Land Productivity and NKL on Tumpangsari Three Maize Variety Cultivation (Zea mays caratina Kulesh) With Various Interval Time Plants (Archis hipogaea L.) as Select Plant. This study aims to determine the combination of timing planting and planting techniques that can improve the productivity of land and NKL values ??on the application of intercropping cultivation technology in dry land conditions in Ende-NTT. The experimental design using Division Split Plot (RPT) consists of two factors repeated three times. The treatment of corn varieties (V1: Local varieties, V2: Uri varieties, V3: Binthe Pulu varieties) while planting time was placed as subplot (T1: Maize planted 15 days after peanut planting T2: Corn is grown together with peanut planting T3: Corn is grown 15 days before planting peanuts, as comparison of each treatment is also planted in monculture, so that obtained 31 units of experiment plot The data collection is done by calculating dry weight of seeds produced by all plant crops in the harvest plots, and the crops in the harvest plots. The results show that intercropping crops between pulut and peanut crops in various pulses maize varieties and peanut planting times increased the productivity of the land 1, with the highest land productivity dida The maize varieties of Uri corn is grown simultaneously with groundnut planting (V2T2) of 1.52 and followed by treatment of local varieties of pulutans planted together with peanut plant (V1T2) of 1.46
INTERVAL WAKTU TANAM KACANG TANAH (Archis hipogaea L.) DAN JAGUNG PULUT (Zea mays caratina Kulesh) PADA POLA TANAM TUMPANG SARI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL KACANG TANAH DI LAHAN KERING
This study aims to determine the timing of proper peanut planting in intercropping cropping patterns with various pulut varieties of corn on the growth and yield of peanuts on dry land. The experimental design using the Split Plot Design consisted of two faktors repeated three times. Treatment of corn variety as the main plot cansisted of thee levels (V1: Local variety, V2: Uri variety, V3: Binthe Pulu variety) while planting time was placed as subplots including (T1: groundnut planted 15 days after planting Corn; T2: groundnut is Corn together with peanut planting, T3: groundnut is planted 15 days before planting Corn) Three replications were performed. Data was collected destructively. The F-test at 5% was used to examine the effect of treatments, while differences across treatments were based on the LSD at 5%. The results of the study showed that there was an interaction between the planting time and variety of varieties to the yield parameters of 100 seeds, whereas separately the treatment of plant time is 15 days before the pulut maize plant and planter simultaneously show the highest yield for the growth variable and yield variable of 2.02; and 2.05 tons ha-¹
RESPON PERTUMBUHAN STEK BATANG VANILI (Vanilla planifolia) TERHADAP LAMA PERENDAMAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH ROOT MOST
This study aims to determine the response of the immersion time of vanilla stem cuttings in the most root growth regulating agent and to know the length of soaking time of the vanilla stem cuttings in the most optimum root growth regulator. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments soaking in minutes. Repeated four times, namely P1 (10 minutes), P2 (20 minutes), P3 (30 minutes), P4 (40 minutes), P5 (50 minutes), P6 (60 minutes). Variables observed including the number of days of first shoot growth, the number of roots, root length, shoot diameter, shoot length, wet weight of cuttings, and dry weight of cuttings.The results showed that the treatment of P6 gave a very significant effect. On the variable growth in the number of roots (55.59%), root length (58.86%), number of days of first shoot growth (28 HST), shoot diameter (70.15%) , shoot length (71.43%), wet weight of cuttings (37.14%) and dry weight of cuttings (65.04%) at each age of observation
RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG PULUT (Zea mays ceratina Kulesh) PADA BERBAGAI JARAK TANAM DALAM BARIS
Corn is an important commodity after rice. The need for corn continues to increase every year. It is necessary to increase production, one of them through the use of varieties and optimal population regulation (spacing). This study aims to determine the growth and yield of Pulut (Zea Mays Ceratina Kulesh) F1 Kumala varieties a various spacing in rows. This research was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with the treatments used: J1 = 40 cm x 40 cm, J2 = 50 cm x 40 cm, J3 = 60 cm x 40 cm, J4 = 70 cm x 40 cm, and J5 = 80 cm x 40 cm. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, the weight of cob without kilobit per plant, the weight of cob without kilobit per ha, ear diameter, ear length, ear weight 100 seeds, and weight of seeds of the crop. The results showed that 70 cm x 40 cm spacing gave a very significant effect. On leaf area (21.85%), the weight of cob without cornhusk per plant (16.76%), ear diameter (4.80%), length cob (10.79%), the weight of 100 seeds (9.18%) and weight of crop seeds (14.97%)
No-till farming activites in some Umanapu (agroforestry land) on earthworm diversity: a case study in Detusoko District, Ende Regency
