    FeNi-LDH Intercalation for Suppressing the Self-Discharge of the VB<sub>2</sub>–Air Battery

    The VB2–air battery is currently known for its highest theoretical specific capacity, up to 4060 mA h g–1. This together with the excellent environmental compatibility and high security endues with promising application prospects for the battery. However, the self-discharge of the anode caused by hydrogen evolution corrosion results in a severe capacity loss during discharge. In this work, we studied the FeNi-LDH intercalation for suppressing the self-discharge of the VB2–air battery. We adopt the vertical FeNi-LDH arrays to modify VB2 particles. Hydroxyl ions participating in the discharge reaction are transported along adsorbed water molecules and hydroxide host layers through a rapid hydrogen bond formation and cleavage to the VB2 surface, while the depolarizer hydrogen ions are isolated. The hydrogen evolution corrosion on the VB2 anode is effectively suppressed. As a result, the discharge specific capacity of the battery is increased by 700 mA h g–1

    Although most metal–organic coordination materials are promising materials used as templates to develop highly efficient electrocatalysts via pyrolysis in situ, few studies have explored the use of these materials for direct catalysis of oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Herein, inspired by the natural synthesis and the inherent properties of metal–organic coordination materials, the FeNi–tannic acid coordination crystal was in situ grown on Ni foam ((FeNi)–Tan/NF) to directly catalyze the OER. It was found that (FeNi)–Tan/NF exhibited predominant OER activity, which required a low overpotential of 208 mV to reach a current density of 50 mA·cm–2 under a small Tafel slope of 33.5 mV·dec–1, and it possessed robust stability. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations demonstrated that the active site change from Ni in Ni–Tan to the Fe atom in (FeNi)–Tan may provide a more favorable OER catalytic route. This application of such polyphenol coordination materials is promising for stimulating the exploration of functional metal–organic coordination materials toward applications in the energy conversion field

    The subject of this study is the Feni River Closure Dam in Bangladesh, which was designed in 1983 and subsequently built in 1985. In this final report the influence is analyzed of advanced design methods, which have become available since 1983, on the geometric dam profile and sea side slope protection. For this purpose the Feni dam was redesigned using these advanced design techniques. First the methods used for the original design were analyzed, with regard to the geometric profile and sea side slope protection. Subsequently the Feni dam was redesigned, using advanced design methods and considering the afore mentioned items. Contrary to the original design, the distinction between monsoon and cyclone conditions was made, because of the different character of both hydraulic situations. As a result of the closure of the Feni river by means of the Feni dam, a huge area downstream of the dam has accreted. The geometric redesign and structural redesign of the slope protection was carried out twice: With and without accretion influence. In this way, the influence of a hypothetical method to predict the morphological process, which was not available at the time the original design was originally made, is demonstrated. In order to derive the hydraulic loading conditions first the water levels were analyzed. The influence of the accretion process on the water levels near the dam was assumed to be zero. By analyzing gauge readings near the dam site, a probability distribution for water levels during monsoon conditions was derived. The probability distribution of water levels for cyclone conditions was obtained by means of a numerical storm surge model. After calibrating this model, 40 synthetic situations were derived, of which the probability of occurrence could be derived from the meteorological cyclone record since 1900. By computing the maximum water levels for these 40 situations and by means of relations between gauge stations the probability distribution for cyclone conditions near the Feni dam could be obtained. For the wave climate the influence of the accretion process is not negligible. As no wave observations have been carried out in the neighbourhood of the Feni dam, again a numerical model was used. By means of a wave hindcast model, the wave climate could be estimated during cyclones and monsoon winds and for the two cases: with or without accretion influence. It was found out that the wave height 3 years after closure was about 10 to 20% lower than at the time of closure for the same probability of exceedance.     Permasalahan yang sering pada trimester pertama yaitu perasaan mual muntah akibat kadar estrogen yang meningkat. Mual muntah yang terjadi terus menerus dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi. Muntah yang lebih dari sepuluh kali sehari dan terjadi selama awal pertama kehamilan ini akan berlanjut menjadi Hiperemesis Gravidarum yang menyebabkan tubuh ibu menjadi lemah dan beresiko terhadap kesehatan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Akurpresure Dan Aromaterapi Pappermint Terhadap Emesis Gravidarum Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I Di Pmb Feni Gustina Di Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan melalui studi kasus yang akan dirumuskan dalam SCLR yaitu Penelusuran Rujukan Ilmiah memperoleh konsep teori asuhan Kebidanan berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan studi kasus yaitu studi langsung penerapan kebidanan berdasarkan Evidance Based. Hasil penelitian memiliki katagori yang sama yaitu sebelum diberikan akurpresure dan aromaterapi kedua responden hasil indeks 12 dengan katagori sedang, sedangkan setelah diberikan akurpresure pada ibu hamil dengan nilai indek pada observasi selama satu minggu dengan nilai 11 pada kunjungan kedua, dan nilai 8 pada kunjungan ketiga, sedangkan aromaterapi pappermint setelah diberikan pada ibu hamil nilai 8 pada kunjungan ke 2, dan nilai 6 pada kunjungan ketiga, dari hasil kedua responden menunjukan ada penurunan nilai indeks, Namun terdapat perbedaan nilai indeks pada kedua responden yaitu pada penurunan intensitas mual dan muntah dengan perhitungan menggunakan PUQE (Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emessis). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Akurpresure dan Aromaterapi Pappermint dapat berpengaruh dalam menurunkan mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil trimester pertama di PMB Bd Feni Gustina dikabupaten pandeglang tahun 2024
