    Education in Indonesia aims to enlighten the nation and develop individual potential. Technological advancements require the education sector to adapt to improve quality. Madrasahs often face various limitations, making innovation and external partnerships essential. The Prodistik at MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong serves as an example of innovation in ICT education, achieving notable accomplishments despite challenges. This study examines the development strategies of Prodistik in enhancing students' skills. There are two main focuses in this study: the Prodistik strategy at MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong in developing students' skill potential and the Prodistik strategy at MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong in enhancing students' achievements. In this study, the author employs a field research approach supported by qualitative methods. This qualitative approach allows for a deeper exploration of the meanings derived from the collected data by analyzing them contextually and constructing meaningful abstractions. Once the data is carefully gathered and classified, it is then examined and analyzed. After the analysis, the findings are written and presented. Data presentation in this research involves a process of data reduction. Data reduction is a crucial step that includes categorization, selection, simplification, and the collection of the most relevant data aligned with the research objectives. The research results show that MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong has successfully developed Prodistik for 12 years within a traditional pesantren environment through various strategies for enhancing students' skill competencies. These strategies include partnerships with local and national institutions to expand access to modern educational resources and the development of an industry-based curriculum. The program implements project-based practical learning, provides adequate technological facilities, and utilizes a digital assessment system for objective and real-time evaluation. Meanwhile, the strategy for student achievement development is carried out holistically by balancing theory and practice, providing intensive mentoring by instructors who also act as facilitators, and recognizing student achievements to boost motivation. Regular evaluations and academic guidance further support students’ readiness for both the job market and higher education. With this comprehensive approach, Prodistik graduates are wellprepared to compete in the ever-evolving technology industry

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang kajian living qur’an yakni tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Ibad Litahfidzil Qur’an. Sebagai santri penghafal Al-Qur’an senantiasa menghadirkan Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan salah satunya dengan melaksanakan khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib yang dilaksanakan setiap akhir bulan hijriyah sebagai sarana murajaah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap: (1) bagaimana sejarah lahirnya dan proses pelaksanaan tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Ibad. (2) bagaimana pemaknaan dari tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib perspektif teori Sosiologi Pengetahuan Karl Mannheim?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam memperoleh data Penulis menggunakan 3 metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer dihasilkan dari observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal atau artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik yang dikaji. Terkait hasil pembahasan dari kajian ini adalah: Pertama, awal sejarah tentang lahirnya tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Ibad berawal dari ijtihad KH. Ahmad Zaini untuk menghidupi sunnah Rasul, kemudian di teruskan oleh putra beliau yakni KH. Abdullah Zaini. Kedua, makna dari tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib berdasarkan teori Sosiologi Pengetahuan Karl Mannheim terbagi menjadi 3 makna, yakni (1) Makna Objektif, tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk taat kepada Pengasuh dan peraturan pondok pesantren. (2) Makna Ekspresif, dari tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib dapat memberikan ketenangan hati, menambah keistiqamahan dalam murajaah, menciptakan rasa aman damai, sebagai obat dari berbagai penyakit hati, dimudahkan segala urusan dan dilancarkan rezeki oleh Allah SWT. (3). Makna Dokumenter, makna yang tersirat, yakni tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an bil ghaib menjadi tradisi yang telah mendarah daging dalam diri santri dan menjadi sebuah kebiasaan yang tidak dapat ditinggalkan ABSTRACT This research discusses the study of the living Qur'an, which is the tradition of khataman Al-Qur'an bil ghaib at Pondok Pesantren Zainul Ibad Litahfidzil Qur'an. As a student who memorizes the Qur'an, he always presents the Qur'an in his life, one of which is by implementing the khataman