Operasi perkalian merupakan konsep prasyarat dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian. Dalam perkalian terdapat konsep kelipatan bilangan. Antara perkalian, pembagian dan kelipatan bilangan saling terkait satu sama lain. Melihat kenyataan yang ada ternyata tidak sedikit peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas IV mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian. Dimungkinkan kesulitan yang dialami peserta didik dalam penyelesaian soal-soal pembagian adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik terhadap kemampuan kelipatan bilangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan kelipatan bilangan terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian pada peserta didik kelas IVA MI. Miftahul Ulum Gresik.
Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kelipatan bilangan terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian maka dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif jenis penelitian cause effect. Sampel penelitiannya adalah kelas IVA MI. Miftahul Ulum Gresik yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan datanya berupa tes kelipatan bilangan dan tes menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian. Metode analisis datanya adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kemampuan kelipatan bilangan terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal pembagian pada peserta didik kelas IV A MI. Miftahul Ulum Gresik

No full textAbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's strategy in reducing student anxiety in following the tenth grade Arabic subject at Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaul Falah Samirejo Dawe Kudus. The author uses descriptive qualitative research with three steps, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were Arabic language teachers, Counseling Guidance teachers and students at Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaul Falah Samirejo Dawe Kudus. The results of this study indicate that anxiety is caused because Arabic is a difficult subject to understand so many students complain because they find it difficult to understand the meanings of Arabic vocabulary. In addition, the demand for good grades by parents and teachers is also a cause of anxiety in learning Arabic Maharah Kalam. And the factors behind the anxiety are individual factors, intellectual factors, and student environmental factors. To avoid students' anxiety, the teacher manages students' anxiety about learning maharah kalam in Arabic by providing rational explanations to students why they should learn Arabic. Creating a relaxed and fun learning atmosphere, using supportive psychotherapy, developing a "sense of humor", using a humanistic approach, optimizing counseling and guidance services, developing a fun assessment system that doesn't burden students too much, regulating breathing and mind relaxation to help the student's body relax. This is caused by the School not keeping journals, books the number of helpers is not in accordance with the generally accepted accounting format, The school does not make a trial balance, adjusting entries and trial balances after adjustments and financial statements that are applied still use the format business organization. For this reason, the author recommends recording in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, so it doesn't happen mistakes or deviations and can make it easier for organizations to take effective and efficient decisions

The data collection techniques were using interviews, observation and documentation. No full textPengembangan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun dimulai pada tahun 2015 dan mengalami berbagai dampak dari adanya pandemi covid-19 seperti terbatasnya kawasan pariwisata pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang berdampak pada penurunan jumlah pengunjung dan memengaruhi penurunan nilai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Selain itu tingkat penjualan tanaman meningkat hanya saat pandemi covid-19 dikarenakan pada saat pandemi masyarakat mamanfaatkan waktu di rumah (work from home)salah satunya dengan menanam tanaman hias, sedangkan pasca pandemi covid-19 produksi tanaman hias menurun. Kondisi infrastuktur penunjang agrowisata masih terdapat yang belum memenuhi standart tersedianya infrastruktur agrowisata. Untuk meningkatkan minat dan kenyamanan pengunjung serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat setempat, maka penelitian bertujuan untuk menyusun Strategi Prioritas Pengembangan Kawasan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian dilakukan empat tahapan analisis, Tahap pertama yaitu menentukan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun menggunakan metode analisis delphi dengan memperoleh data dari stakeholders terpilih melalui pengisian kueisoner. Tahap kedua yaitu mengidentifikasi karakteristik yang dapat mendukung pengembangan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui in depth interview dengan stakeholders terpilih. Tahap ketiga yaitu menentukan tingkat potensi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun menggunakan metode analisis Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dari data yang didapatkan pada tahap pertama. Dan tahap keempat yaitu menentukan strategi yang tepat berdasarkan tingkat potensi pengembangan kawasan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun dengan metode analisis deskriptif komparatif melalui data hasil tahap dua dan tiga. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan 21 variabel dan 26 sub-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Agrowisata Lubuk Minturun. Selain itu diperoleh 19 strategi pengembangan berdasarkan variabel prioritas pengembangan, beberapa diantaranya yaitu penambahan penanda jalan berupa papan informasi mendekati kawasan agrowisata, penyediaan parkir umum di dekat pintu masuk atau dekat daya tarik wisata, menciptakan variasi aktivitas pengunjung berupa bercocok tanam dan lain sebagainya.

The development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism began in 2015 and experienced various impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic such as limited tourism areas during the Covid 19 pandemic which had an impact on decreasing the number of visitors and affecting the value of Regional Original Income (PAD). In addition, the level of plant sales increased only during the Covid-19 pandemic because during a pandemic, people used their time at home (work from home), one of which was by planting ornamental plants. While post Covid-19 the production of ornamental plants decreased. The condition of agrotourism supporting infrastructure still does not meet the standards for the availability of agrotourism infrastructure. To increase the interest and comfort of visitors also improve the welfare of the local community, the research aims to develop a priority strategy for the development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism Area, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. In achieving the research objectives, four stages of analysis were carried out. The first stage was to determine the variables that influenced the development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism using the delphi analysis method by obtaining data from selected stakeholders through filling out a questionnaire. The second stage is to identify the characteristics that can support the development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism using a qualitative descriptive analysis method through in-depth interviews with selected stakeholders. The third stage is to determine the level of potential variables that affect the development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method from the data obtained in the first stage. And the fourth stage is to determine the right strategy based on the level of potential development of the Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism area using a comparative descriptive analysis method with the results of the second and third stages. The results of this study yielded 21 variables and 26 sub-variables that affected the development of Lubuk Minturun Agrotourism. The purpose of this study was to explain the Visionary Leadership Role of Mudir Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Operationally, the objectives of this research include the following: a) As a guide; b) As Agent of Change; c) As Spokesperson; and d) As a Trainer.
The author uses a qualitative approach with a Case Study research design. The research was carried out at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Sambi Boyolali, with the research subjects being the Director of the Boarding School, the Principal, the Head of Kesantrian and the Guardian of the Dormitory, while the object of the research was the visionary leadership role of Mudir Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews and see the required documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation data analysis techniques.
Research findings indicate that the role of visionary leadership for Islamic boarding schools is 1) As a direction setter, by following the process of making the institution's vision and mission by adapting existing trends to develop pesantren in the future, disseminating the vision through regular monthly coordination meetings, routine studies, MGMP activities and non-formal agenda, and ensuring the vision goes through with regular evaluations, staffing rules, providing rewards and punishments. 2) As an agent of change, by evaluating the old program, holding trainings to support change, then gradually rolling out changes such as MHTC (Miftahul Huda tahfidh Community), the application of parenting. And by making new challenges as work motivation and growing new work enthusiasm is not a barrier. 3) As a spokesperson, by maintaining internal communication through good interpersonal relationships, seeking solutions to problems that arise, as well as through regular and incidental meetings; maintain external communication with the KPPMH program, routine studies, social assistance, community da'wah programs, regular visit programs; and become a negotiator by building ‘Pager Mangkok’ strategy. 4) As a trainer, by making a program to strengthen team work, the vision is understood by the personal team, making a work program that refers to the vision; giving hope by instilling the principles of sincere work, working smart, making Islam a character and building team trust by strengthening team cohesiveness through training, strengthening non-personal team work, through performance appraisals.
With this research, it is hoped that the operators of Islamic boarding schools and their leaders can organize Islamic boarding schools using a visionary leadership model that can realize the independence of students in Islamic boarding schools