No-till farming (NTF) is an agricultural activity without tillage process, so it can minimize damage to soil structure, reduce erosion, and reduce the decrease in soil organic matter content related to the presence of earthworms. The purpose of this study was to determine the activity of no-till farming on earthworm diversity. Exploration of earthworms was carried out by hand sorting and monolith sampling methods in Umanapu (agroforestry) of Clove, Cocoa, Candlenut, Coffee and intensive tillage farms. The earthworms were identified by observing the morphology characteristics. In addition, the observation of biomass and population of earthworms, and environmental factors were also carried out. The results showed that there were four genera of endogeic and epigeic worms, namely Lumbricus, aMegascolex, Perithima and Pontoscolex. Diversity index (H\u27), maximum diversity (H\u27max) and species evenness (E) of earthworms in intensive tillage agriculture were low but in Umanapu of Clove, Cocoa, Candlenut and Coffee were moderate. The earthworm populations, earthworm biomass (g m2) and the ratio of biomass and population of earthworms (B/P) in Umanapu of Clove, Cocoa, Candlenut and Coffee were equal and significantly different from intensive tillage. The importance value index (IVI) in Umanapu of Clove, Cocoa, Candlenut, Coffee and intensive tillage agriculture were dominated by the Pontoscolex genus. In addition, the environmental conditions such as temperature and pH of soil at each location in Umanapu were not different, as well as the environmental temperature and humidity. NTF can maintain and sustain the existence of species, population and IVI of earthworms, so that soil biological properties are still maintained
PENGABDIAN KKN-MANDIRI PEMANFAATAN LAHAN PEKARANGAN DENGAN BUDIDAYA TANAMAN HORTYKULTURA DAN PENGOLAHAN BAHAN LOKAL SEBAGAI SUMBER BAHAN ORGANIK DI DESA TONGGO PAPA KABUPATEN ENDE
ABSTRAKPendampingan melalui kegiatan KKN - Mandiri bertujuan untuk : (1) memberikan transfer ilmu pengolahan tanah dan manfaat mulsa pada lahan pekarangan, (2) memberikan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk bokasi dan pemanfaatan limbah ternak.Kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Tonggo Papa Kabupaten Ende. Metode yang digunakan adalah Partisipasi Rural Appraisal (PRA) yaitu keterlibatan secara aktif semua pihak yang melibatkan aparat desa, ibu PKK dan perwakilan masyarakat secara langsung dengan total peserta 20 orang. Hasil yang di capai dari kegiatan ini peserta paham tentang vertikultur 90%, manfaat dari mulsa 100%, tujuan jarak tanam 95%, manfaat pupuk organik 95 %, bahan untuk pupuk 100%. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is the active involvement of all parties involving village officials, PKK women and community representatives directly with a total of 20 participants. The results achieved from this activity were participants understood about 90% verticulture, 100% benefits of mulch, 95% spacing goals, 95% benefits of organic fertilizers, 100% fertilizer ingredients. PENDAMPINGAN UMKM PENJUAL KRIPIK KREMES DAN WINGKO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN MELALUI MERK, LABEL DAN KEMASAN
Abstrak: Produk turunan ubikayu Nuabosi; kripik, kremes dan wingko telah dipromosi dan dipasarkan. Bahan baku produk tersebut diambil dari ubikayu varietas lokal terbaik, dan organik, namun produk tersebut belum memiliki merk, label dan kemasan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan. Jumlah anggota PKK yang berpartisipasi pada kegiatan ini, 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan, FGD, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan diawali dengan memberikan pretest diakhiri posttest. Pada pretest soal benar paling banyak 6 nomor dari 15 nomor yang diberikan, pada posttest jumlah soal benar 15 nomor, paling sedikit 13 nomor dari 15 nomor soal yang diberikan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini; peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan mitra serta peningkatan volume penjualan. Saran, optimalisasi peran BUMDES, untuk memasarkan produk pertanian dan turunannya.Abstract: Nuabosi cassava derivative products; kripik, kremes and wingko have been promoted and marketed. The raw materials for these products are taken from the best local varieties of cassava, and are organic, but these products do not yet have brands, labels and packaging. The purpose of community service is to increase knowledge, skills and income in a sustainable manner. The number of PKK members who participated in this activity, 30 people. In the pretest the number of correct questions is at most 6 out of 15 numbers given, in the posttest the number of correct questions is 15 numbers, at least 13 numbers out of the 15 numbered questions are given. RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL KACANG PANJANG VARIETAS LOKAL PADA BERBAGAI DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK
Growth Response And Production Of Local Variety Of Long Bean At Various Dosages Of Organic Fertilizer. Red long bean is one of the leguminous plants that has a high nutritional content and plays an important role in meeting the nutritional needs of the whole community and has great opportunities, but the productivity of long beans produced is still very low, the use of manure is expected to increase productivity and quality. from a healthy growing environment. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of organic pig manure and to obtain the optimum dose on the growth and yield of red long bean. The study used a randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 5 doses of organic pig manure, namely: P0 = no fertilizer, P1 = 7.5 tons/ha-1 or 2.7 kg/plot, P2 = 15 tons/ha -1 or 5.4 kg/plot, P3 = 22.5 tons/ha-1 or 8.1 kg/plot, P4 = 30 tons/ha-1 or 10.8 kg/plot. The variables observed were number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), number of pods per plant (fruit), pod weight per plant (gr), pod weight per Ha (tons/ha). The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer from pig manure had a very significant effect on the variables of leaf number, leaf area, number of pods, weight of planted pods and weight of pods per hectare with an increase in each observation variable of 11.82% for the number of leaves; leaf area by 20.07%; the number of pods by 21.47%; the weight of the pods planted was 29.24% and the weight of the pods per hectare was 29.21%.
