The process of establishing a company or finding new markets is a definition of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial principles that I have joined have taught me to work from scratch as somebody who is developing a company concept. In this topic I had several features, including motivation, creativity, practicality, versatility, business competence, drive, vision, flexibility, and decision-making.
Development of entrepreneurship is the process to improve business abilities. Training programmes such as entrepreneurship courses and online lessons enable people to learn about various needs to succeed as an entrepreneur, including the conduct of an analysis of opportunities, the development of a business plan, the start-up of a small business, financing for start-up, and business scaling. A business contractor should be fundamentally aware of business abilities including accounting and finance, marketing, and strategic management.
Dovell, the waxing product has taken all over Malaysia to be selling the product. Both seller of Dovell and customer who buy the product are receiving their benefits. To illustrate, seller of Dovell have making profits in selling the waxing product that has manufactured and sell for one set of waxing product include waxing kit that concurrently providing benefits for the customers who buys it. I join with one team that has been a Dovell agent and I be one of their dropshipper. Since I have been one of their dropshipper, I do not require to hold any stocks and do inventory. Therefore, the business that we choose is to sell chocolate jars and cookies under the brand KOCIMELTS. We started as a dropship. This type of product is very easy to sell. The reason we choose this kind of business is because, as we can see it has a very high demand in this common era. This business was registered on 1st October 2021 and commenced on 1st January 2022. The ownership of this business is a partnership. Kocimelts Penang is operated and managed by the two of us: Fatin Sahira Binti Mat Rosli and Nur Haiza Alyssa Binti Abdul Wahab. Before we started our business, we managed to registered with Go-Ecommerce Registration, Masmed Young Entrepreneur (MyENT) and SSM Registration Partnership. As a business partner must put our hands together to make sure our chocolate jars and cookies edition become the favourite snacks-to-go for all people.
Other than that, we are also using social media which is Facebook as the main platform to promote and market the product. In social media, people will know the existence of the products, list of prices, benefits of the products and other information about the products. Today, social media has become a very useful and effective way for online entrepreneurs. We are using social media to achieve our goals which is attracting more customers to try out these chocolate jars and cookies. At the same time, it will increase the demand and profit of our product, from time to time we need to identify our target market. Customers of our business are usually focused on many people from different ages such as kids to adults who love chocolate so much.
Lastly, the products will make people fall in love because of the packaging itself. We also offer a variety of flavourings and affordable prices to the customers. In order to make a better and improved product, we should analyse our competitors first then we can be able to compete with them. We believe our products are better and have premium ingredients than other competitors

Many people need professional assistance in accounting, auditing, taxes, and company secretarial work. We can obtain these four services at the Green Team Consultant. The firm is located at 2770-A, Jalan Changkat Permata, Taman Permata, 53300, Setapak, WP Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. My practical training provided me with invaluable hands-on experience that I would not have had the chance to gain otherwise. In this report, I have explained the job scope of accounting. This training also broadened my awareness of job requirements. Workplace theory differs from classroom theory. Furthermore, my skills and attitude have improved through this practical training. Talking to individuals of all ages and professions improved my social skills. I spoke to my supervisor and coworkers daily throughout practical training. I also met with the firm's top executives. Working in a genuine firm helped me develop functional and soft skills. Studying new accounting software, such as QuickBooks Pro and UBS Accounting Windows Versions, has been an excellent experience. I believe my computer skills, interpersonal relationships, communication, and self-management skills would all gain immensely through this fieldwork. I will definitely utilize all the knowledge and experience from this practical training in the future. This report also contains the Green Team Consultant's SWOT analysis to identify the internal and external factors affecting this firm. The elaborations in the SWOT analysis will help us understand how to build on strengths, minimize weaknesses, seize opportunities, and counteract threats
