PERASAAN KETIDAKBERDAYAAN DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN ULKUS DIABETIK
No full textABSTRAKMenderita penyakit kronik membuat individu merasakan perasaan ketidakberdayaan, yang dapat mengurangi rasa percaya diri pasien dalam pengobatan, sehingga berdampak terhadap kualitas hidup, termasuk pada pasien ulkus diabetik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perasaan ketidakberdayaan dengan kualitas hidup pasien ulkus diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah descriptive correlative dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Responden sebanyak 66 pasien ulkus diabetik dengan grade II-V menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terpimpin menggunakan kuesioner baku The Powerlessness Assessment Tool for Adult Patient dan kualitas hidup dari WHOQOL-BREF 2012. Analisa data menggunakan Chi Square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perasaan ketidakberdayaan berada pada kategori berat dengan jumlah 42 responden (63,6%) dan kualitas hidup pasien berada pada kategori kurang dengan jumlah 34 responden (97,1%). Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai P-Value=0,00, berarti terdapat hubungan antara perasaan ketidakberdayaan dengan kualitas hidup pasien ulkus diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Diharapkan kepada perawat agar memberikan dukungan mental, informasi, serta pendidikan kesehatan kepada pasien sehingga perasaan ketidakberdayaan dapat berkurang dan pasien optimis dalam penyembuhan luka serta pasien mempersepsikan kualitas hidupnya menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci: Perasaan ketidakberdayaan, kualitas hidup, ulkus diabetik ABSTRACTSuffering from a chronic desease will make people feel helpless. Feelings of powerlessness can reduce the patients confidence in the treatment, so that it brings impact to the quality of life, including diabetic ulcers. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between feelings of powerlessness with the quality of life of diabetic ulcer patients in Endocrine Polyclinic of dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital of Banda Aceh. The type of this study was a descriptive correlational study with cross-sectional study desain. The respondents were 66 diabetic ulcer patients with grade II-V optained by using purposive sampling method. The questionnaires were standardized questionnaires that is Powerlessness Assessment Tool for Adult Patient and quality of life from whoqol-breef 2012. The result showed that the feeling of powerlessness was in the severe category with 42 respondents (63,6%) and the quality of life of the patients was in category with 34 people (97,1%). The result of data processing showed that P-Value=0.00, which meant there was arelationship between feelings of powerlessness and quality of lifeof the patients in Endocrine Polyclinic of dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital of Banda Aceh. The nurses are expected to provide mental support, information support, and health education to the patients so that the feelings of helpessness of the patients can be reduced, and the patients will have optimism in wound healing, and they can perceive their quality of life much better. XYZ University in Indonesia, as an educational institution, is not immune to this shift. To stay competitive and efficient, the university aims to implement fundamental principles of coordination and integration within its internal structure and with external partners. A central goal of XYZ University’s digital transformation efforts is to streamline its business processes and bolster its cybersecurity framework. These initiatives are critical to the university’s broader strategy of developing a robust Enterprise Architecture (EA). This research focuses on the Academic Directorate and addresses three fundamental domains: business processes, data and information management, and application systems. By concentrating on these areas, the research aims to develop an EA blueprint to provide a comprehensive framework for enhancing the university’s digital capabilities. This blueprint is intended to serve as a strategic solution for integrating information systems, ensuring smooth data flow across departments, and improving the overall efficiency of business processes within the institution. It will help XYZ University achieve its digital transformation goals in the long term, leading to better coordination, more robust security, and higher operational efficiency

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebermanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Kemudahan Penggunaan Teknologi dan Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap Penggunaan E-filing. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam peneltian ini adalah dekriptif kuantitaif. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Hasil perhitungann uji hipotesis pada kebermanfaatan teknologi informasi diperoleh hasil sig. = 0,000 0,025 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh negatif terhadap penggunaan e-filing, sehingga hipotesis ketiga ditolak.

The purpose of this study are (a) To know the types of code switching on the vocabulary used in teaching and learning of the beginner learners at BEC (Brilliant English Course) Randublatung. (b) To know the changes of vocabulary test scores of the beginner learners at BEC (Brilliant English Course) Randublatung. This research descriptive quantitative research. The subject of the study is the teacher of basic students of BEC (Brilliant English Course). An observation are used to collect data.
The study found three types of code switching used in vocabulary teaching and learning, namely inter sentential code switching (19 utterances), iconic code switching (18 utterances), and establishing continuity switches three (3 utterances) with the exchange of 3 language used namely Indonesian, Javanese, and English. The contribution of code switching to the change in students' vocabulary test performance. This can be seen in three tests given by the teacher, which are detailed below. The student's first vocabulary test yielded an average score of 68.33, followed by 74.04 on the second test and 82.61 on the third.

PENGARUH KONSENTRASI KARAGENAN DAN PEKTIN TERHADAP KUALITAS GEL PENGHARUM RUANGAN BERBAHAN BAKU MINYAK ATSIRI BATANG SERAI DAPUR
Full text linkThis research is a test of air freshener gel with gel-forming ingredients, namely carrageenan and pectin and adding natural fragrance ingredients, kitchen lemongrass stem essential oil. The research aims to see the quality of carrageenan and pectin concentrations which play a role in the preparation base for air freshener gel, determine the best concentration of kitchen lemongrass stem essential oil for use as room freshener gel and determine the best liquid evaporation rate in air freshener gel under various room conditions. The type of research used was experimental RAL (Completely Randomized Design). Data collection techniques use testing and observation. The results of the research show (1) the quality of the concentration of carrageenan and pectin used for the air freshener gel base is the best ratio, namely at 90:10 with the properties of the gel being elastic, supple, not easily destroyed and having the lowest syneresis; (2) a 4% concentration of lemongrass stem essential oil is the most preferred; (3) essential oil of kitchen lemongrass stems concentration of 4% as an air freshener gel with the greatest evaporation of the liquid in the gel placed in a room with a fan
