In its development, industries that focus on the field of Muslim clothing are
now potential businesses run by businesses. These businesses compete with
each other to meet the demands of consumers who demand product quality.
Therefore, this businessman must be able to set a strategy to be able to survive
the many competitors in the same or similar industry.
This study aims to determine the strategy and provide an alternative
strategy Griya Kerudung Fakhriyah. This study was tested with SWOT analysis
and QSPM by identifying internal and external factors of the company, namely
analyzing strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats, from these
factors also drawn conclusions to determine alternative strategies which are then
analyzed with QSPM
From the results of the SWOT analysis, IFE calculations were obtained
from internal factors which included Strength (3.3) and weaknesses (2.97) and
EFE calculations which included external opportunities including (3.85) and
threats (3.33) . While the results of the QSPM analysis show the main strategies
are: Determining the quality of the raw material, stitching and neatness of the
product even though competitors are cheaper, the second strategy is Maintaining
promotion and Adding advertising, supplying raw materials and a third strategy,
namely: Utilizing internet and social media technology to increase market share.

Pompa adalah pesawat yang mengubah kerja mekanis poros menjadi energi
kinetik cairan. Energi yang dihasilkan oleh cairan ini digunakan untuk melawan
tahanan-tahanan yang terdapat pada saluran, sehingga dapat dikatakan fungsi
pompa adalah suatu alat atau mesin yang digunakan untuk memindahkan cairan
dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain melalui suatu media perpipaan dengan cara
menambahkan energi pada cairan yang dipindahkan dan berlangsung secara terus
menerus. Adanya fenomena kavitasi yang terjadi pada boiler feed pump dapat
mempengaruhi kerja boiler feed pump, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penanganan dan
bagaimana cara mencegah fenomena kavitasi tersebut.
Mengingat pentingnya fungsi dari boiler feed pump di kapal maka
keberadaan pompa tersebut harus dirawat dengan baik, dalam hal ini Penulis
menggunakan metode fault tree analysis, dimana metode ini adalah suatu teknik
yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko yang berperan terhadap terjadinya
kegagalan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang bersifat top down, yang
diawali dengan asumsi kegagalan atau kerugian dari kejadian puncak (top event)
kemudian merinci sebab-sebab suatu top event sampai pada suatu kegagalan dasar
(rootcause).
Hasil penelitian tentang bagaimana pengaruh kavitasi terhadap kerja boiler
feed pump yaitu kapasitas pompa akan berkurang, NPSH berkurang, terbentuknya
gelembung pada tekanan rendah, rusaknya bagian-bagian pompa, vaporation, air
ingestion, internal recirculation, turbulance. Upaya untuk menanggulanginya
adalah dengan cara menjaga NPSH yang tersedia lebih besar atau sama dengan
NPSH yang dibutuhkan, pemilihan bentuk geometris dan jumlah sudu impeler yang
tepat, penentuan putaran dan jenis pompa yang sesuai, proteksi standar pompa yang
baik serta perencanaan instalasi pompa yang baik.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Yohannes Christian John atau kerap disapa Chris John adalah seorang juara kelas bulu versi World Boxing Association yang berhasil mempertahankan gelar sebanyak 18 kali. Hal ini merupakan sebuah fenomena prestasi dalam olahraga tinju di Indonesia. Peneliti ingin mendalami dari berbagai sisi bagaimana seorang Chris John dari masa kanak-kanak sampai dewasa dimana beliau menjadi juara dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Studi Kasus Life History. Dilaksanakan di Semarang, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga dan Kudus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah Yohannes Christian John sebagai informan utama dan beberapa orang terdekat yang berperan dalam perjalanan pencapaian prestasi Chris John. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumen pencatatan, dan dokumentasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perjalanan hidup Chris John dalam mencapai prestasi dari masa kanak-kanak sampai dewasa. Saat masa kanak-kanak terdapat faktor mental, disiplin, dan motivasi berprestasi, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan olahraga, dan lingkungan sekolah. Saat remaja terdapat faktor latihan, konsep diri, pengelolaan stres, percaya diri, dan motivasi berprestasi. Yohannes Christian John or often called as Chris John is a featherweight boxing champion version the World Boxing Association who has successfully maintained the title for 18 times. This is a phenomenon of achievement in maintaining the sport of boxing in Indonesia. The researcher wants to explore from the different sides of how Chris John biography from childhood to adulthood has made him become the world champion. This study uses a case study research design of “Life History”. Held in Semarang, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga and Kudus, this research is a descriptive qualitative study with the research subjects are Yohannes Christian John as key informant and some people nearby that have played a role in the course of Chris John’s achievement. Data collection techniques were done in term of observation, interview, document recording and documentation of research. The results of this study indicate that there are internal and external factors affecting the life of Chris John in the achievement of childhood to adulthood. When childhood, he had a genetic factor, talent, motivation for success, and the need for high motion. As a teenager Chris John had the motivation to become a world boxing champion, and he was starting to be able to manage his stress well at that time. As an adult he had a high motivation of achievement. And Chris John has been also supported by the family environment, school environment, social environment, and also environmental performance sport during the trip. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
