No full textAktiva tetap atau fixed asset ini adalah bagian dari neraca yang sifatnya permanen digunakan dalam operasi perusahaan dan dibeli bukan untuk dijual dalam operasi normal perusahaan. Properti investasi atau Investment Property merupakan properti berupa tanah atau bangunan yang dikuasai melalui sewa pembiayaan dan tidak digunakan sendiri untuk tujuan pemiliknya. Kedua komponen ini menjadi faktor dari baik tidaknya total aset yang tentunya akan menunjukan kekayaan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh Aset Tetap secara parsial terhadap Total Aset; 2) Pengaruh Properti Investasi secara parsial terhadap Total Aset; 3) Pengaruh Aset Tetap dan Properti Investasi secara simultan terhadap Total Aset pada PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis asosiatif yang meliputi analisis regresi linier dan berganda, analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis uji hipotesis yaitu uji signifikan parsial (uji t) dan uji signifikan simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Aset Tetap di PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. secara parsial tidak terdapat hubungan antara Aset Tetap terhadap Total Aset, diperoleh hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan thitung < ttabel dengan nilai 0,615 < 2,093 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,546 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 26,8%. 2) Properti Investasi di PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. secara parsial tidak terdapat hubungan antara Properti Investasi terhadap Total Aset, diperoleh hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan thitung < ttabel dengan nilai -0,357 < 2,093 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,725 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 30,3%. 3) Secara simultan, Aset Tetap dan Properti Investasi di PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. berpengaruh terhadap Total Aset, diperoleh hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan Fhitung < Ftabel dengan nilai 0,213 < 3,55 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,810 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,4%
Image-to-Image Steganography with Josephus Permutation and Least Significant Bit (LSB) 3-3-2 Embedding
No full textIn digital image security, the Josephus permutation is widely used in cryptography to enhance randomness. However, its application in steganography is underexplored. This study introduces a novel method integrating the Josephus permutation into the LSB 3-3-2 embedding technique for image steganography. This approach improves the randomness of the keystream generated by the chaotic logistic map, addressing vulnerabilities in basic logistic maps susceptible to steganalysis. Our algorithm is tested on RGB images as secret data, presenting higher complexity compared to grayscale images used in previous studies. Comparative analysis shows that the proposed algorithm offers higher payload capacity while maintaining image quality, outperforming traditional LSB techniques. This research advances the field of image steganography by demonstrating the effectiveness of the Josephus permutation in creating more secure and robust steganographic images

No full textThis research was written with the aim of explaining how the Hungarian democratic system experienced a decline during the reign of Viktor Orban. The author wants to examine aspects of the democratic system that has been implemented by Hungary and wants to look more deeply at the policies that have decreased the value of democracy in Hungary. This research was written using descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. This research also uses the concept of democracy and political elite theory as analytical tools in this research. And the results of this research are the authoritarian actions of the Hungarian prime minister, namely Viktor Orban, who tends to implement irrelevant policies and insists on implementing a new constitution which causes the decline of the democratic system in Hungary. This made the Hungarian people criticize this action because it only benefits Viktor Orban and the Fidesz party as the center of government. Therefore, the value of democracy in Hungary has decreased since the election of Viktor Orban as Prime Minister of Hungary

Effectiveness of the Death Penalty as an Instrument of Legal Strengthening Against Drug Dealers
No full textThis study aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of the application of the death penalty to drug dealers in the criminal law system in Indonesia and the obstacles and solutions in this topic. The method used is an empirical juridical legal approach which combines normative analysis of laws and regulations with the reality of their application in the field. Data were collected through document studies, interviews with law enforcement officers, and observations of a number of court decisions that imposed death penalty on drug offenders. The author uses the theories of law enforcement effectiveness and legal certainty to study this topic. Factors such as weak supervision systems, potential abuse of authority, and lack of consistency in law enforcement are the main obstacles. In addition, the death penalty also raises controversy in the context of human rights, especially the right to life. Therefore, an evaluation of the death penalty policy is needed, as well as strengthening a transparent and accountable justice system as part of a more effective drug control strategy. The government needs to reform the Narcotics Law to clarify the criteria for applying the death penalty so that it includes not only big dealers but also dealers involved in drug distribution networks at various levels, in order to provide legal clarity and ensure justice for all perpetrators. In addition, the effectiveness of its implementation must be supported by ongoing training and education for law enforcement officers to improve integrity and prevent errors in the sentencing process

The author investigates the role of charismatic leadership in shaping organizational innovation within the context of Company XYZ. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, the author gains deep insights into how characteristics of charismatic leadership, such as inspiration, vision, empowerment, and effective communication, contribute to the development of a strong innovation culture. Through data collection from in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the author identifies that charismatic leaders in Company XYZ are able to inspire employees, empower them to actively participate in the innovation process, and build strong relationships through effective communication. However, challenges such as expectation management, leadership capacity development, and appropriate reward systems still need to be addressed. The author\u27s conclusion highlights the importance of strengthening and developing charismatic leadership within organizations as an effective catalyst for change and innovation to achieve quality organizational goals. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for management practitioners and organizational leaders interested in enhancing the quality of leadership and innovation culture in the modern business environment

No full textIllegal drug trafficking in Indonesia has reached a very alarming level and is a serious threat to national resilience, so that the state has taken a firm legal policy through the application of the death penalty to drug dealers as regulated in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. The death penalty is believed to be a form of ultimum remedium as well as an effective deterrent instrument to overcome this extraordinary crime. However, its effectiveness is still being debated, especially due to the lack of empirical evidence that the death penalty can significantly reduce the number of drug crimes. In writing this thesis, the aim is to study and analyze the effectiveness of the application of the death penalty to drug dealers in the criminal law system in Indonesia and to study and analyze the obstacles and solutions in the application of the death penalty to perpetrators of drug crimes in Indonesia. The method used is an empirical juridical legal approach, which combines normative analysis of laws and regulations with the reality of their application in the field. No full textHousehold waste is a type of waste that contributes to environmental pollution. The more household activities are carried out, the more waste is produced, so proper waste management is a must. Waste processing by the community is done conventionally, it takes a long time to decompose. The takamura method is an innovation in waste processing by reusing waste into compost. The aim of this activity is to process household organic waste into compost. This is done to help the community in dealing with the problem of organic waste in their environment into a new product. This activity was carried out from January 24 to February 10, 2022 in Ranjok Village, Gunung Sari District. West Lombok. The method used is lecture, discussion and demonstration. Socialization and presentations are expected to increase public knowledge about the importance of processing household organic waste into products that can be reused so as to reduce environmental pollution. The demonstration was carried out by involving the active participation of the community on techniques for processing organic waste into compost. This activity received a positive response from the community and village officials because it can help reduce the volume of waste generated. The results of Community Service activities are increasing public awareness in organic waste management and understanding techniques for processing organic waste into compost starting from preparing Takakura baskets, adding bacteria fermenting organic matter, to the decomposition proces