 
PENERAPAN SISTEM ORGANIK TANAMAN HORTIKULTURA DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN PEKARANGAN DI KELOMPOK TANI DAN PKK DESA NDETUNDORA III, KECAMATAN ENDE, KABUPATEN ENDE
ABSTRAKPemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan program yang sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Program ini dapat dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi melalui kegiatan KKN. Kegiatan KKN ini mengantat tema teknologi dan inovasi, dengan tema ini para akdemisi (baik Dosen maupun Mahasiswa) bersama masyarakat melihat dan mengali permasalahan serta bersama-sama mencari solusi atau pemecahannya. Pendampingan melalui kegiatan KKN bertujuan untuk : 1) Memberikan transfer teknologi dan inovasi pertanian dengan memfaatkan pekarangan sietem organic, 2) memberikan transfer ilmu tentang pelatihan pembuatan pupuk padat dan cair. kegiatan KKN Mandiri dilakukan di Desa Ndetundora III Kecamatan Ende. Metode yang digunakan adalah Partisipasi Rural Appraisal (PRA) yaitu keterlibatan secara aktif semua pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan dengan tahapan kegiatan Survei Langsung ke Lapangan untuk melihat dan mencatat kondisi yang di alami oleh masyarakat atau kelompok tani serta melakukan diskusi dan merancang program guna mendapatkan solusi bagi keberlanjutan usaha pertanian di desa dan wawancara dilakukan secara informal dengan melakukan kunjungan ke rumah atau lahan petani di Desa Ndetundora III. Sehingga dari hasil ini para petani dan ibu-ibu PKK diberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, pembuatan pupuk organik padat dan cair dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga. Hasil Pree Test Dan Post Test memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan para petani dan ibu-ibu PKK dalam memenfaatkan pekarangan dan limbah pertanian sebagai pupuk kompos 52 % dan peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap pupuk organic cair 58,09 %. So that from these results the farmers and PKK mothers were provided with assistance and training in the utilization of their yards, the manufacture of solid and liquid organic fertilizers by utilizing household waste. The results of the Pree Test and Post Test showed an increase in understanding and ability of farmers and PKK mothers in utilizing yards and agricultural waste as compost 52% and an increase in knowledge of liquid organic fertilizer 58.09%. Abstrak: Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Kerjasama Universitas Flores dengan Kemendikbudristek Tahun 2021 adalah, untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan anggota PKK secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan, melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan serta pengolahan ubikayu Nuabosi. Mitra yang terlibat Tim PKK Desa Randotonda, anggota 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan diawali dengan menyerahkan alat-alat dan bahan untuk kegiatan pelatihan. Di awal kegiatan peserta diberi pretest. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan soal benar hanya mencapai rata-rata 31 % dari 15 nomor soal yang diberikan, nilai ini berada pada kategori rendah. Secara umum penyuluhan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dasar pengelolaan usaha dan membangkitkan motivasi berwirausaha. Pelatihan berikutnya pengolahan ubikayu menjadi kripik, kremes dan wingko serta pembuatan labeling dan merk produk. Akhir kegiatan diberi posttest, hasil menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan, jumlah soal benar rata-rata 90 %, berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan karena ketepatan dalam penerapan metode; penyuluhan dan pelatihan.
