an independent means to corroborate the morphology of the specimens. Several types of spherical glass beads with mean inclusion sizes of 20 μm and 200 μm are used in this study, and the effect of using a coating agent is investigated. We find that the compressive strength, elastic modulus, fracture toughness, and scratch hardness tend to increase with inclusion content. The composites containing coated glass beads exhibit superior properties in certain cases. Next, a rigorous linear elastic homogenization technique is derived to account for the observed change in elastic modulus and fracture toughness with inclusion content. The predictions developed are in strong agreement with the experimental data, creating a powerful tool for estimating the material properties of polymer-silica microcomposites. The generality of our theoretical framework makes it applicable to the study and prediction of elastic properties and fracture resistance in advanced composites.Submission original under an indefinite embargo labeled 'Open Access'. No full textSUMMARY. — The elaboration of the bases of musical theory was [one of the main interests of Isaac Beeckman. The notes in his diary concern two fields of physics : the problem of the vibration of musical bodies, especially strings, associated with the question of the quality of consonances, and the theory of the corpuscular nature of sound. The first aspect led to a remarkable geometric demonstration of the frequency of string vibration, but would seem to have obligatorily led to a waveform conception of sound transmission. The second aspect precisely excluded such a position, and Beeckman unambiguously affirmed the transport of air particles from the speaking mouth to the listening ear. The difficulty here is to attempt to reconcile these two theses into a noncontradictory theory of air fluxes.RÉSUMÉ. — L'élaboration des fondements de la théorie musicale fut l'un des principaux centres d'intérêt d'Isaac Beeckman. Les notes qu'il a recueillies à ce propos dans son Journal concernent deux domaines de la science physique : le problème de la vibration des corps sonores, les cordes notamment, associé à la question de la bonté des consonances, et d'autre part la théorie de la nature corpusculaire du son. Le premier aspect conduit à une remarquable démonstration géométrique de la fréquence du tremblement des cordes, mais semble devoir entraîner une conception ondulatoire de la transmission sonore. Le second aspect exclut précisément une telle position, et Beeckman affirme sans ambiguïté le transport des particules d'air de la bouche parlante jusqu'à l'oreille. New ways of understanding the episode are provided by neo-Latin and vernacular intertextuality, which the reader is only allowed to cast side-glances at. “Laryngues et Pharingues” cities, for example, require a technical commentary, in connection to Rabelais’ practice of medical philology and contemporary debates about the anatomy of the throat. The Rabelaisian text has been written for a “diligent reader”, able to perceive what is only suggested in the episode.L’article propose une relecture du fameux chapitre xxxii du Pantagruel de Rabelais, intitulé « Comment Pantagruel de sa langue couvrit toute une armée, et de ce que l’auteur veit dedans sa bouche ». L’intertextualité néo-latine ou vernaculaire fournit de nouvelles pistes herméneutiques, qui sont autant de regards portés comme à la dérobée. À la lumière de l’expérience rabelaisienne de la philologie médicale, ainsi que des débats spécialisés de son temps, le détour par les villes de « Laryngues et Pharingues » fait notamment l’objet d’un commentaire anatomique. No full text[EN] The paper focuses on Le Corbusier as author of books and looks at his inverted image such as it is developed in the
Romanian architecture culture. The idea arises from the curious fact that the professional literature seems to have
programmatically avoided him. In this paper, the Romanian author Le Corbusier will be the uneven sum of three partial
images: the first is provided by the reflection of corbusean ideas in the writings of Romanian modern architects between the
two World Wars. The second is given by the collection of Le Corbusier's writings, translated and edited by Marcel Melicson
in 1971. And finally the third is that of the 1987 centennial exhibition hosted by the Bucharest architecture school. Together
these three images testify to the peculiar shapes that Le Corbusier's ideas take in the recent Romanian professional literature
and also to the subtle displacement of meaning that these "translations" suggest.[FR] L'article construit l'image de l'auteur de livres Le Corbusier inversée dans le miroir de la culture architecturale

would be no limit upon their power in determining the legislative and
constitutional provisions. In this article the Author aims at defining the judiciary
power in the constitutional regime, where the central idea remains the limitation
of political authority as well as the protection of human rights.Durante la Grande Rivoluzione nasce la vicenda di un �conflitto�, che
sfocia poi nell�esperienza dei référés législatifs. Oggi, invece, nell�Esagono,
mediante la nota Théorie réaliste de l�interprétation, alcuni studiosi sostengono
che il giudice en dernier ressort (interprète authentique) concorre in modo
preponderante nella determinazione della norma giuridica, indipendentemente
dal testo (legislativo o costituzionale) interpretato. Con questo saggio l�autore
