Digitalization of information technology that is centralized and integrated by each financing unit well after BSI merged with BSM, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah. Based on the research results, Wise Pro is able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance by increasing the number of consumer financing disbursements, the number of NoA and SLA (service level agreement) for the 6-day financing business process to 3 working days from financing applications, financing analysis, financing decisions, financing contracts to financing disbursements because Wise Pro is able to increase the efficiency of time, energy and resources such as paperless, faster financing decisions because the system is integrated with the leadership system. Olah gerak kapal merupakan cara menguasai gerakan kapal untuk mencapai tujuan palayaran seaman dan seefisien mungkin, dengan mempergunakan sarana yang terdapat dikapal seperti mesin, kemudi dan lain-lain. Kapal tunda (assist tug) berperan penting dalam olah gerak kapal khususnya untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah dalam proses lepas sandar dipelabuhan atau proses pemuatan secara ship to ship. Dalam hal ini, penelitian dilakukan di atas kapal MV. Mara yang sedang melakukan proses olah gerak sandar ke kapal untuk tujuan oprasi transfer muatan batu bara di Muara Berau, Samarinda, kalimantan Timur. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas penulis merumuskan beberapa permasalahan, yang pertama adalah mengapa peranan assist tug terhadap proses sandar ship to ship perlu dioptimalkan, yang kedua adalah kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam proses sandar ship to ship dengan peranan assist tug, dan yang ketiga adalah upaya-upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam proses sandar dengan peranan assist tug. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya insiden saat proses olah gerak sandar ship to ship di MV. Mara tersebut dan memberikan solusi tentang upaya-upaya apa yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk menanggulangi kejadian insiden yang pernah terjadi saat proses sandar ke kapal dengan peranan assist tug di MV. Mara tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyampaian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta dengan menggunakan beberapa aspek seperti pengumpulan data, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa faktor, antara lain manusianya atau SDM yang kurang memahami akan pentingnya crew training serta minimnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki awak kapal tentang prosedur operasi ship to ship. Kemudian faktor lingkungan yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu pertama faktor dari luar: Keadaan laut, cuaca atau perairan (angin, arus, cuaca, kedalaman dan lebar sempitnya perairan), yang kedua faktor dari dalam: Faktor tetap (bentuk kapal, konsruksi diatas geladak) dan faktor tidak tetap (sarat kapal, trim kapal, keadaan muatan). Komunikasi yang baik juga sangatlah diperlukan untuk kelancaran proses sandar mengingat pentingnya peran assist tug terhadap operasi sandar ship to ship. Masalah ini harus segera dioptimalisasi serta diatasi dan pada akhir bagian skripsi penulis menyajikan kesimpulan dan saran

The ship’s manouvering is a way to hold the ship’s movement to reach sailing destinations as safe and efficient as possible, by using the facilities contained in ships such as engines, steering and others. Assist tug is so important to assist the manouvering of the ship esspecially to accelerate and simplify the mooring and cashing off process in the port or ship to ship loading process. In this case, the research was carried out on the MV. Mara, which is carrying out the moor manouvering for coal cargo transfer operations in Muara Berau, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Based on the background above, the author formulated several problems, the first is why the role of assist tug in ship to ship process needs to be optimized, the second is what kind of constraint are faced in the ship to ship process with the role of tug assist, and the third is what efforts have been made to contend the problem in the mooring process with the role of tug assist. The purpose of the study are to find out what are the factors that caused the incident when the motion process ship to ship in the MV. Mara given a solution about what efforts should be taken to overcome the incident that had occurred during the process of leaning onto the ship with the role of tug assist in the MV. Mara is. In this minithesis, the research method used in delivery is a qualitative descriptive research method to reveal events or facts using several aspects such as data collection, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study found several factors, including human beings or human resources who lacked understanding of the importance of crew training, knowledge and experience possessed by the crew about the ship to ship operating procedures. The second factor consisted of environment, namely the first from the outside factors: the state of the sea, weather or waters (wind, current, weather, depth and width of the narrow waters), both factors from within: fixed factor (ship’s type, construction on deck) and non-fixed factors (draft, trim, cargo condition). Good communication was also very necessary for the smooth process of anchoring given the importance of the assist tug on the operations of the ship to ship. This problem must be immediately optimized and overcome. At the end of the minithesis section the author presents conclusions and suggestions

