Get PDFStudien undersøker hvordan APOA metoden kan påvirke de eksisterende lekkasjefrekvensmodellene. Mer spesifikt hvordan de fire første stegene; kontekstetablering, oppgaveidentifisering, oppgaveanalyse og feilanalyse, kan påvirke modellene. I tillegg undersøkes det hvorfor man bør gjennomføre en slik analyse under beregningen av lekkasjefrekvenser.
For å besvare dette, ble de fire første stegene i APOA metoden anvendt på en fylleprosess av LPG, i samarbeid med et anonymisert selskap. Det ble gjennomført en datainnsamling med utgangspunkt i dokumentanalyse, observasjon og intervjuer, som dannet grunnlaget for oppgaveidentifiseringen for prosessen. En viktig del av oppgaveidentifiseringen er rangeringen av de respektive oppgavekritikalitetene. Dette dannet grunnlaget for hvilke oppgaver som skal gjennomgå grove og detaljerte oppgave- og feilanalyser.
Studien viser til at fylleprosedyrer inklusiv opplæring av disse og sikkerhetsteknisk design av anlegget er avgjørende for kvaliteten til fylleoperasjoner av farlig stoff. Usikkerhet knyttet til prosedyrer og anleggets evne til å håndtere uforutsette hendelser kan ha en stor betydning for en underliggende risiko knyttet til et spesifikt anlegg. Det er derfor viktig at risikoanalyser for anlegg som utfører lasting eller lossing av farlig stoff anvender metoder som belyser anleggets egenart. I tillegg viser studien at hvordan operasjonen utføres er den avgjørende faktoren for muligheten for uforutsette hendelser. For det spesifikke anlegget er potensialet for hendelser usikkert fordi utførelsen ikke er i tråd med design av anlegget.
Risikoanalyser og risikomodeller vil potensielt forbedres om metoden inkluderer vurdering av prosedyrer og oppgaveanalyser på et eller annet nivå. Dette kan oppnås ved at modellen inkluderer beskrivelser av konkrete faktorer som må besvares som en del av analysen. Det kan være faktorer knyttet til menneskelige faktorer som trening og opplæring, og tekniske som overfyllingsvern, gassalarm eller liknende. Det er dermed ikke sikkert at fullverdige oppgaveanalyser i henhold til APOA er nødvendig, men studien viser at risikoanalysen bør adressere sentrale elementer i menneskelige faktorer og tekniske løsninger.This study examines how the APOA method can affect the existing leakage frequency models. More specifically how the first four steps; context establishment, task identification, task analysis and error analysis, affects these models. Furthermore, it is examined why one should conduct these steps when calculating leakage frequencies.
To answer this, the first four steps of the APOA method was conducted on a transfer operation, in collaboration with an anonymous company. The data collection was based on a document analysis, observation and interviews as well as task and error analyses of the findings. The document analysis, observation and interviews created the foundation for the task identification of the process. An important part of the task identification is the ranking of the respective task criticality. It also decided which tasks that were to be reviewed in a coarse and detailed task- and error analysis.
The study shows that transfer procedures including the training and safety critical design of the facility, is crucial for the quality of transfer operations of hazardous substances. The uncertainty with respect to the procedures and the facility's ability to handle unforeseen events could have a large impact on the underlying risk connected to a specific facility. Hence, it is important that risk analyses of facilities that conduct transfers of hazardous substances use methods that enlightens the facility's unique attributes. Additionally, the study shows that how the operation is conducted is a deterministic factor for the possibility of unforeseen events. For the specific facility, the potential for events are uncertain because the execution is not in accordance to the design of the facility.
Risk analyses and risk models will potentially be greatly improved if the method includes assessments of procedures and task analyses in some level. This can be achieved by the model including descriptions of specific factors that needs to be addressed as a part of the analysis. It can include factors related to human factors such as training and practice, and technical such as overfill protection, gas alarms etc. It is not certain that full worthy task analyses in accordance to APOA is necessary. However, the study shows that the risk analysis should address central elements in human factors and technical solutions
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
