Evaluation of the RONA, a.s.
No full textDiplomová práce je zaměřená na odhad hodnoty podniku RONA, a.s. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz a mezivýpočtů jsou založené na reálných datech z trhu, proto výsledná odhadovaná hodnota firmy reprezentuje její tržní hodnotu a je určena k datu 1.1.2013. Ocenění je stanoveno na úrovni brutto nebo entity, je tedy určeno pro vlastníky a věřitele společnosti. Samotná práce má formu znaleckého posudku, jehož obsahem jsou základní informace o oceňované společnosti, strategická analýza, která mapuje situaci na vymezeném trhu, tak i postavení firmy v jejím konkurenčním prostředí. Následně je vypracována finanční analýza, která hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku. Z analýzy a prognózy generátorů hodnoty je sestaven finanční plán. Pro odhad je aplikována výnosová metoda DCF APV a metoda tržního srovnání, konkrétně srovnání pomocí odvětvových multiplikátorů. Výsledná hodnota je kombinací výsledků obou aplikovaných metod.The Master thesis is focused on the evaluation the RONA, a.s.,(Joint-stock company). The results of the analysis and partial calculations are based on real market data, thus resulting estimated value of the company represents its market value and is determined by the date of 1 January 2013. The evaluation is determined by entity basis, and therefore it is targeted for stakeholders. The master thesis has a form of the expert's statement including the basic information about the evaluated company, strategic analysis mapping the situation on the defined market, as well as the position of the company in its competitive environment. Furthermore, the author prepared a financial analysis evaluating the financial health and status of the business. The financial plan is based on the analysis and forecast of the value generators. The author has applied methods of the DCF APV and market-based method for the actual evaluation, specifically a comparison by the industry multipliers. Thus, the resulting estimated value is a combination of the results of both methods applied.Diplomová práca je zameraná na odhad hodnoty podniku RONA, a.s. No full textHet “Vergelijkend onderzoek zetstenen voor dijken” is aan Deltares opgedragen door Rijkswaterstaat WVL, namens het Projectbureau Zeeweringen, het Project Afsluitdijk, het Corporate innovatieprogramma van RWS, de drie noordelijke waterschappen (Wetterskip Fryslân, Waterschap Noorderzijlvest en Waterschap Hunze en Aa’s, in het kader van een Projectoverstijgende Verkenning Waddenzeedijken van HWBP) en meerdere marktpartijen. Het doel van het onderzoek is het vaststellen van de stabiliteit bij golfaanval van een aantal moderne type steenzettingen voor toepassing op primaire waterkeringen in Nederland. Daarnaast wordt van enkele typen steenzettingen ook de golfoploopremmende werking gemeten. Het in dit rapport beschreven deel van het onderzoek betreft de stabiliteit van zetstenen van het type RONA®Taille. De daartoe uitgevoerde proeven zijn in dit rapport beschreven en geanalyseerd. Tevens zijn enkele proeven uitgevoerd voor het bepalen van de golfoploopreducerende werking van deze steenzetting. Deze golfoploopproeven zijn niet in het onderhavige rapport beschreven en geanalyseerd, maar in Van Steeg (2015). Altena Inframaterialen participeert als marktpartij in het onderzoek naar de stabiliteit van RONA®Taille. Om de stabiliteit van RONA®Taille bij golfaanval te bepalen, is grootschalig modelonderzoek uitgevoerd in de Deltagoot van Deltares. De schaal van dit onderzoek was 1:2. Alle maten die in dit rapport zijn gerapporteerd, betreffen waarden op modelschaal, dus zoals aanwezig in de Deltagoot, tenzij nadrukkelijk anders is vermeld. De beproefde steenzetting had een toplaagdikte van 15 cm. Onder de RONA®Taille was een filterlaag aangebracht van steenslag met daaronder geotextiel. De steenzetting is achtereenvolgens beproefd met de volgende proevenseries: • Series 1 en 2: de eerste twee series (series 1 en 2) bestonden uit korteduurproeven. Per serie met korteduurproeven is de brekerparameter gelijk gehouden. De proeven van serie 1 zijn uitgevoerd met een kleine golfsteilheid (lange golven), de proeven van serie 2 met een grote golfsteilheid (korte golven). De golfhoogte is na elke proef (circa 1000 golven) verhoogd totdat schade optrad. • Serie 1-gedraaid: omdat tijdens serie 1 en 2 relatief snel schade ontstond, is besloten serie 1 te herhalen, maar nu met 180 graden gedraaide zuiltjes (om