PEMANFAATAN EKOSISTEM MANGROVE BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL DI KAMPUNG NAFRI KOTA JAYAPURA PROVINSI PAPUA
Get PDFABSTRAK Isu utama di pesisir seperti biofisik dan lingkungan, sosial, ekonomi, hukum dan kelembagaan masih belum terjalin dan terlaksanan secara baik. Kajian pemanfaatan ekosistem mangrove dan ekstensi masyarakat lokal mempunyai kearifan lokal dalam pengelolaan hutan dan sebagainya perlu dilakukan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah formulasi strategi pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove melalui pemanfaatan kearifan lokal secara terpadu dengan mengintegrasikan ekologi, ekonomi, sosial dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dimensi sosial budaya masyarakat dan teridentifikasinya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal serta mengetahui persepsi dan ketaatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2014. Penelitian deskriptif ini adalah untuk membuat deskripsi faktual dan akurat tentang keberadaan kearifan lokal dalam pemanfaatan hutan mangrove di Kampung Nafri Distrik Abepura. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan survei lapangan, analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis triangulasi teori dan deskriptif komparatif. Data kuantitatif (persepsi dan ketaatan masyarakat) digunakan analisis dengan skala Likert. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa Kondisi Hutan Mangrove di Kampung Nafri sudah mengalami degradasi karena faktor-faktor Konversi lahan mangrove menjadi Tambak dan pembangunan dari pihak pemerintah dan swasta maupun dari masyarakat sendiri yang memanfaatkan mangrove untuk kepentingan pribadi. Pengelolaan sumberdaya laut dan hutan mangrove di kampung Nafri belum tumbuh pada tahap normative, hanya berkembang pada tataran kebiasaan (folkways). Aturan-aturan yang berupa norma atau peraturan tertulis pada tingkat kampung belum ada sama sekali, begitu pula sanksi dan pemegang legalitas pengelolaan sumberdaya laut dan hutan mangrove belum ada. Persepsi dan Ketaatan Masyarakat Kampung Nafri secara umum cukup baik dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan hutan Mangrove. Kata Kunci : mangrove, kearifan lokal, persepsi dan ketaata
Improving the Quality of Learning New Testament Theology Courses with Quantum Learning Methods

Inadequate campus facilities and lack of student interest in learning. As a result, students can not fulfill the assignments that have been given. Another issue that makes writers work hard is the average student from a remote area, where the learning process using information technology is still far from their reach. So the authors apply one of the learning processes using quantum teaching. The researcher examines the learning process using classroom action research. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely being able to do something, and be able to think for doing something. Teaching is a very important task in this world. Teachers should be able to influence human behavior from generation to generation. This is evident from the activities of the students in applying learning outcomes in class. Therefore, this paper contributes to a good learning process.
Pengembangan Learning Card untuk Meningkatkan Kerja Sama Tim dan Pengetahuan Mahasiswa: A Literature Review

The use of pictorial Learning Cards aims to make it easier for students to provide associations with concepts and materials so that the images that students get can generate creative ideas. The pictorial kick card is expected to improve students' spatial and visual abilities. The purpose of this Literature Review is to review articles that examine Learning Card Development towards Improving Student Teamwork and Knowledge. The data used comes from journals that contain the concepts under study. The data collection process was carried out by filtering from 17,071 literary sources to 7 literatures based on the criteria determined by the author of each journal taken. The criteria referred to include the year the literature sources were taken from 2016 to 2019, the suitability of writing keywords, the relationship between the results of writing and discussion. Strategies in collecting journals for various literatures using accredited journal sites such as Google Scholar, Science Direct and BMC Medical Education. An effective way of writing for journal settings is by entering keywords according to the writing title such as "Learning Card AND Teamwork AND Knowledge. On the Learning card is a card that contains keywords in learning that are used by students in preparing solutions, concepts and problem solving both sequentially and systematically
