    Media massa merupakan salah satu alat penyebaran informasi yang memiliki fungsinya antara lain adalah memengaruhi, salah satu media massa yang masih bertahan hingga saat ini adalah radio. Salah satu radio ternama di Kota Bandung adalah Ardan Radio, yang memiliki satu satunya program mengenai hal mistis di Kota Bandung yaitu program Nightmare Side. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh program Nightmare Side Ardan FM terhadap kepercayaan hal mistis para pendengarnya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Didapatkan hasil bahwa program Nightmare Side secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kuat dengan kepecayaan hal mistis para pendengarnya sebesar 0.799. Selain itu nilai koefesien determinasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,639 yang artinya program Nightmare Side Ardan FM memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan sebesar 63,9% terhadap kepercayaan hal mistis bagi para pendengarnya. ..... In spite of the technological advancements, the radio as one of the media, is still serve it purpose by producting contents to their audiences. The research attempts to investigate the correlations between radio program and the audience believe toward the program. As the subject of the study, the author focuses on a mystical based program produced by a local radio station. The program is known as “Nightmare Side” and it is very popular among the listeners. Quantitative approach with correlational method were used to this analyze the data. One hundred respondents were chosen as the sample of the study taken with purposive sampling technique. As the result is Nightmare Side's program simultaneously has a strong influence to the listeners belief in mystical things with 0.799 simultant correlation point. And the result have a determination coefficient of 0.639 which means this program has significantly positive influence in 63.9% with mystical belief to its listener

    ABSTRAKSI: Kata Kunci : ABSTRACT: At this time road users in major cities of Indonesia requires some information about traffic density and because of the growing period, the number of vehicles users will increase and this will also cause traffic congestion levels are higher as well. To obtain information system about the traffic density, some video samples have been taken to describe the road conditions in traffic jam, dense, medium, and smooth.In this final project, the author uses the method of Support Vector Machine (SVM) that growing rapidly in pattern recognition. The carried out proccess to identify the traffic conditions on the road is a video capture and data on the road, pre-processing, feature extraction and classification of road traffic conditions. The algorithm used for feature extraction vehicle is Independent Component Analysis, while for the classification of texture characteristics of roads author will use SVM.The results are shown as the classification of the traffic conditions which are divided into classes each. And this system also can recognize the pattern of road traffic conditions and can identify any particular type of road traffic conditions.     60 HlmPemeliharaan bangunan gedung adalah kegiatan menjaga keandalan bangunan gedung beserta prasarana dan sarananya agar bangunan gedung selalu layak fungsi, sedangkan kegiatan perawatan bangunan gedung adalah kegiatan memperbaiki dan/ atau mengganti bagian bangunan gedung, komponen, bahan bangunan, dan/ atau prasarana dan sarana agar bangunan gedung tetap layak fungsi. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendapatkan jenis-jenis kerusakan/ kekurangan yang kerap terjadi pada elemen bangunan gedung dalam masa pemeliharaan. Cara penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan riset ke perusahaan PT. Budigraha Perkasa Utama untuk memperoleh data pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan dimana data tersebut mencantumkan nama pekerjaan dan jenis-jenis kerusakannya serta mengalisanya. Selain menganilisa data pengalaman perusahaan, penulis juga melakukan wawancara kepada tenaga teknik perusahaan dan mengamati pekerjaan bangunan gedung yang sedang dalam masa pemeliharaan guna mendapatkan manajemen pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan gedung. Dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan dan analisa data yang didapat dari PT. Budigraha Perkasa Utama maka diperoleh kerusakan-kerusakan yang kerap terjadi pada masa pemeliharaan bangunan gedung adalah item pekerjaan plambing dan peralatan sanitair, item tersebut kondisinya selalu basah maka ditekankan lebih berhati-hatilah mengerjakan item tersebut.     Analisa Penggunaan Foam Agent sebagai Bahan Dasar Pembuatan Bata Ringan

    Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap bata ringan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dikembangkan dan diteliti lebih lanjut. Tetapi dalam penelitian perlu adanya pemilihan bahan-bahan yang akan digunakan, karena penelitian bata ringan sangat bergantung kepada pemilihan bahan yang tepat. Bata ringan yang dihasilkan juga harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan, spesifikasi teknis dan daya tahan yang kuat, pemakaiannya dalam konstruksi dan juga ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bahan-bahan yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembuatan bata ringan, dan dengan variasi-variasi jumlah foam agent yang berbeda. Peneliti menggunakan variasi standar yang disajikan NEOPOR yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai acuan mix-design dan penambahan campuran 30% untuk sampel 2 dan 60% untuk sampel 3. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bahan foaming agent dalam campuran beton yang akan membuat beton menjadi ringan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dalam pembuatan benda uji kubus bata ringan. Pada komposisi semen: pasir: foam: air sebesar 1: 1,25: 0,004: 0,53 menghasilkan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 14,254 kg/cm2 dengan berat rata-rata 2,5102 kg; Pada komposisi semen: pasir: foam: air sebesar 1,3: 1,625: 0,0052: 0,689 menghasilkan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 10,21 kg/cm2 dengan berat rata-rata 2,213 kg; Pada komposisi semen: pasir: foam: air sebesar 1,6: 2,0: 0,0064: 0,84 menghasilkan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 6,561 kg/cm2 dengan berat rata-rata 2,079 kg. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, maka penulis dapat menghasilkan bata ringan yang dapat memenuhi standar kuat tekan yang dijadikan acuan menurut tjokrodimuljo yaitu pada nilai density 240-800 kg/m3 kuat tekan bata ringan berkisar 0,35-7 Mpa (3,569- 71 kg/cm2).Research conducted on lightweight brick is one of the things that need to be developed and researched further. This study aims to present materials that can be used in the manufacture of lightweight brick, and with different variations and also examines the characteristics of light brick. Researchers used a standard variation presented Neopor which is then used as a reference mix-design and the addition of a mixture of 30% for sample 2 and 60% for 3 samples. In this study, the authors use a foaming agent material in the concrete mixture that will make the concrete lighter. This can be seen in the manufacture of lightweight brick cube specimen. On the composition of cement: sand: foam: water 1: 1.25: 0.004: 0.53 generate an average compressive strength of 14.254 kg / cm2 with an average weight of 2.5102 kg; On the composition of cement: sand: foam: water of 1.3: 1.625: 0.0052: 0.689 generate an average compressive strength of 10.21 kg / cm2 with an average weight of 2,213 kg; On the composition of cement: sand: foam: water of 1.6: 2.0: 0.0064: 0.84 resulted in an average compressive strength of 14.254 kg / cm2 with an average weight of 2,079 kg. By this research the author can produced brick light that can meet the standards of the compressive strength of the referenced according tjokrodimuljo that the density value of 240-800 kg / m3 light brick compressive strength ranges from 0.35 to 7 MPa (3,569- 71 kg / cm2)

    Analisis Perbandingan Biaya dan Waktu Pelaksanaan Pondasi Spun Pile dengan Bore Pile pada Proyek Masjid Agung

    Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk membandingkan biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi spun pile dengan pondasi bore pile. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah biaya dan waktu pelaksananan yang direncanakan memiliki efisiensi yang sama atau tidak. Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan pondasi spun pile dan bore pile pada seksi 11, 12, 13 dengan asumsi beban yang diterima dari satu grup spun pile dan satu grup bore pile menerima beban yang sama, untuk analisis biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan penulis akan menganalisis pada 6 lokasi. Peran pondasi pada pembangunan struktur awal gedung menjadi sangat penting. Pemilihan jenis pondasi yang sesuai akan melancarkan proses pekerjaan gedung, sehingga perlu perencanaan yang baik, meliputi biaya dan waktu pelaksanan. Pondasi yang dijadikan alternatif adalah pondasi dalam, yaitu pondasi spun pile dan pondasi bore pile. Peneltian ini menganalisis untuk 1 pile cap terdapat 4 pile pada 6 lokasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis biaya dan waktu pelaksanan pondasi spun pile dan pondasi bore pile yang di teliti, maka hasil dari analisis waktu untuk pondasi spun pile membutuhkan waktu 16 hari dan pondasi bore pile 48 hari. Berdasarkan analisis biaya, pondasi spun pile membutuhkan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 275.198.220,00 sedangkan pondasi bore pile sebesar Rp. 498.887.437,00 Analisis biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pondasi yang paling tepat dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam pekerjaan gedung Masjid Agung tersebut ialah pondasi spun pile, karena waktu pengerjaan relatif lebih cepat dan biaya lebih murah. Sedangkan penggunaan pondasi bore pile dibutuhkan karena lokasi pemancangan pondasi terhempit dengan lokasi bangunan lain, maka digunakan alternatif lain yaitu pondasi bore pile.This study intends to compare the costs and time needed to carry out the work of the spun pile foundation with bore pile foundation. With the aim of knowing whether the planned costs and implementation time have the same efficiency or not. This study discusses the comparison of spun pile and bore pile foundations in sections 11, 12, 13 with the assumption that the load received from one spun pile group and one bore pile group receives the same load, for the cost analysis and execution time the author will analyze at 6 locations. The role of the foundation in building the initial structure of the building is very important. The selection of the appropriate type of foundation will expedite the process of building work, so that good planning is needed, including costs and implementation time. The foundation that is used as an alternative is the deep foundation, the spun pile foundation and bore pile foundation. This study analyzed for 1 pile cap, there were 4 piles in 6 different locations. This study concludes that based on the analysis of the cost and time of implementation of the spun pile foundation and the bore pile foundation that was examined, the results of the time analysis for the spun pile foundation needed 16 days and a 48-day bore pile foundation. Based on the cost analysis, the spun pile foundation requires a budget of Rp. 275,198,220.00 while the bore pile foundation is Rp. 489,887,437.00. Cost and time analysis of the implementation of the most appropriate foundation and can be applied in the work of the Great Mosque building is the foundation of spun pile, because the processing time is relatively faster and cheaper. Whereas the use of bore pile foundation is needed because the location of foundation foundation is narrowed with the location of other buildings, then another alternative is the bore pile foundation

    Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants regulates maternity leave for Civil Servants (women) one and a half months before giving birth and one and a half months after giving birth and if totaled three months and entitled to a salary and allowances. This study aims to determine how the process of taking maternity leave permits on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) according to Government Regulation No. 11 of 2017 and obstacles for State Civil Apparatus in taking maternity leave permission. The method used by the author in this study is the legal method of observational research, namely by surveying or observing directly to the research location using data collection tools, namely interviews with the secretary, Ms. Yanita Rahmi, Ms. Puspalinen, Ms. Syarifah Khairani, at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Riau Province. While the nature of this research is descriptive, namely the author tries to give a detailed description. Namely describing the problems found to be related to each other in a logical and juridical way to get a clear and detailed picture of the Implementation and Constraints of maternity leave permission. From the results of the study, the implementation of maternity leave at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in Riau Province was in accordance with Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants. Based on the results of research on constraints in implementing maternity leave permits for civil servants (women), there are no obstacles. But there needs to be a renewal of Government Regulation No. 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants which does not regulate maternity leave permits, within a period of 1 year 2 times of course there will be special obstacles in applying for leave so that there is a need for renewal in order to provide certainty and protection of the rights of Civil Servants Civil (female)

    Comparing Cryo-EM Reconstructions and Validating Atomic Model Fit Using Difference Maps

    Cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) is a powerful technique for determining structures of multiple conformational or compositional states of macromolecular assemblies involved in cellular processes. Recent technological developments have led to a leap in the resolution of many cryo-EM data sets, making atomic model building more common for data interpretation. We present a method for calculating differences between two cryo-EM maps or a map and a fitted atomic model. The proposed approach works by scaling the maps using amplitude matching in resolution shells. To account for variability in local resolution of cryo-EM data, we include a procedure for local amplitude scaling that enables appropriate scaling of local map contrast. The approach is implemented as a user-friendly tool in the CCP-EM software package. To obtain clean and interpretable differences, we propose a protocol involving steps to process the input maps and output differences. We demonstrate the utility of the method for identifying conformational and compositional differences including ligands.     Marriage is regulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 as a physical and mental bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on God Almighty. In marriage there is also a divorce and to continue marriage after a divorce there are conditions that must be met, one of which is the provision of iddah. This research uses the Normative Juridical method, the case study approach is used to analyze the problems contained in this research. The data collection technique uses literature (Library research), namely the study of written information about the law from various sources needed for normative legal research, which will then be compiled and analyzed for further management in a descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this research, the author concludes that marriage during the iddah period is invalid and results in hidden zina in terms of Indonesian positive law and Islamic fiqh, we as Muslims must always obey the laws that Allah has set in this case, namely regarding the iddah period. &nbsp
