    INTERPRETASI PRICE EARNING RATIO DALAM PENILAIAN SAHAM SAHAM BLUE CHIPS DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

    Indonesian government gives obvious support for a progress of The Indonesian capital market because one of indicators that show a growth of Indonesian economy is a progress of capital market. Share is an object of investment, it has various characteristics that can be chosen by investors, one of them is Blue Chips share . So the research is needed for the Blue Chips shares by considering five variables to determine its value and the fairness of the value can be revealed as well. The purpose of this research is to know the valuation of share with price earning ratio approach (PER). The object of this research is a firm that include in the index valuation LQ 45 and known as a big, capable, and stable firm. So the result is not applicable for the firms that do not use Blue Chips. The population is 45 firms and 30 firms  that use Purposive Sampling for the year 2006-2011 are taken as sample. Multiple Regression is used as model analysis. Clasical assumption test: BLUE has been done before, the prediction result is profit growth, dividend payout ratio, profit growth standard deviation, financial leverage, and return on equity can be analized. The analysis result shows : 1) partially there are two variables that has real impact on price earning ratio variability, and simultaneously all explanatory variables are influential ; 2) Financial leverage is explanatory variables that has the most influence on price earning ratio ; 3) The Blue Chips share in Indonesian Stock Exchange has not showed fair result based on Price Earning Ratio (PER) analysis. Other researchers can develop another variables besides those variables, because there is still 77% factors that can influence the Price Earning Ratio on this research.Key Word :  The Blue Chip Shares,  Fundamental Factor, Price Earning Ratio , The Indonesian Stock   Exchange  ÂÂ

    Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Berdasarkan Metode economic value added (EVA) Pada PT. Surya Citra Media. Tbk

    This study aims to measure and find out financial performance at PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) for the period 2016 - 2020. This study uses this research using descriptive analysis method which aims to provide an overview of the actual financial performance of the company, where data collected, compiled, then analyzed and explained with existing theories and finally make conclusions and suggestions. Descriptive analysis method used in this study to describe in general PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk, by describing the results of the analysis conducted in this study. The design of this study is to use a qualitative approach, where with this approach the author seeks to understand the analysis of financial performance using EVA methods. The conclusion of this study shows that the financial performance of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk based on the analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA) from 2016 to 2020 is not good, where the value of EVA <0, ie for five consecutive years the company EVA shows a negative value. In 2016 the value of EVA - Rp. 788,228,366 and in 2017 the value of EVA again decreased significantly by -Rp. 2,101,912,330 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 1,237,933,617 and decreased in 2019 to a figure of -Rp. 1,148,156,021 and in 2020 it fell to -Rp. 749,755,182. It is recommended for companies to increase EVA each year to reach a positive value by reducing or reducing the cost of capital while negotiating interest rates.   &nbsp

    This research is engaged in printing. This printing company before the Covid-19 pandemic was in conditions that generated optimal profits. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic make company profits always decline. This is closely related to the cost behavior and break-even of multiple products in planning short-term profits. The population used in this study is the cost behavior and break-even of multi-products in the short-term profit planner in 2020. The sampling used is purposive sampling. The type and design of the research is descriptive research. Based on the results of the research, the company has not implemented the concept of cost behavior which separates variable costs and fixed costs with the income statement in the multi-product breakeven calculation has not been prepared by variable costing. The conclusion from this study states that companies must apply the concept of cost behavior that separates fixed costs and variable costs. And applying the multi-product breakeven guidelines as a tool in sales revenue for product orders can determine short-term profit.Keywords : Cost Behavior, Multi-Product Break-even, Short-Term Profit     Plannin

    The research aims to find out whether Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) affects both partial and simultaneous to the stock price of the Manufacturing Company with Pharmaceutical sub sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is the Manufacturing Company with Pharmaceuticals Sub Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021 amounted 12 companies. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so based on these criteria,the sample is 8 companies from 2015 to 2018.Following the analysis of multiple Linear Regression, also normality test, classic test, as well as hypotheses test both partially and simultaneously, the result is that the variable Return on Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) significantly affect the Stock Price of Manufacturing Corporation of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. As a consideration for investors who will invest in stocks can observe the company's financial performance first, one of which is through analysis of financial statements. Thus it can maximize the benefits and minimize the risk in investing. Investor who will invest in stock should consider stock price because It is one of success indicator for company in managing its business

    Nias Traditional Ceremonies in J. A. Sonjaya’s Novel Manusia Langit

    This research contains an analysis of Nias traditional ceremonies in the novel Manusia Langit by J.A. Sonjaya. To reveal the traditional ceremonies of Nias people depicted in the novel Manusia Langit, and see what the views were put to the author of the novel, the author uses the sociological approach of literature. Through a sociological approach of literature, it is seen that people of Nias in the novel have a high trust in ancestors, and the myths in society. The study is analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. The theory used to analyse the data in this research is that of Sonjaya (2008). The findings show that Nias people can be observed from Banuaha public trust in ancestors and the origins of their ancestors.     6th International Conference on Smart City Applications -- 27 October 2021 through 29 October 2021 -- Safranbolu -- 175815In this study, PM10 values from the air quality monitoring station in Izmir was evaluated. 9 stations could be used in this study, since PM10 data are suitable to evaluate for the years 2020-2019-2018. The 4-season and annual PM10 distribution map for 3 years was prepared using ArcGIS. The benefits of these maps to city managers in the smart city application were expressed. In addition, PM10 data of 9 stations were evaluated according to legal limit values. It was determined that AliaAa and Gaziemir stations exceeded the limit values more than other stations. It has been observed that different sources of air pollution such as industry, traffic and heating affect different districts. When the number of days exceeding the limit value and the number of days without measurement are evaluated together, it is seen that the limit values are exceeded by all stations. © Author(s) 2021.
