No full textIn the National Medium-Term Development Plan, the government has aimed to achieve 100% access to safe drinking water, 15% to drinking water with acceptable quality, and 30% to piped water supply. However, the level of service for SPAM in East Lombok Regency has currently reached only 75%. The village government of Aik Dewa in the Pringgasela District of East Lombok Regency addressed the water supply needs of its residents by implementing a PAMDes development program. As of now, less than 50% of the Aik Dewa community is benefiting from this clean water supply service. Future development plans will involve maximizing service coverage by expanding the PAMDes to reach all areas of the Aik Dewa village. The objective of this research is to evaluate the sustainability of the community-based water supply system, focusing on five aspects of water supply sustainability in the Aik Dewa Village, Pringgasela District, East Lombok Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, drawing data from both primary and secondary sources. Primary data is collected through observations and interviews with the managers and users of the PAMDes. The results of the sustainability evaluation of community-based SPAM management in terms of technical, social, financial, institutional, and environmental aspects indicate that technical and financial aspects are less sustainable. Technical issues, such as water stagnation, and financial challenges, including delayed payment of contributions by users, contribute to the lack of sustainability. However, social, institutional, and environmental aspects showing a potential for sustainability.Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Naional (RPJMN) pemerintah menargetkan 100% air minum layak dan 15% air minum aman, serta 30% akses air minum perpipaan. Tingkat pelayanan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) Kabupaten Lombok Timur baru mencapai 75%. Pemerintah Desa Aik Dewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur melakukan penyediaan air minum untuk masyarakat Aik Dewa dengan menyelenggarakan program pembangunan Pengelola Air Minum Desa (PAMDes). Hingga saat ini tercatat kurang dari 50% masyarakat Aik Dewa yang sudah menerima manfaat layanan penyediaan air bersih tersebut. Rencana pembangunan kedepannya yaitu pihak pengelola akan memaksimalkan pelayanan dengan melakukan pengembangan PAMDes agar pelayanan air dapat menjangkau seluruh wilayah Desa Aik Dewa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi keberlanjutan SPAM berbasis masyarakat ditinjau berdasarkan 5 aspek keberlanjutan penyediaan air di Desa Aik Dewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pengelola dan pengguna PAMDes. Hasil penelitian keberlanjutan pengelolaan SPAM berbasis masyarakat ditinjau dari aspek teknis, sosial, keuangan, kelembagaan dan lingkungan menunjukkan bahwa apek teknis dan keuangan kurang berkelanjutan karena pada aspek teknis sering terjadi kemacetan air dan pada aspek keuangan cukup banyak pengguna yang sering terlambat membayar iuran. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