de denkbeeldige as loodrecht op het talud) in de testsectie. Deze serie is in dit rapport aangeduid als “serie 1-gedraaid”. Omdat opnieuw relatief snel schade ontstond, en omdat gedraaide zuiltjes de golfoploop naar verwachting minder goed reduceren dan niet-gedraaide zuiltjes, zijn de zuiltjes na deze serie weer teruggedraaid in hun oude positie. De resultaten van deze proevenserie zijn uiteindelijk niet gebruikt voor het bepalen van de stabiliteitsfactor. • Golfoploopproeven: vervolgens is een serie golfoploopproeven uitgevoerd. Het doel van deze proeven is het bepalen van de golfoploopreductiecoëfficiënt. • Serie 3: de laatste serie (serie 3) bestond uit een langeduurproef, met gelijkblijvende golfcondities. Deze serie is voortgezet totdat schade ontstond. De stabiliteitsfactor is bepaald op basis van de proevenseries 1, 2 en 3. De stabiliteitsfactor voor RONA®Taille is: fstab = 0,89. This research using analitycal survey with cross sectional design. The sample in this research are the old people who lives in panti tresna werdha “ILOMATA” Gorontalo city. The data collecting by guestionary and chi square as data analyzes. This research found : (1) has influences the illness response to insomnia p=0,002, it means value more less from value of p=0,005. (2). This research has influences between environment of people toward to insomnia with result of p=0,006 it means more less from p value =0,005 (3). Has influences between insomnia and desperation toward ages and life style result of p=0,004 it means more less from p=0,005 (4) there is has not influences of ages and life style to insomnia with p result more than p value =0,005. The conclusion of this research is the illness response, environment, and desperation of old people has significant influences toward insomnia, in other hand ages and life style has not significant influences toward insomnia. The researcher has several suggestion to the keeper of that panti tresna werdha for give more attention to the old people who lives there, and for the department who has responsibility of this case for giving the seminars about the quality live of the old people

Management of data using SPSS for windows version 16.0 statistical test Chi Square and presented in tabular and narrative. The results showed that p-value = 0.000 value smaller than the value of α = 0.05 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship of knowledge with malaria prevention behaviors

Get PDFProgram Jampersal merupakan Program Pemerintah untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB sesuai dengan target MDG’s, dengan harapan meningkatkan cakupan pemeriksaan kehamilan, pertolongan persalinan dan pelayanan nifas ibu oleh tenaga kesehatan, meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan bayi baru lahir oleh tenaga kesehatan, meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan KB pasca persalinan, meningkatkan cakupan penanganan komplikasi ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal) di Wilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui focus group discussion (FGD) dan Indepth Interview (Wawancara Mendalam). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap ibu bersalin yang menggunakan jampersal, ibu bersalin yang tidak menggunakan jampersal, bidan yang terlibat dalam pelayanan Jampersal, dan kepala bagian Promosi Kesehatan/Pengelola program Jampesal Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu bersalin merasakan kepuasan pada saat bersalin program Jampersal di bidan NP dan RD. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan bidan Desa dan Bidan Praktek Swasta (BPS) yang berjumlah 10 orang, 8 bidan telah termotivasi dan telah melaksanakan program jampersal yang merupakan program pemerintah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Bagian Promosi Kesehatan/pengelola program jampersal di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gorontalo mengatakan bahwa Program Jampersal merupakan Program Pemerintah Kesehatan Nomor 2562/MENKES/PER/XII/2011 yang diciptakan oleh pemerintah sebagai bentuk dari tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dibidang kesehatan Untuk mencapai program MDGs Point ke-4 dan ke-5. Dinas Kesehatan perlu melakukan suatu supervisi sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pengarahan dalam pelaksanaan Jampersal kepada bidan sekaligus mendengarkan keluhan tentang maslah pelaksanaan jampersal dan memberikan petunjuk serta saran dalam mengatasi masalah.