of the Qur'an bil ghaib which is carried out every end of the Hijri month as a means of murajaah. This research aims to reveal: (1) the early history of the birth of the Al-Qur'an bil ghaib khataman tradition at the Zainul Ibad Islamic Boarding School. (2) what is the meaning of the Al-Qur'an bil ghaib khataman tradition based on Karl Mannheim's Sociology of Knowledge theory? This research is field research using a qualitative approach. In obtaining data, the author used 3 data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources are generated from observations and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained from books, journals or scientific articles that are relevant to the topic being studied. Related to the results of the discussion from this study are: First, the initial history of the birth of the Al-Qur'an bil ghaib khataman tradition at the Zainul Ibad Islamic Boarding School begins with the ijtihad of KH. Ahmad Zaini to carry out the Sunnah of the Prophet, then continued by his son, KH. Abdullah Zaini. Second, the meaning of the tradition of khataman Al-Qur'an bil ghaib based on Karl Mannheim's Sociology of Knowledge theory is divided into 3 meanings, namely (1) Objective Meaning, the tradition of khataman Al-Qur'an bil ghaib is carried out as a form of obedience to the caretaker and regulations of the Islamic boarding school . (2) Expressive meaning, from the tradition of khataman Al-Qur'an bil ghaib, it can provide peace of mind, increase istiqamah in murajaah, create a sense of peaceful security, as a medicine for various heart ailments, make all matters easier and provide sustenance by Allah SWT. (3). The meaning of the documentary, the implied meaning, is that the tradition of reciting the Al-Qur'an bil ghaiba is a tradition that has become ingrained in the santri and has become a habit that cannot be abandoned. مستخلص البحث يناقش هذا البحث دراسة القرآن الحي، وهو تقليد خاتم القرآن بالغيب في معهد زين العباد لتحفيظ القرأن. باعتباره السنتري الذي يحفظ القرآن، فهو يقدم القرآن دائمًا في حياته، أحدها هو تنفيذ ختم القرآن بالغيب الذي يتم تنفيذه في كل نهاية الشهر الهجري كوسيلة مراجعة. الهدف من هذا البحث هو الكشف عن: (1) التاريخ المبكر لميلاد تقليد القرآن بالغيب خاتمان في مدرسة زين العباد الإسلامية. (2) ما معنى تقليد القرآن بالغيب ختمان المبني على نظرية علم اجتماع المعرفة لكارل مانهايم؟ هذا البحث هو بحث ميداني باستخدام المنهج النوعي. وفي الحصول على البيانات، استخدم المؤلف ثلاث طرق لجمع البيانات، وهي الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. يتم إنشاء مصادر البيانات الأولية من الملاحظات والمقابلات. وفي الوقت نفسه، يتم الحصول على مصادر البيانات الثانوية من الكتب أو المجلات أو المقالات العلمية ذات الصلة بالموضوع قيد الدراسة. فيما يتعلق بنتائج المناقشة من هذه الدراسة هي: أولاً، التاريخ الأولي لميلاد تقليد القرآن بالغيب خاتمان في مدرسة زين العباد الإسلامية الداخلية يبدأ باجتهاد. أحمد الزيني لتنفيذ سنة النبي، ثم واصله ابنه. عبدالله زيني. ثانياً: ينقسم معنى تقليد ختم القرآن بالغيب استناداً إلى نظرية علم اجتماع المعرفة لكارل مانهايم إلى 3 معان وهي (1) المعنى الموضوعي، ويحمل تقليد ختم القرآن بالغيب الخروج كشكل من أشكال طاعة مقدمي الرعاية وقواعد المدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية. (2) المعنى المعبر، من حديث ختم القرآن بالغيب، يمكن أن يبعث في النفس راحة البال، ويزيد الاستقامة في المراجع، ويخلق الشعور بالأمان الهادئ، وكدواء لمختلف أمراض القلب، وييسر الأمور كلها. وتوفير الرزق من الله سبحانه وتعالى.     The research is done to (a ) get a clear view about The influence of regions own goods management facet that settlement which consists of book keeping, stocktaking, and reporting to securing region asset, (b ) calculate the effect of book keeping, stocktaking, and reporting to region assets security (c) ) give some advices which may assist the government in solving its problems especially the discussed problem, that is the regions own goods management facet that settlement which consists of bookkeeping, stocktaking, and reporting to securing region assets . In composing this skripsi, the author use associative causal research design. Sampling method used by the author is simple random sampling. Data types used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collecting technique is documentary and survey, and the data processing is done with supporting tools for statistic program. Classic Assumption Testing used by the author including normality test, multicolinearity test, and heterokedastisitas test. While the research model used by the author is Double Linear Regression statistic analysis, and the hypothesis testing is done with stimulant significance test, partial significance test, dan determinant coefficient. The author has analyzed and evaluated the influence of regions own goods management facet that settlement which consists of (a) stocktaking, bookkeeping, and reporting simultaneously have a positive effectbut not significant effect to the securing of region asset (b) partially the stocktaking(X1 ),bookkeeping (X2) and reporting variable (X3) have a positive but not significant effect to the securing of region assets in Medan City government, (c )the result of Double Linear Regression statistic analysis simultaneously is that R = 0,318 that means correlation betwen bookkeeping, stocktaking, and reporting to the securing of region assets have the leak effect grow up 31,8%.101 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

