Progress Process, Existing Barriers And The Presentation Of Solutions For Modification And Attraction Of Private Sector Investment In Developing Non-Governmental Schools In Iran
The present study seeks to investigate the obstacles to the participation and expansion of private sector\u27s activities in education. This paper has been prepared having following aims in the mind: "how the existing status of nongovernmental schools in Iran", "identifying barriers to attracting private sector investment in school”™s Non-governmental organizations in the country "and" prioritizing appropriate strategies for attracting private sector investment in these schools ". This paper sums up research findings. The statistical population of this study is all the founders and managers of nongovernmental schools, these school\u27s students, their parents, as well as all experts and pundits in this field. The statistical sample of the study have been selected based on random sampling in six provinces. The results of the study show that the human resources, space condition and facilities of non-governmental schools in the sample were appropriate. Non-governmental schools cover more than 9 percent of all the students of the country
Developing a model to identify the relationship between brand equity and brand preference by customers
Both the customer and organization are using advantages of brand .When these consumers use a brand and experience it, they feel more comfortable with and will be eager to use that again. Trade names are the information about product’s quality, performance and its other aspects. Brands lead customers to incur less risk. Branding gives meaning to their owners and can be considered as part of their wealth. Brand is a key concept in marketing circles, it can be used as a springboard which take your business forward successfully and give you a competitive advantage. Therefore, due to the importance of the brand and its effect on client’s marketing and branding, this paper evaluates the effect of brand equity on brand preference by customers. Conceptual framework in designing the current study is based on "Acker” study and brand equity dimensions including brand loyalty, perceived quality, brand awareness, image brand, brand popularity, brand uniqueness. This model considers the impact of the brand equity dimension on brand preference. According to this model, six hypotheses have been proposed. The study population included 83 managers and marketing experts of Iran’s "Saderat Bank". A questionnaire was used to collect data. Its reliability and validity has been confirmed. The binomial and Friedman test was used for analyzing data and rating scale. According to the results, five hypotheses were confirmed and one was rejected. It is concluded that brand popularity has the greatest impact on brand preference and brand loyalty has a minimal impact on brand preference by customers

A Study on the Plan of Human Resource Organization and Management in the Ministry of Education in Iran
Providing the plan for human resource organization and management is one of the acts done over the recent years in order to improve human resource condition in the ministry of education. In this research, the assessment of organization plan in different aspects and regarding its main performers’ opinions- the general managers of the provinces and the heads of educational regions- has been done. The statistical sample of the plan includes 31 general managers of the education of the provinces, and 330 heads of educational regions consisting of developed regions, semi-developed regions, and underdeveloped regions. The descriptive and inferential indices have been applied as the statistical indices for analyzing the research data. The instrument used is the questionnaire. The research indicates that the general managers and heads of educational regions of the provinces are useful for the organization plan. 22.9% of the managers did not have any problem for performing the plan, however, only 20.8 of then found the assessment valuable. Determining managerial policies for allocating human resource and integrated performance of it for all the regions has been one of the most important strengths of the plan regarding the educational regions heads’ opinions. The general managers of the education department of provinces believed that not paying enough attention to the regional differences are considered as the most important weakness of the plan for human resource organization and management. Then, lack of coordination with provinces for providing the manual of style is considered as the second weakness of the research. They believe that the most important weaknesses of the plan include instability of the plan and weak observation of its performance, not defining the tasks for the human resources, inflexibility of the plan context, reduction of educational quality resulted from high density of classes, low authority of educational regions, and ignoring the needs for human needs
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
