1. WAHYU FEBRIANTO beralamat di Jl. Perjuangan no. 25 dalam hal ini bertindak untuk dan atas nama diri sendiri yang selanjutnya disebut Pihak Pertama.
2. DICKY PRASETYA beralamat di Jl. Perintis no. 3 dalam hal ini bertindak untuk dan atas nama sendiri disebut Pihak Kedua.
Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua menerangkan terlebih dahulu:
1. Bahwa Pihak Pertama memiliki sebidang tanah dengan sertifikat hak milik seluas 2000 meter persegi sebagaimana tercatat dalam Sertifikat Hak Milik Nomor 008/2020 Kelurahan Pulo Brayan, Kecamatan Medan Barat, Kota Medan.
2. Bahwa Pihak Pertama bermaksud menyewakan tanah tersebut di atas kepada Pihak Kedua.
3. Bahwa Tanah tersebut saat perjanjian ini ditandatangani dalam keadaan kosong dan tidak ada pihak lain yang menempati dan menggunakannya.
4. Bahwa Pihak Kedua telah menyatakan persetujuannya untuk menyewa Tanah milik Pihak Pertama tersebut.
Sehubungan dengan keterangan-keterangan tersebut di atas, dengan ini Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua menyatakan mengikatkan diri dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa ini dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan sebagai berikut: Pasal 1
JANGKA WAKTU
1. Jangka waktu sewa-menyewanya tanah ini untuk 2 tahun terhitung sejak tanggal 12 Juni 2020 dan berakhir pada tanggal 12 Juni 2022.
2. Perjanjian sewa-menyewa ini dapat diperpanjang atas persetujuan Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua dengan syarat-syarat serta ketentuan-ketentuan yang akan ditentukan kmudian.
Pasal 2
HARGA SEWA
Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua sepakat bahwa harga sewa tanah ditetapkan sebesar Rp. 10.000.000 per tahun atau Rp, 20.000.000 untuk keseluruhan jangka waktu sewa

(E) Isi : Menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 1992 tentang Kesehatan, obat-obatan yang beredar di pasaran Indonesia harus dilengkapi dengan izin edar dari Departemen Kesehatan. Namun, Obat-obatan tanpa izin edar dari Departemen Kesehatan sering ditemukan di pasaran Indonesia. Mengapa peredaran obat tanpa izin di Indonesia terbilang marak ? Penulis meneliti masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum analitis normative. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa maraknya pengedaran obat tanpa izin di Indonesia disebabkan karena kurang seriusnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Kesehatan, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, serta Badan Bea dan Cukai; kurang terkoordinasinya kerjasama diantara Departemen Kesehatan, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, serta Badan Bea dan Cukai dalam menangani peredaran obat tanpa izin; dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap obat tanpa izin. Sebaiknya, Departemen Kesehatan dan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan bersama dengan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia serta Badan Bea dan Cukai harus melakukan pengawasan terhadap peredaran obat tanpa izin dengan lebih serius, juga harus bekerjasama dengan lebih terkoordinasi dalam menangani peredaran obat tanpa izin di Indonesia. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap obat tanpa izin juga harus dibangun dan dibina dengan baik, supaya masyarakat Indonesia lebih bijaksana dalam memilih, membeli, dan mengkonsumsi obat. One of the YouTube content creators named Dwi Febrianto who presents content in the form of gameplay from one of the heroes in the Mobile Legends game. The purpose of this study is to explain the personal branding of dwi febrianto in the Mobile Legends game. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by focusing on knowing the form of Dwi Febrianto's personal branding through his YouTube account. Supported by Peter Montoya's eight Personal Branding concepts. The collection technique used documentation. The results of the study show that Dwi Febrianto's personal branding fulfills the eight main concepts, namely Specialization, Leadership, Personality, Difference, Visible, Unity, Firmness, Good name

Increasing time and time, the level of crime that is happening is
getting higher, this makes people more watchful for existing criminal acts,
with the development of technology nowadays people who see crime can
more easily contact the police, but if we ourselves who experienced
criminal acts there is no chance to contact anyone.
By utilizing mobile technology and services with Android platforms,
such as GPS, and SMS, the author makes the application "Touch For
Safe" to Anticipate Android-based Crime Actions, this application is
created using Android Studio, the application utilizes GPS (Global Position
System) and SMS facilities (Short Message Service) to retrieve
coordinates and send these coordinates to a list of contacts that have
been entered via SMS (Short Message Service).
This application also functions to record the sound that occurs
when the button is pressed, voice recording will be evidence of criminality
that occurred. The last feature of this application will lock the screen
automatically. From some respondents who filled out the questionnaire, it
can be concluded that 95% of respondents feel calm after installing this
application.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