    THE STUDY OF BOURDIEU’S SYMBOLIC VIOLENCE IN ALEX URBAN’S “THE KINGFISHER SECRET”

    This study looks at symbolic violence in Alex Urban's novel The Kingfisher Secret. In Alex Urban's work The Kingfisher Secret, the author investigates the emergence of symbolic violence and analyzes Bourdieu's capital and habitus. To assist the understanding of symbolic violence, this research employs Pierre Bourdieu's symbolic violence idea, as well as habitus, field, and capital theory. This study employs Wellek and Warren's extrinsic method, in which literary material is examined from a social perspective. The author employs a descriptive qualitative technique to locate symbolic violence. The findings demonstrate that in Alex Urban's work The Kingfisher Secrets, symbolic violence is portrayed by offering a present (gift exchange), expressing compassion, delivering an order (indirect command), and respectfully declining. The habitus is brutally capitalistic, rationalizing any means and aspirations to improve one's life and circumstances. The agency uses symbolic violence to achieve its goals and gain dominance

In educational disciplines, the name of Abu Hamid Muhammad al-Ghazali or better known as Imam al-Gazhali among Muslims is a Muslim intellectual that greatly influences the thought style of Islamic thinkers from the past until now. Actually, it is impossible for the author to fully discussing al-Gazhali\u27s views on Islamic education in this article, because of the wide range and scope of the discussion. So the article focuses on how al-Gazhali\u27s concepts and views are related to the goals of education, curriculum, methodology, professional teachers, students and the relevance of the concepts offered by al-Gazhali with the development of education today. As writing and discussing material for this article, the author draws from sources taken from the original book by Imam al-Gazhali, further strengthened by the writings of Islamic thinkers, and supported by the results of previous research published in various national and international journals. In general, al-Ghazali\u27s most important thinking in education is religious science with all its branches because it can be mastered through perfect reason and clear capture power.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah modal intelektual, keputusan investasi dan struktur modal baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruhsecara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia.Variabel independen yang diteliti adalah modal intelektual, keputusan investasi dan struktur modal.Variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah kinerja perusahaan (ROA). Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI diperoleh sampel perusahaan. Jenis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder.Penelitian ini dilakukandengan menganalisis data-data yang dikumpulkan terlebih dahulu oleh penulis,yaitu berasal dari laporan keuangan emiten, website terkait dan berbagai sumberyang berhubungan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh secara siginifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan, keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan struktur modal berpengaruh negatif tetapi signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dan ketiga variable tersebut berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2015The objective of this research is to know the influence of intellectual capital, investment decision and capital structure either partially or simultaneously have an effect significantly on firm performance on trade,services and investment companylisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables used is intellectual capital, investment decision and capital structure.Dependent variable used is firm performances(ROA). The sampling was done by purposive sampling method and from 119 listed on the IDX samples obtained 44.The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The research was conducted by analyzing data collected in advance by the author, that is derived from the financial statement issuers, related websites and various other related resources. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital partially have not effect to firm performances,investment decision partially have positive significant effect to firm performances and capital structure have negative significant effect to firm performances.And Simultaneously variable intellectual capital, investment decision and structure capital has significant effect on the firm performances on trade, service and investment company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange2013-2015.81 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