It does not only contain the author's personal experiences while in Chanthaburi Province but also contains statistical data that supports the statement, as well as other reliable sources. This book is the result of an internship program that has been carried out by the author while in Thailand, especially in Chanthaburi Province, Office of Agricultural Research and Development Region 6 Chanthaburi Province. An internship program was carried out to increase knowledge and experience of agricultural conditions in Thailand which is known to be advanced. The author would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Am On Aungsuratana as the main supervisor during the program in Thailand and Dr. Rapee Dokmaithes. In addition, thanks are also conveyed to all staff and parties involved while the author is in OARD Region 6 so the author can run and complete the internship program smoothly, as well as write about their success in developing durian in Thailand. Get PDFThe market is one of the places used to meet the needs of people's lives. Currently, it is necessary to realize that traditional markets are not the only trading centers. The increasing number of other trading centers such as modern markets, both in the form of minimarkets, hypermarts and malls which in turn can make traditional markets must be able to survive in the competition so as not to be crushed by the flow of modernization. However, in practice, the people's market still faces problems. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the People's Market Management Policy at the Sukodono Market, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used by the author in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data sources of this research are primary data sources which are obtained from research informants and secondary data sources obtained from books, journals, and documents related to this research. Then the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews with purposive sampling method, direct observation (non-participants), and documentation with related data. In addition, the data analysis technique used is using interactive data analysis. The results of this study show that the implementation of the people's market management policy in Sukodono Market has been implemented but has not been optimal as a whole. This can be seen in the efficient, accountable, public interest, environmentally friendly, social responsibility and mutual cooperation focus that have been implemented well. However, the effective and productive focus has not been implemented optimally

This study investigates the opportunities and challenges of Pegadaian Syariah in maintaining sharia principles and enhancing financial inclusion through digital innovation. Low digital literacy in the community, regulatory constraints, and competition with conventional financial institutions are the main challenges. These constraints limit the effectiveness of using services, such as the digital Pegadaian Syariah application, which is designed to make transactions easier. Digitalization, this opens up great opportunities, such as expanding services to remote areas, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting the empowerment of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through productive financing. Pegadaian Syariah can increase public trust and knowledge about sharia-based services by implementing cross-sector collaborative strategies and digital education. The descriptive method is used in this research to provide a comprehensive overview of how Pegadaian Syariah has been adapted to the current times. By optimally utilizing current technology, Pegadaian Syariah has the opportunity to become a pioneer in the digitalization of Islamic finance in Indonesia.
Implementasi Modul Water Quality Meter pada Komunitas Petani Udang Vaname Jawa Timur
Get PDFVannamei shrimp is one of the leading commodities in fisheries aquaculture, due to its competitive price and the ability to be mass-produced with high stocking densities. Many coastal communities in East Java capitalize on this opportunity by engaging in vannamei shrimp cultivation. However, most shrimp farmers still measure pond water quality using conventional methods and record water quality parameters on paper, which is highly inefficient. With this issue in mind, the author sought to engage in community service by inviting representatives from the East Java vannamei shrimp farming community. The method involved delivering lectures and interactive discussions with shrimp farmers to understand their perceptions and insights regarding pond water quality, followed by the handover of modules, and subsequently evaluating the modules' usage by the shrimp farmers. As a result of this community service, we introduced a tool to assist traditional shrimp pond farmers in monitoring water quality, in the form of a "Water Quality Meter" module integrated with a website accessible via smartphones and laptops. The "Water Quality Meter" module was designed with a system to portable monitor pond water quality using Internet of Things (IoT) technology, where data obtained by microcontrollers is transmitted to a database to determine the quality value of pond water. Evaluation results indicate that farmers can use the module effectively, and data collected on the website shows that pond water quality for the farmers remains within normal ranges. Shrimp farmers directly benefit from using the module, as the shrimp pond monitoring process becomes more practical and accurate.
